JOSHUA BYOUR AM STAFF WAS HORRIBLE. BAD DISPOSITION WITH CUSTOMERS, LOUSY ATTITUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, POOR HANDLING OF CUSTOMERS, RECOMMEND A CHANGE OF BOTH WOMEN ON THAT 9 AM SHIFT... BOTH NEED BETTER TRAINING INTERACTING WITH THE PUBLICK AND SHOWING CUSTOMER HOW TO ADAPT WITH THE FUNCTION OF YOUR APP. i HAVE PREVIOUSLY BEEN TO THIS LOCATION AND BEEN TREATED BETTER. ON THE RETURN THE 5 PM SHIFT WAS VERY GOOD, WAS EXCEPTIONAL, HEARD MY COMPLAINT AND IMMEDIATELY TOOK CARE OF THE PROBLEM. SHE WAS CORDIAL AND CUSTOMER SERVICE READY. VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE.

JASFA MThe service at this location is excellent, however the surrounding area of the location has men trying to provide services similar to The U-Haul, using their own vehicles- they were yeti g to hustle customers before they enter the U- haul facility. Glad I was with my son because I did not feel safe with the men hustling around that U-Haul facility. Other than that the U-Haul workers were polite and very friendly during the check out and check in of my rental truck.btw the size truck that I had a reservation for was not available due to customers not returning their rentals on time, the facility gave me a bigger vehicle for the lower price of my original vehicle reservation.

VERNON VThe odometer Mileage out was completely wrong versus the contract that I was given. There was a substantial difference of nearly 6000 miles, which indicates that vehicles are not being maintained correctly! When returning the vehicle, it was suggested that it was my fault, which is absurd! Staff at this location are very rude and condescending! I would not recommend this location to anyone.

DARLENE ENever seems to be enough help in this very busy location rented a 5x9 trailer with ramp… had to spray hinges with wd40 as they were very try and tires were kinda old… Lyle the yard attendant was great!! Very polite and helpful

CHRISTOPHER NMy interaction with the person who checked out my truck was fine, just not very communicative. The location was fine, and no fault of the u-haul establishment, but someone tried to hustle me a Penske truck as I walked in and someone else was urinating on one of the u-haul trucks in the parking lot. The later conversation with the location manager about a Lyft was very satisfying. Curtis is a gem.

DAVID AWait period was a bit unpleasant. The agent did try however, to handle each customer as the crowd increased. Hire more staff I was promised a reimbursement on my insurance payment, to date I haven't seen any deposit in my account.

VLADISLAV PThe customer service sucks from the woman who did the reservation to the guy who received the truck. They were very rude and disrespectful. Up until now I haven’t received my email for pick up and drop off of the truck disappointed.
SHERWYN MI had to retrieve the vehicle my self. The vehicle was not very clean. The drivers seat was torn and the stuffing was falling out. After turning the vehicle on it began to shake. I informed the worker that was out in the lot. He told me the vehicle was ok. The vehicle was kinda in bad shape. After adding gas, I was unable to start the vehicle. I had to open the door for the vehicle to start.
Patrice RRequested a 15 ft U-Haul at Knapp st, once arrived the guy at the cashier said he only had 10 ft, I told him I requested a 15 ft but he didn’t care. Called U-Haul and the representative said I had to go to the Kings highway location… they gave me a U-Haul that wouldn’t drive straight and was super dirty… left over drinks from the previous user… driver side mirror kept dropping down and wouldn’t stay in place. It was a very dangerous vehicle.

PATRICK NBetter customer service. I returned my rented dolly and I entered the store and was never acknowledge. The lady customer service representative did not even look up or greet me. I stood there for approximately seven or eight minutes while she was on the computer. I then walked out and spoke to the male associate that took care of me poor customer service skills. Unacceptable.
