The workers on site made the drop off very easy and were very friendly. They were honestly the best experience of the move.

Wayne LI paid U-Haul for moving help. The company never confirmed and then when I finally reached him the night before my move he said he was overbooked and couldn’t do it. I worked with him and rescheduled to the next day. In trying to confirm THAT appointment he apparently blocked my number. Now I have to wait a week to get a refund and U-Haul would not even discount the truck rental a single penny for the inconvenience. I’ve complained to the location and the 800 number and they won’t do anything.

JACQUES DThe process for renting and getting the van was easy and the van was new. But the van smelled badly of cigarette smoke and air freshener. Can Uhaul restrict smoking in its fleet with a penalty if this violated? Hotels and rental cars do this with success it seems.

Being charged for having to drop equipment and car off at 2 different locations because the workers wouldn’t do there job and call to let a customer know they will not be able to fulfill my reservation that was made the day before ! The truck felt like it was going to fall apart at any second on top of that!
SHAQUILLA LReserved my truck, a furniture dolly and appliance dolly a week ahead of time. Arrived to get it and at the end of signing all of the papers was told,”sorry, we do not have any Dollie’s”. Like what? I am moving. I cannot move without them. Why was I not informed of this when I arrived? Now I have a truck and no Dollie’s. I had to drive 4 miles to pick up Dollie’s at another store…. Of course using my allotted miles. No apologies. The truck was also horrible. Had trouble changing gears. When I got in it, no gas. Had to immediately go put gas in it. Horrible experience.

There has Never been a time whether traveling from another East Coast region inbound to Atlanta GA. MARSHA DThe customer service was great, during my renting trip the truck was acting up. I took it to the nearest location before break down. Spoke to on call person and roadside. They had me waiting for hour and it was cold. I left the truck at the location and put the keys in the box but I was charged a 290 fee for there truck not working properly.
BOBIE CWe rent trucks often for staging services. Tiwanee is awesome...Always prompt, has vehicle ready, paperwork ready and it a sight for sore eyes in the early morning hours when we have to rent the trucks. Kudos to her and the team.

CHRISTOPHER WTruck drop off and maintenance area blocks the access to trailers. I’d suggest maybe moving outgoing trailers to the front to avoid congestion and delays. All in all though it was great and the people were super helpful and accommodating.

EDWARD CI followed the directions to stay in the truck upon returning to the drop off lane. No one came to complete the transaction. After 10 minutes I went into the office and had to complete it.

CHEVELTA MThe system wide network issue cost me an hour and 20 min of time that I didn’t have to spare. I reserved the U-Haul for a 1030 pick-up an hour before our scheduled movers which was delayed because of the inability to process the reservation. I rented from U-haul previously and experienced the exact same network issues so it wasn’t an isolated event. Luckily the staff was doing everything in their power to ensure we was able to check out but that still took way longer than expected. This delay had a domino affect on our move and caused so much unnecessary stress! Please fix your system or I will not rent from U-haul again in the future.

JULIO COne of the boxes and the wrapping paper were not the ones I ordered, so now I have to go back and replace them for the correct items. Also, at the second location I went to, they gave me a cheaper item than I ordered, did not reimburse the difference and gave me attitude.
