The manager at 7am on Monday, 10/7 was beyond unfriendly. I showed up a few minutes early and waited outside the front door. When he came over to unlock the door, he did not even acknowledge me as I waived hello at him. Instead of providing excellent customer service, opening the door for me to welcome me in, and smiling and saying “good morning,” he unlocked the door and let us slam shut in my face as he turned away from me to walk back to the counter. His demeanor for the rest of my encounter was less than welcoming. Will not return to this location again.

Both times I have used uhaul the computers have been running extremely slow making for very long wait times and pick-up and drop-off, eating into rental time.

I reserved a 20 ft truck but need to change the size of the truck once I arrived. He did not accommodate me by transferring me to a smaller truck which I felt was only due to him wanting to get ride of the large truck from his lot.

the door to the trailer we rented had the tension set too tight, it was a very difficult situation each time we opened the door it rolled too quickly and the locking mechanism got jammed. this also made it extremely difficult to close. The location was convenient but the level of professionalism was absolute zero. There was a problem with credit card reader, the employees were eating and continually talking among themselves they did not seem to have a good understanding of the trailer equipment, or how to work around the credit card issue. The whole process was unpleasant.

Your policy of requiring me to take photos late at night while I'm still at the closed location and send them to you or charge me 20.00 is not only ridiculous but dangerous. I tried to do it at home but you require me to be on the lot to close out that's BS. What if my data is slow? What if I don't have reception? If I cant do it you penalize me $20.00. You have lost a very valuable customer. Everyone beware of these new bull____ rules Uhaul is trying to put on their customers backs. Dangerous - Dangerous- Dangerous to make you stay at the lot for 15 or 20 min. in the middle of the night. I hope a lawyer sues you for this.
