I was allowed to rent a auto transport trailer at around 4:30pm on 4/2/2021 but was told the trailer must be returned that night. My contract says that my rental was due at 10:45 4/2/2021 they charged me full price for a 24hr rental and would not do any type of discounting or a military discount which i have recieved in the past.KIEL M.
Manager was very rude, unkept, unprofessional, argumentative, with not nice inflection in her voice. Truck that I received did not have a full tank of gas, I took a photo of this. I drove over 200 miles and still got charged .59 cents a mile instead of the .29 cents a mile. I actually ended up needing the truck one more day but instead of re renting it there I took it back and rented one from someplace else. This woman's name was Nina Queen.RICHARD K.

Slow leak left front tire. Should have not happened. Showed up at rental to pu the truck and app didn't work right. Couldn't find a person in store. She was out back doing stuff all alone!!! Why no assistance? Cheap to staff one person instead of two! Cheap assholes , imho. Clerk was harried, but I liked her. Not her fault the store environment itself was a shitshow. Friend was late showing up we didn't pick up vehicle at 7am which was requested. The appt was automatically cancelled no call or text and lucky I checked my email which is how I found out. Upon calling they first said they thought it was out of state rental (was local, secured online a few days before)... it caused some stress on my part having to move out and all but they made a new one for us. I waited 40 minutes to rent the truck, that I had reserved, as there was only one gentleman wrecking and the people before me were very needy, not his fault, but, should have more people working. I was late to meet the person and eastward 40 Minutes.THOMAS R.

Very long pick up wait line. No passenger rear view mirror, safety was a constant problem and someone had to follow the truck, to help the driver change lanes. We could not do as many loads due to this and turned the truck back in early because of this. Pretty sure you nothing will be done about this issue... :(Nancy W.
I was happy with the specific place that we got the truck from however I was not happy with the entire experience. We had reservations for 10am at one location and was there for 1hr. and 45 mins never got a truck at that location because the clerk at the Chevron gas station on seminole blvd. didn't know how to do the transaction and the manager was aware of it and said he would be there in 15 mins. never showed up so I called u-haul and the gave me a different location to pick up a truck, however it was 1230 till we got the truck and I lost the helpers that I had and had to do all the heavy lifting with my husband and pulled a muscle in my back and had to pay extra money because we didn't get our stuff out of the storage in time so I am very upset that I wasn't even offered to have money taken off of what we owed for the truck. We made reservations for a specific time For A Reason and they didn't value our time or our needs. â˜¹ï¸ Very unhappy!!â˜¹ï¸KAREN B.

Whoever I spoke to on the phone to reserve the truck was very rude. No customer service concept what so ever. When I picked up the truck I experienced the same behavior from the person behind the desk. I did not get her name but the tag on her shirt ID'd her as the general manager of the site. dont falsley advertise showing the overside cargo vans if your going to give a us a utility van instead.. those are two different thong and have totally different capacities. and train your workers better and have a manager or another employee who can fill in if one worker does not show up.Jackeline S.
Be very careful when returning your vehicle to the store. The odometer showed that we went exactly 10 miles. But the gas gauge indicated that we had gone a lot further. They tried to charge us for 6 gallons of gas when we used less than one. There was a lot of arguing, But we finally got the woman to understand that you don't use 6 gallons of gas to go 10 miles. It was a very frustrating and annoying experience. Our only conclusion is that the gas gauge on the truck is not in working order and she would not believe her eyes. She kept insisting that the computer was right! It's unfortunate that people don't know how to do math and think for themselves anymore. So as I said be very careful when renting from the storeâ€¦ I would take pictures of before and after usage.Jessica J.

We went this location because the app for self service was not working yo allow us to pick up our truck. An agent advised us to use chome insofar app. but then they asked for a 2nd contact (I gave 1 but did not have 2 that would answer the phone that early on a Sat morning), my other option was to show my passport, great - maybe you could have mentioned for me to bring it with me to the pick-up. Who carries their passport with them! Anyway, the rude agent hung up on me. I called back, got a different agent and she sent me to this location, where I received excellent help. My moving day was delayed by 2 hours due to your app & cs, but it ended well with the Seminole location.SHAWN J.

I brought repairs that were needed to this vehicle to the attention of staff well over a month ago when I rented this vehicle again today the repairs were not made to this vehicle. I was very disappointed and I found it unacceptable. I actually was injured due to part of the nun repaired item. I booked two weeks in advance and when I arrived at the specified time there was not a truck. I had movers scheduled and they were on an hourly rate. I had to go to another location to get a truck which made me late for my movers. How on earth do you run a business and not deliver a product (truck) when promised? You have lost my business and I will be sure to spread the word that the original pick up spot should be avoided at all times. â€œI'm sorry Mr Boerboon but we don't have a truck, just doesn't cut it. I would really like a response to this. Maybe corporate should handle this. Moving day is awful enough but your people made it a disaster!!FRANK B.
