Getting the equipment is still a very slow process. 2 people working to check in and check out during the busy morning doesn't help the flow. I noted few people using the app beyond the original reservation. It appears to me that in order to save labor money, Uhaul is willing to inconvenience customers with a slower check in.
Linden SWalk people through how to check out when there has been a problem. Show them how to solve the problem in order to continue to check out.

James PIt took almost an hour to get a trailer, your App is dysfunctional so that’s a waste of precious time, your computer froze up, I had a 45 minute wait because of slow customer processing in front of me. Never again.
Kent DRich who helped me, but he was the kindest, most considerate, thoughtful person I’ve ever dealt with the other gentleman Samuel, didn’t really have the time to help and said they have nothing available. This gentleman said yes we have this absolutely available and I was able to pick it up take care of what I need to get done and to bring it back by 12 o’clock noon or a little after 12 I apologize but that man that wrote this all up for me his name is Rich, should get a pat on the back. He was very kind, very considerate, and I believe he cares! The other gentleman‘s name was Samuel and he was polite just not knowledgeable! But I can say I only rent from U-Haul and I’m thankful for you people!

He was warm and friendly and even though he was slammed still took the time to help a young woman get her purchases to her car! He sets the bar for customer service!!

Eric NI arrived, there was no one there in the office, I started the process on the app and when the manager finally arrived from the store he was too busy drinking his protein shake to actually help me and told me to just wait. Finally after everything went through on the app and it was time to get my vehicle he was again no where to be found and after some time he came out eating a sandwich, talking to me while eating. He then was put out because he had to move a vehicle to allow me to get the vehicle that was assigned, again all while eating a sandwich! Horrible customer service

don dNeeds better manager. Its hard to get good people, but when they do the management treats them like shit and they leave. I had two great employees help me get the trailer and drop the trailer. Both were great, and probably will be gone next time I rent. Give them significant attendance and longevity bonuses to keep good people.

rick cThey were a very nice and effective team at Uhaul Silverada Blvd. Reno Nevada. When I turned the box van on that we were using We left some personal keys there accidentally and when we came back hours later and asked about them they asked for a description and lo and behold they had them for us and we were grateful. Uhaul at Silverada Blvd is a 5 star service for sure!! The family!

PHILIP MI wasn't greeted by anyone when I arrived, they didn't have the dolly that I reserved, but one showed up at the last second, otherwise they wanted me to drive extra miles in the truck to get one from a different store. I will say that the two gentlemen that were checking in the trucks when I returned the truck were very nice, polite, and helpful. It won't be a first choice location for me.
Jessie FYour Mobil checking app is clunky and repetitive. It made me enter my dl photos and credit card twice. Also, it wouldn’t save vehicle photos at pickup, so I had to go inside, wait in line and get the guy to send me a new link. After that it worked

anna lThe owner called and said I could pick the trailer up early, that I could have an extra day or so. As I was picking up right at 7, they rushed and got me through so they could close. My fault, I did not read the return date at the destination. It was a full day earlier than I had said, and there was no extra days. READ THE PRINT with these people. Good thing the people at my destination were understanding.
Jim PFrom start to finish it took almost 30 minutes to leave with the truck. One of the gentlemen was on his phone not paying attention to what I was saying.

alan dI was was on empty with gas light on before I left the parking lot. I returned the U-Haul with a 1/4 tank and was charged for a pull tank. This is terrible service. Charging me over $400 for a mistake.
