dont falsley advertise showing the overside cargo vans if your going to give a us a utility van instead.. those are two different thong and have totally different capacities. and train your workers better and have a manager or another employee who can fill in if one worker does not show up.

Be very careful when returning your vehicle to the store. The odometer showed that we went exactly 10 miles. But the gas gauge indicated that we had gone a lot further. They tried to charge us for 6 gallons of gas when we used less than one. There was a lot of arguing, But we finally got the woman to understand that you don't use 6 gallons of gas to go 10 miles. It was a very frustrating and annoying experience. Our only conclusion is that the gas gauge on the truck is not in working order and she would not believe her eyes. She kept insisting that the computer was right! It's unfortunate that people don't know how to do math and think for themselves anymore. So as I said be very careful when renting from the store… I would take pictures of before and after usage.

Checkout and wait took 40 mins. Was charged fuel after putting more gas in truck than when we picked up. Had a receipt showing put fuel in truck right before dropping it off. Would never use this location again

We went this location because the app for self service was not working yo allow us to pick up our truck. An agent advised us to use chome insofar app. but then they asked for a 2nd contact (I gave 1 but did not have 2 that would answer the phone that early on a Sat morning), my other option was to show my passport, great - maybe you could have mentioned for me to bring it with me to the pick-up. Who carries their passport with them! Anyway, the rude agent hung up on me. I called back, got a different agent and she sent me to this location, where I received excellent help. My moving day was delayed by 2 hours due to your app & cs, but it ended well with the Seminole location.

I brought repairs that were needed to this vehicle to the attention of staff well over a month ago when I rented this vehicle again today the repairs were not made to this vehicle. I was very disappointed and I found it unacceptable. I actually was injured due to part of the nun repaired item. I would gladly appreciate a phone call at 727-643-5896 to discuss this further

The truck we received was on “E” we were advised we would get a $28 credit. On the receipt it shows a credit on it, but the total amount charged didn't change. The person who had the uhaul before had smoked in it and the smell was almost unbearable.

I booked two weeks in advance and when I arrived at the specified time there was not a truck. I had movers scheduled and they were on an hourly rate. I had to go to another location to get a truck which made me late for my movers. How on earth do you run a business and not deliver a product (truck) when promised? You have lost my business and I will be sure to spread the word that the original pick up spot should be avoided at all times. “I'm sorry Mr Boerboon but we don't have a truck, just doesn't cut it. I would really like a response to this. Maybe corporate should handle this. Moving day is awful enough but your people made it a disaster!!

I didn't find the employee willing to answer my questions even though I explained I'd never rented from U-haul, I got answers like " you go to the website, you will figure it out", "park the car back yard, you will find it" Moreover, the car filled with cigarette smoke.

I was a little confused on billing. When you go on to get the reservation you are asked to guess mileage. When I brought back the vehicle was given another bill which I didn't think jibes with the first estimated one.

I arrived 2 minutes before opening and the front door was open. A women screemed it is not 7:00 yet in a rude manner. This is not good customer service and would tend to shy me away from this store in the future. They could have simply locked the door until 7 and this would have never been an issue.

I rented a uhaul for the 3rd time in 3 years to move. This is the ONLY Location that over charged me big time!! I sent them the following information within an email to 753068_GM@uhaul.com which is what they asked me to do and ZERO Response!! I will never use this location again and uhaul should be disappointed at their unprofessionalism! Hello, I received your final invoice this morning and it is incorrect. I have Uhaul 3 time in the past 3 years and have never had an issue like this. Please make the following changes and send me the invoice again. 1. When I made the reservation you knew that I would be dropping off after hours since you close on Sunday at 5 PM. I was never quoted a $20 after hour drop off fee and I have never paid that in the past with my rentals. 2. You charged me for two dolly rentals and I was never given to dollies. I wanted two dollies and two dollies would have allowed me to get the job done a lot faster but when I got back to my residence there was only one dolly in the truck. But you have it listed on your final invoice quantity rented 2 and quantity returned 2, which are both not true… Very frustrating!! Cost me additional time and money with movers!! 3. I dropped off the U-Haul last night after hours like I was suppose too. Not this morning. You charge me for a two day rental when it should only be one day… That did not change. You also doubled all of my rental charges of furniture pads and dolly… I submitted a review question to you earlier this morning and no reply. Just this an incorrect invoice. I will be disputing the charge!!

U-Haul can stop charging people so much - it's insane. I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK BECAUSE OF HOW EXPENSIVE IT IS. This location was fantastic though - also the guy who helped us was so nice - even though the other employees weren't awesome

I was told that I would receive a email receipt, however none was sent. This caused me to make a special trip to the uhaul location, wait in line, and get a paper copy of the receipt. Not good

I ordered a motorcycle trailer a month before required. Checked on it a week before to change the and was assured all was well. Call the day of pickup. No problem. Went to pickup. NO TRAILER. WAS OFFERED A MUCH LARGER TRAILER AT NO EXTRA CHARGE OR SORRY NO TRAILER.

Truck had less then 1/4 tank of fuel when I picked it up. This was an issue when I returned with more then a quarter tank and they were charging me a $56 fuel charge. No one informed me that I should go thru easy pass lanes and not cash lanes and pay toll. I am now going to have to turn in receipts and dispute charges when I receive a toll bill from u-haul.
