The staff was very friendly and efficient. My only complaint has to do with the system as a whole as it noted somehow in the system that the drop off was Grapevine, TX (William Tate) when I requested Roanoke TX and never mentioned Grapevine TX. The system must have changed and defaulted back to the last place I used 5 years ago versus what I requested in Roanoke TX. I just left it as it was more painful to change but that is my only complaint but the pick up location and personnel were great.Daniel K.

Have the headlight switch and some light switches fixed from falling into the dashboard and also have the window handle fixed so the next person won't have the problem I had rolling down the driver's side window for fresh air.dupre H.

When you want a customer to also haul a trailer, keep timings for pickup in mind and keep them closer, like the same city, not Denver - Fort Collins. And make sure you let the workers know someone is coming to pick it up. And make the instructions/timetable more clear. I was given 4 different addresses for 2 pickups.Jelena D.

Your 20 foot truck is not 20 feet! Fuel economy is 8 MPG! I had to return the 20 foot box truck because I could not get 6 20 foot boards to fit even when using the attic space and angling the boards to the floor at the rioll up door. I put on 7 mikes and they still charged me knowing full well that truck was not 20 feet lomg! Use Pemske if you can! Ujaul box trucks are junk!James D.

When I showed up to pick up the truck just after 7AM, I waited for over 30 minutes while the sole staffer filled up 10+ propane tanks instead of getting me out the door. Other employees didn't show up for work, but that became my problem. The employee said they'd add extra time for my inconvenience but was unable to do soâ€¦so nothing doing. When I returned the truck, I again went inside while an employee filled up an unending line of propane tanks. After approaching them and leaving my key and being told â€œeverything is good, I'll process this for you shortlyâ€ I received a call the following morning asking when I would return the truck, over 18 hours after I dropped it off. I told them I returned it the previous day and they said â€œoh, okâ€ HOW DO YOU NOT EITHER SEE THE TRUCK ON THE LOT OR SEE IT WAS RENTED AGAIN? What is going on? This was a bad experience, still haven't received my emailed receipt 12 hours later.RYAN C.

Well, when I Picked up the unit, the Associate show me that on the Paper the fuel is full but when I get in the vehicle its at 1/8. Upon return, I filled it up more than when I receive. Associate told me I will get a discount. I haven't seen it reflect on my bank until I write up this review.Robister P.

Location was understaffed, dirty and depressing. Waited in line for nearly 30 minutes to get my rental processed. Cargo van wasn't very clean and the tire alert was on the dashboard. Uhaul location couldn't be reached by phone. Uhaul scheduling said my rental was reserved and guaranteed at a closer location, but that ended up being false and I was forced to pay more in mileage by going to a location further away.David C.
Give it support I made a reservation for that location on Labor Day when I arrive to the location they told me that you guys send my reservation to another location like 20 minutes away we I arrived at the location it was closed we so we call and try it to do with a Custumer service nothing so the customer service send us to the original location that they didn't help us so I miss my appointment complex elevetor what a mess!Miguel O.

I rent the van at 1:30 pm and then i took the van back at 4:30 pm and they guy told me that he was to busy to check the van so he can charge what i needed to paid. He said in 30 min i will have my receipt on my email, i wait 3 hours and he never checked in the van i took so have to call customer service to let them know that.Mario R.
