I dropped my rental one day before to your location and your store charged me $20.00 for that? I think this is poor customer service; it doesn’t hurt any employee to relocate the rental in the right place once received. I accept any charge if I am delivering the rental late, but not when I am making sure I am doing the right thing so your store has the rental back on time to continue business. I want to say I am disappointed with the way your store is trying to make extra profit.

I thought that the vehicle I had reserved might be prepped and ready to go. Instead, it was parked outside the facility where after some exploring the agent & I located it. The exterior windshield, grill, mirrors and headlights were peppered with seasonal “Love bugs”. The agent and I after locating a barely serviceable water hose, brush, soap and bucket washed the affected areas as best we could. I was disappointed that, after reserving this vehicle several days in advance it still was not adequately prepared or serviceable.

I set a reservation online and they couldn't find it so I ended up waiting at the U-Haul for 30 minutes even though I had already set a reservation. Was very irritating

Awesome staff!! After my experience with the pickup location, I contacted U-Haul while on my trip to find out the best place to return the tow dolly, where there would be someone to help me unload the towed vehicle & unhitch the tow dolly. I was directed to this location by the customer service rep, Julie, in Jax (904-677-5568). We timed our arrival at the location well, because no one was ahead of us. One of the young men working there immediately offered to help us unload & unhitch, and while there was a nominal charge for that, after what we went through at the pickup location, it was worth every dime. (We were told the charge was $10, but the receipt I received is for $5. ?) He had the vehicle ready to unload in a matter of minutes, and after I unloaded the towed vehicle, he had that tow dolly unhitched in no time! And in 100-degree heat!! Awesome!

Got there at 12 noon and there was a customer ahead of us that had been waiting for 15 minutes already. She was upset because nobody addressed her while walking back and forth to the back. Then finally when I got help and transaction was completed it was 12:35 PM. So, I demanded they extend my rental for at least 30 minutes... VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NEED A BETTER SYSTEM. Not to mention it was at least 3-4 customers behind us waiting...

Avery and Jonathan were absolutely wonderful, Jonathan was very knowledgeable of all products and helped me choose the best products to help make the move smooth. Avery' s professionalism was astounding! I was greeted by Jonathan the second I entered the store. Return was also smooth.

At first everything was okay but when I return the truck after they close the employee did not tell me I had to check the truck in on my phone so they charged me $20 and I was very upset I talk to customer service and they told me they could not help me and I think that was very poor service to a customer if they would have looked at the camera they would have seen that I returned the truck on time I think that customer service should have checked into it
