The personnel was very helpful.
CHANTAL HPick-up was easy but the truck had limited gasoline and needed filling immediately. I was reimbursed for gasoline.
Randall CStaff was professional and helpful. Truck was clean, but had high miles. Truck was apparently not maintained because the wheels nearly detached while driving on an interstate highway in Colorado.
LANCE REasy drop off and this center appeared busier than most since it was to the university.

JUAN GStaff is very good, but the devices and computer systems are outdated and it makes the process slow and inconvenient.

Brandon FThe only hiccup was that the app told me to return the key to the drop box upon returning the uhaul, but this location didn't have one, spent a bit of time running around looking for the right spot but the employee at the desk ended up taking it for me. Instructions on returning the key could have been more clear. Other than that things went well.

LANCE WThree young ladies worked hard to meet the needs of their customers. Check in process took little longer than expected, mostly to customers not familiar with Uhaul procedures. Once attended to, process and hook up went very smoothly and quickly.
OSCAR PThe staff was very nice. The Uhaul had a huge hole in the roof, so thank goodness it wasn't raining.

Joao NWe were not told a mile limit of only 200 miles was on the contract and we had to drive from uhaul location, to a storage unit and to the deceased persons home all the way back to Vidor, tx. Of course that would go over 300 miles. Will never rent from uhaul again and I will post on social media

SENOBIA ARude costumer service. I was accused of smoking weed in the vehicle. I dropped the vehicle off and the guy immediately checked it. I get a call an hour later stating that I smoked in the vehicle. I don't smoke. Tryna to scam me out of my money. I would not recommend this location to anyone

SARA RThere is zero customer service from the employee who retrieves the cars dropping off. Was annoyed, sitting in a truck texting while I'm waiting in the dock to return my car…then asks what I'm doing…when there's signs everywhere saying this is how you drop off. No hello, no hi how may I help you. Just “I don't have you on my list here†….it doesn't matter you can drop off a U-Haul at any location and simply because the truck I reserved somehow wasn't there I had to get a bigger one and still haven't been reimbursed. There is zero professionalism there and the truck smelled like dog per and hadn't been washed in ages. The brakes barely worked as well.

JANICE MHad to wait due to equipment wasn't maintained, one had no lights and the other the wheels were locked, so took a lot longer to get in and out
KRISTOPHER AI wish the trailer I had rented would have been at the same location as the truck I rented. I wish the truck I rented, which turned out to have trailer bolts stuck in the tires, could have been swapped out at this location for a new truck (which was on the lot and readily available). Both at check in and check out the clerk could not find my rental agreement.
Aaron BI have used the North Lamar location several times. They are always so helpful. The manager, Brittani is so helpful and pleasant to work with. We also worked with Robert. He was very nice and helpful. This location is always very busy. They are always working to make it a pleasant experience.
Martha STeamwork. There were 3 staff while we were there. 1 was outside completing the reservation with hooking up or dismantling the equipment; one was at the desk helping at this time a line of 4 different reservations, the 3rd staff sat at the front counter looking into a computer screen with no eye contact nor a greeting to any of the 7 customers waiting. If this is a leader or trainer, it is wise to keep said person in an office. The perception does not look great on the team nor company. Brittani was wonderful multitasking.
SCOTT TStaff was somewhat rude when I picked up the van. She was friendlier when I dropped it off.
