I drove the vehicle on Saturday from pickup location to prospect place and Nostrand Ave, loaded up, then to Ave D and Ralph Ave, Saturday night from Ave D to New lots and Malta Street, parked until Sunday morning, then back to prospect place and Nostrand, then returned to pickup location. That does not even add up to twenty miles, they told me it is 45 miles and charged my card, I got the vehicle with gas meter just below half, I put bak gas just above half, they told me they gave me with more than half and charge my card. I clearly got ripped off. Not ever again.

Debra JThis was not our original pick-up location. We were initially assigned to pick up our vehicle at 1380 Rockaway Parkway. However, when we arrived there, we were informed that they did not have the cargo van we had rented for our event several days prior. First, we were told that our pickup time was on Saturday, April 18th, instead of Friday, April 17th, and they did not have the vehicle available. After producing our booking receipt from U-Haul, they then offered us a 10-foot truck at a higher price. When we agreed to take that option, they informed us that the vehicle needed repairs. The treatment we received was terrible, and we decided that we would never want to use that location again. Fortunately, after contacting U-Haul, we learned that a cargo van was available at 5283 Kings Highway. This saved our day, as we needed the vehicle to transport equipment for our event on Saturday, April 18th.

The interaction made me feel disrespected and not welcomed as a customer. I want to be clear that I am not trying to cause any harm to her job, but I believe it is important that all employees treat customers with respect and professionalism. The most thing I don't like is that app doesn't remember my card details or ask to call someone for approve me, not considering that I rent Uhaul several times per month. Sometimes cars are dirty or level of fuel doesn't match with the level in app. It's also ok for me, I just don't want to be charged extra for things that I didn't. But guys that works here are great and I'm fully satisfied with this location

Marjorie BI was initially suppose to pick up in Long Island City before being told I needed to go to Williamsburg. Got to Williamsburg and told I needed to go to Flatbush because my truck was unavailable due to another customer but the company should have notified me ahead of time if there was a delay. Made me pay for an uber to get to Flatbush. Waited an a line for 40mins then do a 6 point turn in a 20ft truck to exit because all other exits were blocked. What was suppose to be a 10:30am truck loading, turned into a 2pm loading. Because U-Haul didn’t respect my reservation or even offer to provide more than a $50 refund for their mistakeSSS.

MARK KMy experience at this location was unacceptable due to the conduct of one employee. The woman who assisted me was openly rude, condescending, and showed little regard for customer service standards. I tried working through it but she made it her business to continue lecturing me about being late for a pickup. Even though it was her right not to assist me at that time, I spent over an hour throughout the entire process because she felt the need to continue venting her frustrations upon me. There was no provocation that justified this behavior. And this is not the first time Ive encountered issues at this location and with another staff member. As a paying customer, I expect to see professionalism and respectful communication and neither of those were shown. A serious retraining in common courtesy respect, and professionalism should be an appropriate action for this person. Stressful work environments are understandable but treating the workplace like its your own home is unacceptable. I strongly encourage management to address this issue, as interactions like this reflect poorly on the company and discourage repeat business.
