PLEASE explain when you say on the phone, or in person that what you market as a 20' truck actually has a a 17.5' box with a 2.5' â€œdog houseâ€ over the cab. Also after I left the rental yard I noticed the agent marked the gas gage at 3/4 full when it was 5/8 full. Also be aware that the 6 pads and the dolly mounted inside the box will be added to the rental fee if they're used and if not used, well, they take up space.JEFFREY T.

We picked up truck and me n my sister walked over to big apple while driver got van the rep told driver that oil was spilled she requested another van rep stated we don't have one me n my sister ended up getting hurt from all the oil we informed the rep Melissa her response was what would you like me to do she gave us a 5.00 discount so we called Corporate and the guy was extremely rude and stated uhaul will not be doing anything about it . I received the text message at 11:08 am about the cleanliness of van 2 hours after I picked up. The guy responded there's nothing we will do for you so I'm contacting a lawyer because the van shouldn't have been rented in that condition I have photos , medical reports x raysSarah Q.

I was lied to and was told that I couldn't keep the truck longer saying it was going out right again at 5pm. They had 3 other 15 ft trucks not being used and they parked the truck I used and I drove back around 7 and it was still there. I WILL NOT BE USING THIS ONE AGAIN!Zachary C.

I reserved a 10-foot box truck rental online but when I got there, they didn't have a 10-foot, so they gave me a 15-foot. The 15-foot box rental ran real ruff. I was told it should get between 10-15 miles per gallon. I only put 28 miles on the rental and purchased $10.00 worth of gas before returning it which gave me 2.25 gallons of gas. Upon returning it I was told the gas was low and they charged me an additional $30 for a gas charge which amounted to 6 additional gals. The manager was rude when I explained it couldn't be correct due to the miles I drove. The gas I purchased and the gas they charged me for amounted to the truck rental getting only 3/5 miles a gallon. The manager couldn't seem to comprehend that concept. Had to reschedule the first time because they failed to notify me that my truck wasn't ready nor at the location so I had to cancelled my moving plans for the day and reschedule for the next. Staff could really care less if I got my reservation or not. They did not try to make up for their mistake. Extremely disappointed in service. I will never rent from uhaul again.Grant C.

In 6 degree weather, we could not open the roll-up door beyond 6" because weatherstrip too stiff. Had to use a 2X4 to lever it up. I rented the same trailer recently and had to sweep out dirt, this time I had to sweep out new dirt.Neil W.

I had to clean out some accumulated dirt. Door was very difficult to open/close. Attendant had great difficulty unhitching coupler when I returned trailer; she said locking screw was bent.Neil W.

Try not to overcharge customers who are renting in good faith. They saw I was up the creek when my truck was missing the fuse relays to power my connecting plug, and charged me $100 for quickly wiring the trailer to my taillights.ANDREW M.
