Customer service was excellent! The truck was horrible! The alignment was off. I was fighting with that truck for 200 miles. It was loud until it would shift gears. Shifting gears sounded like it was going to get stuck and NOT CHANGE! The engine light came on as I was bringing it back. I told the rep about all of this! His reply was sorry, I tried to get you a good truck! Ummmm no sir…. You should have offered a discount because it was that AWFUL!

JAMES RI wish I could rate the U-Haul center that I originally had my reservation for. It was called paradise Cove 13001 S. Memorial Parkway, Huntsville, AL 35803. I reserved a 20 foot truck a dolly and furniture pads. When I arrived for pick up, there was no dolly or pads. I called the one 800 number spoke with the lady that apologized for the inconvenience and told me she would credit me the $50 inconvenience fee because I truly needed the utility dolly to move my furniture. So after speaking with her, she said I am going to transfer you to another location which was 6 miles away which added 12 miles round-trip that I had to pay for and once I arrived, they told me that the $50 would have to come from the original store and since they just now got my reservation and they had everything that they would have to deny my $50 inconvenience fee. And the funny part is I never brought up the $50 inconvenience fee the young lady over the phone told me she was giving it to me so when I showed up, I was just expecting the $50 fee since driving across town and I had to pay for the extra mileage on the U-Haul truck as well.
