The 5x8 trailer worked fine. The interior was not thoroughly cleeaned and had black marks on all the walls. I tried to take pictures through the app, but it did not load. I have Info Tech background, but did not have time to fool with it. I had to leave to take care of my move. In the past, there was an option for the person hooking up the trailer to take notes. This should remain an option. The rest of the entire experience was Excellent.JAMES F.

Difficult to access for out of towners. There are two buildings with clear signage but separated by one block. Both have trucks in the parking lot but only one accepts returns. The phone number is USELESS as it send your call to the main dispatch and can never connect with the agency itself hence no immediate help with directions or things like that.Carlos M.

The first vehicle I was given had low pressure in the left rear tire. When they attempted to fill the tire, the air hose/pump wouldn't work. The second vehicle i was given had a service alert on the dashboard. Fortunately, everything turned out OK; however, the uncertainty was rather uncomfortable.EDWARD F.

I love the people at this UHAUL Location. Very professional and I sense the staff is going from very good to even better. This location installed receiver/hitches on 7 cars over the years. The trailer I rented was dirty on the outside, but that did not bother me. Check out is beautifully streamlined. I recommend this UHAUL location to all my Clients (I'm a Realtor). All the Very BEST! It didn't seem like the truck I rented was checked out for a cross county move before I received it. The drivers side windshield wiper was not properly cleaning the windshield, fortunately it was raining the day I left and I was able to stop by the pickup location and had it fixed before I left. The bigger problem was the back tires on the driver side where bald, I had to drive on snow packed roads in the mountains, the truck felt like it wasn't getting good traction, I did end up sliding off the road getting stuck in the snow; having to call your tow service to get my out, they took 3 hours to get to my location. I hadn't noticed the tires until I got stuck, I'm sure I wouldn't have if the tires where in good shape. I counting my blessing I had made the trip with no major incident. I showed the clerk at drop off location the tires, hope they change them out before renting to someone else.Gary F.

1. It is impossible to reach the location by phone--all my many calls were routed to a nationwide number. 2. Two employees were not properly masked when I picked up the vehicle. One became extremely rude when I asked him to wear his mask properly and back up for social distance. 3. About a half hour after I picked up the vehicle, a message that the oil should be changed soon came on, obscuring the odometer reading. It took me about 45 minutes stopped on the road and about 12 extra miles driving as I started to return to get help from the UHaul roadside assistance to tell me it was OK to proceed and how to take the message off. Upon returning the van I was told that they had no control over when this message would pop up, but they also do not warn you it might or tell you how to deal with it. In fact, there were no instructions at all with the van about how things were placed or worked on the dashboard. Even on the UHaul site where I looked at the :manual" there was no technical information. 4. Otherwise the return of the vehicle went quickly and smoothly and satisfactorily. 5. In summary, the van was quite new and functioned well. My complaints are not about the equipment but rather about the difficulties in communication with the personnel and in accessing help and useful information.Sara D.

I used on line check in and when I went in to get the key, there was no on line check in signage to â€œskip the lineâ€ so I waited in line while those that didn't choose on line check in got their equipment. The truck was great, I had no problems, it was clean, and it handled well. The wait time to check out though was way too long. There was only one cashier and probably 10 people in line. I'd already made the reservation so I had to wait over 30 minutes just to give them a copy of my ID. Was really frustrating. I was supposed to meet someone for a pick up across town at a specific time. The ONLY reason I made it on time is that I scheduled my pick up time for an hour and a half before hand.Emily R.
