There was an issue with the truck (side skirt was detached on one side) that I brought up to the individual that checked the check out to me. I was told there was nothing they could do about it, nor could they switch it out for another truck. I ended up fixing the issue myself due to the fact that the side skirt would hit vehicles in the lane next to me while operating it. Also, the truck was parked in trees which led to an infestation of ants that I had to deal with throughout the entire rental of the truck.

JOHN ROnline pick up is extremely difficult, finding the key box was hard. Customer service was HORRIBLE. It took almost an hour and thirty minutes just to pick up the truck.

An I honestly didn't mind but if I'ma paying for something to carry items that I don't want dirty it's another add on for me if I wonted to clean it myself which I don't like but overall the lady hooked it up for me didn't have to do much an also had the hookup when it comes to the trailer attachment for the gl450 Benz I was using to tow the trailer so overall not a bad deal whatsoever an at about 45$ in all not a bad price for a simple rental an go

Every other UHAUL location I have been to required UHAUL to connect my vehicle to the trailer for liability purposes. Felt like very poor customer service and that the General Manager was trying to nickel and dime me.
ANDREW AWe told the drop off location about the furniture blankets that we had rented from UHAUL that REEKED of smoke, and they said they would refund our money for the blankets. However, when I received the receipt after drop off (via email), the blankets were NOT refunded.

WILLIAM MDeparture point pickup was problematic. Fuel levels weren’t accurate, and I had to clean sunflower seeds out of the moving truck prior to pickup so that I wasn’t held responsible for the mess I was given. All, in all. The truck performed as expected.

FRANK CA furniture dolly was left in the van I rented so I didn't know if I'd be charged for the dolly since I didn't order it. Additionally a large piece of cardboard saying something like "rent this truck" was left in the passenger seat. The key return stated to drop it through the glass s into a box, however there was no box to catch the key so it fell to the floor and I was worried if be charged for damage to the key. It didn't stop me from doing what I needed to, but it does stop me from recommending or returning to this U haul.
