Quick drop off and helpful
Leon HThe online check in feature was awful. It forced me to jump through a bunch of hoops at the rental site and made it impossible to actually complete the check in process. I used the app for about an hour before I had to just work with someone face to face at the location. They were very kind, patient and helpful. My review of the app and online service is 0 stars, but the in person staff were pretty good.

The manager literally handled several reservations at one time successfully and pleasantly - I will continue to use UHaul (thank you!) and will go out of my way to come to this location whenever possible!

Cedric BShouldn't I expect to be handed a receipt of key return at the time of drop off? (I understand, the final receipt is emailed later after the truck is processed.) This location's phone line entered in a loop in its automated menu when I called them (not speaking of getting put on hold). It was the third or fourth round in the loop when the clerk answered.
NIHAT OThe rental van front cabin was dusty and would have appreciated it was vacuum, front windshield was difficult to see through, and trash from the previous customer. Overall, the customer services was excellent, I always choose this location.
Ruben LThe lady on duty when I got there at 8AM was absolutely amazing!! She worked that front all by herself on this very busy morning and did it with a smile!!! She was very pleasant and went above in getting me a different truck due to a malfunction with the first truck. Give her a raise! 🙂 I love this location, I always come here for my moving essentials (and I do not live in the area). This was my first time renting a truck here because I had a storage up the street from you guys. Also, the men that get the truck, were really helpful and pleasant as well. Thanks for the wonderful service!!!

HERMINIO GI rented a 5x9 utility trailer with a ramp. everything was good but the previous person who rented it must have used it for something dirty like landscaping or something. it could have been swept out significantly better, but still tolerable.
SCOTT AStore owner very nice and efficient. Just a slow go sometimes because she is the only one working the desk.
MARK LI reserved an appliance dolly and when I came to pick up the truck there wasn't one available. This was my only complaint. On the positive side, I accidently forgot my phone in your truck and the kind team working there helped me to track it down.
MICHAEL BNobody came out upon my arrival to check out the truck. I was charged $6.00 for fuel but the truck was returned with the gage being at the same 1/4 tank as when I picked it up.
JOHN BI dropped off my trailer at this location. The physical setup there was fantastic, very spacious and easily accessible. The process was incredibly easy, only took a few minutes. And the young man who helped me was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this location and if we need a rental in the KC area we will definitely use it again!

JEAN NOverall, an excellent experience. Received the truck as reserved. It performed well allowing for our move. returned on a Sunday night with no need for an employee. Received the return receipt the next day via email. All in all, went exactly as it should have gone.

Michael WNothing, really! Awesome service by the ladies! The employee and the manager made sure we had a great experience being first time customers renting trucks. Both of them took the time to explain things to us even when we had to switch rental equipment, get credit for gas, and go with a smaller rental.
OSWALDO CWas moved around to different pickup locations which costs an hour of time. More of a system problem than. Specific location problem.

MICHAEL AI rented a van. My nephew and I ran home and threw all of the extra boxes into it. Took it to the storage unit dropped 'em off, and returned the van all within an hour and 30 minutes! I've done this many times. Buying a truck is so expensive, and the large gasoline bill is too. It's cheaper just to rent one when you need it! The ladies here are excellent customer service reps at 77th and Metcalf! I do not go anywhere else! I'm in an apartment with a patio, so when the seasons change I take my patio furniture to the storage unit and bring back the Thanksgiving & Christmas decor. I don't do basements, lol!

KATHRYN TWhen I arrived at 1PM to pick up the truck there was one person in line and no one working the counter. The line soon grew to 4 and still no one in sight. After an approximate 5 minute wait by all of the customers in line, I walked back to the rear of faciltiy and found 3 employees all glued to cell phones and not paying any attention to customer service. I ask for assistance and went back to counter where all three walked with no urgency to the counter. One took the first customer in line, another one was at the counter but not helping anyone and the third left the building, Finally I got to the counter and first person started my contract. I have to say during the entire process he could not have give a whit for whether he was doing anything efficiently or in a customer first attitude. Finally checked in and went out to the vehicle and person #3 was walking back to the service area and I yelled at him "is this my truck". He turned around and said yes, I ask do I just leave and he said I should have a text message with instructions and I did. So started taking photos and went through all 5 or 6 requested and the web site froze up and would not let me do anything. Went back in the building and told a 4th person (a girl that seemed to be somewhat in charge), and she told me to just take them again as a personal photo. All in about forty degree weather and rain. Terrible expierence at this location.

KELLY HAfter this adventure with you all being overcharged the dolly not in the truck having to carry everything to and fro the truck and three elderly people with bad backs now no it was a terrible experience I'll never be running you all again and if my money isn't refunded from the $50 overcharge then I will be turning you into the attorney general or whoever whatever entity that watches over fraud and Abuse of elderly people and their monetary situation you've taken gross advantage of the situation and it needs to be rectified immediately

JESSE BTheir lot is always super cramped. They need more space. My truck died twice and it was a major inconvenience I’m sure I won’t get any credit for, had to wait for roadside assistance twice. Truck is not reliable.
