Had reserved uhaul and two minutes before getting there to pick up. I received a call from Brittany Who asked me who I was and if I was rented a 20' truck. I said yes and she said “well we ain't got none”. She was extremely rude and did not even try to help until I got frustrated because I was moving that day. She finally put me on hold then came back on and said “we ain't got no trucks available”. The customer service from her was horrible. I should have received a call the night before. I ended up having to rent an in town vehicle for my move from Austin to Burleson tx. Cost me a fortune. After my move I had to drive three hours back to Austin to drop off. I will not use Uhaul again.

We received the truck with a quarter tank. It was left back at u-haul with a quarter tank but we were still charged for gas.

It took too long to be verified. Then, there was no one at the counter to give me a key. I literally chose the 24/7 pick up option so I wouldn't need to go in the store. I had to walk behind the counter to get the key — there were no instructions that said that's the appropriate thing to do.

Fix the location bar code for self check out. For the past 2 rentals I can never self check in or check out. The photo of the bar code is always invalid :(

Have the inventory I reserved in stock, instead of taking my reservation and informing me at the location that the equipment wasn't available. Big inconvenience, cost me extra miles, and delayed my move by several hours.

Only hiccup was finding out when I was picking up the truck that I needed alternative documentation or a secondary contact (who would actually be contacted *right* then). It would have been much easier to provide the information peeviously

They added safe tow coverage for $8 which I didn't ask for and didn't notice until it was all over. Very dishonest.

The worst customer service that I have ever gotten at any place of business no matter what type! The people here are extremely rude both to each other and the customers. When I came in during open hours to return my truck, I was greeted by the clerk eating McDonald's behind the desk with his feet up. When I said that I was there to return the truck, he rolled his eyes at me and sighed loudly. I apologized for disturbing his meal and he shrugged and stuck his hand out for the key. Just a disgusting place staffed with rude people. Thanks for nothing.

Integrity movers were excellent. Communication was very fast and efficient. The workers were amazing. They reviewed the job prior to starting and were very informative so there were no surprises at the end of the job. Which was quick and packed to perfection. Services were so good I used them the next day and will use them for all further moving jobs.

The location is great for our needs but the access is horrible and customer service is moderate at best. I will use this location again because of it's proximity but from my last couple of experiences there that is the only reason.

You cancelled my reservation the day before I had to move and I was forced to drive four hours to another location to get a new uhaul and all I got back was $50. I will literally never use uhaul again and I will make sure none of my friends or family use the company. Sucks for you.

Even when we had prior online appointment and we came on time, we had to wait in line for 10-15 minutes. The wait dismisses the whole point of advance booking. Should have a separate dedicated counter, and if they have it it should function properly.

Location busy, calling direct hard to get pick up. Staff (not mgr) checked acct to unload/move out was surly. I contacted U-Haul gen # to set up the day & time 48+ hrs in advance, no record on acct
