The staff was super rude and unprofessional. I tried to call to make my appointment and the lady just said â€œdo it onlineâ€ then hung up the phone. I only called to get a recommendation for my hitch size as the website is not very clear. I went in on the day of my appointment for a 10a apt and the lady said the guy was not there yet so I had to drop off my car. She was very rude and didn't seem to care. The hitch guy showed up at 2p finally. Never going back here again.Evan R.
The most horrible expereince I have ever had. You bait and switch your customers, because you feel they are desparate at the point of pick-up. Terrible experience. I would never come back. The truck had mold growing out the ceiling, passenger door would not close, check engine light was on during the rental. I was told to unload and bring the truck back because of the check engine light and that everything would be taking care of, but I was hit with a fueling charge. ($90 fueling charge, but the truck was driven a total of 12 miles) Furthermore, I had to spend additional money on movers and moving equipment that was not available even though it was on my reservation. When I came back the same day to explain that the truck was in terrible condition and that I now needed a lock and to extend the time since the delay with getting the truck pushed me behind schedule, your employee ignored the problem and sold me the lock. Lastly to add insult to injury the following day when I dropped of the truck this location had tons of moving equipment in the garage and the girl who check my truck in said the got a lot of equipment in this week. So purposely didn't give me the equipment that I requested and needed. Please avoid this location at all cost. Uhaul, please buy better trucks, maintenance them regularly, and take better care of your customers.Alanna D.

Stop adding the CDW automatically Fix your website so it works when completing the reservation. I went through all the steps to decline the CDW, upload my driver's license and provide a credit card only to have the website not work and put me back to the start of the reservation process. As such, when I went into the location to pickup the van, I didn't notice until I returned the van that the CDW was automatically added back. The store assistant manager indicated he wasn't able to do anything and I needed to call customer service to resolveCOLIN W.
They were super helpful getting everything squared away. I needed to pick up and load the truck before I hooked up the auto transport. They made that easy as pie. Then I came back after loading the truck and they hooked up the AT and helped me load and tie down the car.Warren E.

Uhaul Customer Service was a lifesaver. I was originally supposed to pick up at the location at 2951 NE Expwy, Chamblee, GA 30341 but when I got there at 7:05 AM, they were closed and I noticed my reservation time had been changed. I was supposed to have the truck from 7 am Tuesday to 4 pm Tuesday and it was changed to 5 pm Monday (Labor Day) to 5 am Wednesday. I called customer service when no one was at the location at 7:15 am and they rebooked me at a location down the road. I ended up leaving at 7:35 am and still no one was at the NE Expressway location.Abigail K.

I had a very frustrating experience dropping the equipment off. I was initially told they had no room for the trailer and I was asked to take it another 13 miles away which would be another 26 miles round trip after I'd driven about 500 miles that day. I insisted that I had no time and the manager told her attendant to take the trailer and I would be charged a fee for incorrect destination. I was given this location via text. Very unprofessional experience â€” feel like the employees at the location are poorly trained in customer service.Gerald D.
They gave me the tank on 1/8 for a 15 foot truck - with no credit incentive. To fill the truck up was $100. The truck was dirty with dog hair and fly all over the window. There were ants in the truck and I had to drive 8 hours to Florida in it. The consideration for a single female driver wasn't even considered. The guy who gave me the truck apologized but the manager had a terrible attitude. I returned the truck to Tampa on a half a tank which is worth $50.Timna A.

I was not told the truck I reserved wasn't available until after I arrived. My only option was to use a smaller truck, this delay caused me to be late to my moving appointment. I ended up having to pay my movers for a whole extra hour and renting another truck through them to complete the job. Overall U-Haul just cost me $250. Will avoid using U-Haul at all costs from now on.Jason S.

They allowed 24/7 truck rental online when I got to the rental place. It wouldn't allow me to get the truck because the location didn't have 24/7 truck share. So I had to wait outside for an hour. My movers I had to wait AND pay for the hour and when I called the location and uhaul corporate to let them know they said they couldn't do anything but a $25 credit. Why have the option to pick up the truck 24/6 if the location doesn't offer that. So I paid for my movers to be there and paid an hour for them to sit there. And uhaul did nothing.David C.

Your uhaul/share.com for delivery after office hours, doesn't work. 20 minutes trying to do it. Keeps saying Geolocation permission error. Tried multiple times, even with my wife's phone and the same problem happened, couldn't complete delivery receipt and was charged an extra $20. It's the second time in weeks.
