After a fiasco at the Lake Bradford Rd location, corporate took care of everything and got me to the Tennessee St location. It was a lucky thing because there was an electrical issue that cause the blinker to not work on the trailer. It was fixed immediately and I was on my way, a little late, but safe.

Trailer is missing Jack stand.Most importantly I went on your after hours return site and filled out everything except adding clean trailer photo but you charged $21.50 anyway which is a RIP off. Leaves a bad impression. Your dealer was friendly but uhaul was not.

Uhaul is now charging a $20 "convenience fee" for returning the truck after hours unless you use their mobile app to "verify your equipment return." In other words, unless you do their job for them using their pathetic excuse for a mobile app, they are going to charge you $20! In general, this is a horrible decision made at the corporate level that is the antithesis of "customer service." The reason I gave this particular location a poor rating is that, after telling the attendant point blank that I would be returning the truck after hours, he showed me exactly where to park the truck, exactly where to put the keys, but he completely FAILED TO MENTION the $20 charge and how to avoid it. In addition, he highlighted nine places on my Equipment Contract with a PINK highlighter. Guess which paragraph typed in a microscopic font was NOT HIGHLIGHTED? You guessed it! After two phone calls, they said they were crediting the fee back to my account, but of course, it is going to take 3 to 5 business days!

The truck wasn't completely full I was in a rush so I didn't have the tyme too correct it .also the truck smelled really bad and was dirty sticky finer prints and trash and dirt in front passenger side floor but not as bad as the back in which I took picks but u can't take pictures of bad smells ...

The only potential issue I saw was that the tires on the trailer looked like they had the beginnings of dry rot. The rubber on the tires had cracks in it, so I would replace the tires to avoid any issues

This location is just fine, nice helpful and speedy.....BUT THEY COULD NOT OVERRIDE THE LATE FEE CHARGED because i was one day returning the trailer. I spoke with the uhaul main office and the woman said that the late fee of $20.00 would be waived because of weather-( I had left East tennessee in snow and drove to Tallahassee more slowly than usual - and then the movers were too cold in Tallahassee to help until the next day because tallahassee was ouring rain!! There is too long of a walk from the trailer to my door...not good in rain! Mver would be soaked and very cold too. I want my a refund of the $20.00. I am 82 and $20.00 means a lot living on a tiny social security check!

The employees need to have proper training. I was told there would be a refund of money paid for taking the 15' u-haul back early. No refund. This wrong information dictated our actions for the 48 hours that we had the truck.
