I followed the directions to stay in the truck upon returning to the drop off lane. No one came to complete the transaction. After 10 minutes I went into the office and had to complete it.

CHEVELTA MThe system wide network issue cost me an hour and 20 min of time that I didn’t have to spare. I reserved the U-Haul for a 1030 pick-up an hour before our scheduled movers which was delayed because of the inability to process the reservation. I rented from U-haul previously and experienced the exact same network issues so it wasn’t an isolated event. Luckily the staff was doing everything in their power to ensure we was able to check out but that still took way longer than expected. This delay had a domino affect on our move and caused so much unnecessary stress! Please fix your system or I will not rent from U-haul again in the future.

JULIO COne of the boxes and the wrapping paper were not the ones I ordered, so now I have to go back and replace them for the correct items. Also, at the second location I went to, they gave me a cheaper item than I ordered, did not reimburse the difference and gave me attitude.

MICHAEL GWe are new to the area. This was a superb U-Haul experience with the Spirit of Atlanta. The equipment was outstanding as new van with less than 3,000 miles. We had several interactions with different team members during telephone reservation, pickup, extension of rental, and drop-off. We accidentally left a personal item in the cab, and the team had it ready at the desk for pickup as soon as we could return the next day. Every member was attentive, professional, and friendly. Christopher was a standout for pickup and drop-off, and Ashley and the entire team rank among the best we have worked with over several decades of U-Hauling. 3947 Peachtree is a very busy location and to see the team bringing their A-Game at every encounter is inspiring. Linnell NWhen I returned my 12" trailer I was told to put it in any available spot and i was offered no assistance. There was no convenient space and I hurt my back trying to lift the heavy trailer off the ball hitch. I don't know what the weight is, but I am an active 62 year old and it was far too heavy for me to move. This is no way to run a shop.

William BOverall bad experience. The first location didn’t have the trailer I reserved, so I had to drive to a second location that did. The employee who hooked up my trailer failed to tighten it properly, and the entire trailer came off the hitch, hitting my car—fortunately, it only struck the bottom part of the hitch mount. When I returned the trailer, someone had blocked the entrance, making it difficult to return it properly. On the plus side, the trailer was clean and did the job.
CHRISTOPHER HBiggest issue was that my contract said to fill up 22 gallons to meet the 3/4ths fuel drop off requirement. Except 22 gallons filled up the entire tank. So, I spent money I didn't have to.
JOHN DSmooth - between going to 1 location and them helping find me the size van I needed from another location - to checking out and return. Impressed.
BENJAMIN SI don't like the $15 coverage that was required. Saying $19.95 + mileage is deceptive. When it is essentially $35 + mileage. Also, the right turn signal warning light was on.

JOSEPH HNothimg at all! The staff at the Brookhaven location is top tier. Rhey are Friendly, knowledgeable, and very efficient. They made me feel comfortable and assisted me with my rental when I had a small issue. They were patient and helpful I would definitely rent feom this place again.
LAKESHA TI set the reservation up to pick up at 10 pm using the app. I ended up not feeling safe and secure because a vagrant was hiding in between the trucks and approached me while I was going through the pick up. I ended up leaving and. Oning back at 7 am. The customer support did not know how to resolve my problem and change my reservation to pick up/ drop off at 7 am so it was confusing for the on site person to figure out a solution.
