Well our experience with the lady who helped us was amazing she is a asset to u-Haul !! The truck was another story the door on the back got stuck and we had to call it got stuck for one and a half hours we almost got our fingers cut off !!! We filled the tank up it. OST 125$ and we brought it back 3/4 full we would have brought it back sooner but we had it loaded to the max and the door wouldn’t shut so we wasted one day of our moving that hurt our time frame !!! Please fix that truck so no one gets hurt !!! The drop off guy was also amazing and also a asset to u-haul !!! The truck was a piece of Shi* !!!

I always use this location. The staff is friendly and do a good job of serving people. Lines can be long but I have never felt like I waited more than 10-15 minutes. Hopefully the new software will remember me and my tow vehicle so I don't have to reenter info. UHaul is my goto for all trailer needs. I get to use the trailer but don't have to store it:-)

Requested info several times after returning the truck...I wanted to know how much I owed from turning it in 1 day late....I was told they would call me & the message I received was not understandable. I called back again and was read charges and they were under my $100 I initially paid. Plus $20 late drop-off and milage $14.....why the difference?

This was the worst experience you could have. The day before I was to pick up the 26' one-way I was told the truck would have to be picked up in Carson city and the car trailer would have to be picked up in Reno. I explained to the dispatcher that I was flying into Reno and would be taken a cab to the reno location and that's why I reserved the equipment weeks in advance. When I asked to talk the a manager or corporate rep she asked me to hold. She came back and said the truck and trailer would be at the Reno location as scheduled on the 10/10/19 at 4:30pm. I arrived at the location right at 4:30 and the wrote the contract up for the trailer then went to do the truck and it the truck wouldn't go through, She called another lady over and she was a little rude snot. She said rudely...sir you’re in the wrong location the truck is in Carson City. I explained the above phone conversation and she called the area dispatch. They claimed that I never call when they sent a text that they had trouble with the reservation and the reservation was locked in at Carson City. Then not even 10 minutes went by I reserved another text saying they were having problems with my rental and to please call. So I called and low and behold the truck that was locked in for me in Carson City wasn't available ether. I was less then pleased and let the dissipater know my concerns. She finely got a manager on the phone and she said that they would have a truck the next day in Carson City sometime in the afternoon. I told her that wouldn't work. So she said the best she could do was to give me a 20' truck but it was in South Reno. So with no other choices I cabbed over to that location and to my surprise there were four 26' one-ways sitting there. I asked the counter guy if they were reserved and her said 2 were for Friday and the other 2 were for Saturday. So there were 4 units sitting that I could of taken and they could of arranged for the Carson City unit to be bought down in place of the one they could of gave me. I called back to the dispatch and she said they were reserved before I made my reservation and she had no one to transport it to the Reno location from Carso City, So now I was stuck with a truck that was way smaller then what I needed when it could of been resolved at the other Reno location. When I got home I tried to fit all my stuff into the 20' truck and I was unable too. I had several items and boxes left over that wouldn't fit in the 20'. I tried to rent a 5X8 trailer from your Lincoln CA location but none were available at the time so I was forced to purchase a little utility trailer for $600 dollars for a local person. I was still short room and was forces to give my couches and Livingroom set among a few other things. Then to top off my fabulous experience when I turned it in I was told that the $32 credit for the miss documented fuel recording on the contract couldn't be credited on turn in. That location is too congested to even park in the parking lot and the office is too small to accommodate the customer s when it's busy ( and it's busy alot). Spread some of the different sizes around the area better. I asked to pick up on Sun Valley Blvd to avoid that chaos.

I filled out everything online to make the process quicker. What a waste of time. I returned the trailer at 11am, there was no one there to help. I get a call @5pm telling me I will be charged if I don't bring the trailer back. At that point it was already back for 6 hours?

Great customer service, this location needs better access for pickup and drop off, short driveway and minimal parking for pick up and drop offs.

I did not see a name badge, but the person who helped me had a shirt that indicated he was the general manager. Very rude! He and another employee were talking about how every customer seemed to have gotten up "on the wrong side of the bed". They were doing this in front of customers. All I wanted to do was rent a trailer. I did not expect this to be a confrontational experience, but it certainly was. I will think twice before renting from this location again. I was especially disappointed with the treatment I received from a general manager of the company.

The entrance to the lot was being improved or repaired. Access into the location was impaired. Website notice as to how the location would prefer the customers to access the store front would be helpful especially for returns.

I thought I would get furniture pads but we didnt so I wish that was clear when we picked it up because I would have bought some and I think the location of this uhaul is hard to get in and out. But check in, check out, price, using the truck was all clear, convenient, and fast.

Trailer was not 100% Clean. But I just took a few loads to the dump so no problem. I did sweep out before returning. No damage that I could see.

The people were fantastic and the equipment was in good condition, but the rental system was in an obviously sad state and there did not seem to be any consideration for the construction going on in the immediate area.

unsure on the maintained issue front end vibrated a lot at 55 to 65 mph, might have been the roads, vehicle pulled to the left, pickup location very anxious to get me on my way with out a walk around, showing how to check the oil or transmission. Transmission would get to 4000 rpm (or more) before it would shift

customer service on unit pick up was poor, employees arguing about not pulling there weight, standing around not working, boss man doing all the work. other customer waiting for hours to return equipment, long line. was told that u haul was closed on Sunday since i was picking unit up so late on Saturday i was not going to be charged only for one day use and return it on Monday morning, when i return it today customer service wanted to argue with me right off the back about that they cant tell not to return it on Monday, they cant do that when there are open until 5pm. very dissatisfied customer.....need better management.

Not have your desk people discussing how much money is on their EBT cards and not smelling of pot. Fix your printers. Not have the final price be more than quoted for no reason.
