DERRICK YClean the back of the Uhaul before giving it to a customer. Ours had graffiti with that said something that would give my grandmother a heart attack. The cab of the truck sounded really unsafe and the check engine light was on the whole time.

Brian FStaff were exceptionally helpful, resourceful and knowledgeable. I got a rental on extremely short notice. They gave me extra operational tips for operating the vehicle and completing my mission of hauling potted flowers from a festival back to home. The only suggestion I could make is that they warrant a larger business footprint. Their location is great but they need more room. Uhaul should consider buying adjacent property to expand the site.

Robert WDespite obviously being placed in a difficult position by schedulers who had more trucks returning to his location than it had room for, Token was the epitome of customer service. He listened to me to understand my situation, and rather than put the onus on tme to drive to another location miles away to return my truck to make up for the problem created by the company's scheduling, he decided to accept my returned truck to honor my contract with U-Haul. And he did so with a pleasant and courteous attitude even though it would make his day more difficult. You need more employees like Token who actually listen and try to do what's right for your customers, rather than what makes their day personally easier.

denise hI wanted to rent from the Franklin Blvd. location, no pickup available for 7-10days. After finding out about the wait I had to rent from your W7th store. Besides the extra time and gas to get this pickup there was an extra 10 miles that I had to pay for. You know your business better than I, but it would seem that maybe moving some of your inventory to other locations would better serve your customers.

Linda LTo small of a location and they gave us a faulty truck. They faulty sensor to power the trailer. Took way too long to solve the problem.
Larry PI dropped of the trailer and the guy working there was pissed because he said he didn’t have room for another 12 foot trailer….. this was the location I was told to bring it to. He then told me I was checked in and good to go. He said he would email a receipt. I never got a receipt. In fact, two days later, I was charged for a late return because he never showed it had been returned. It took 5 calls, got hung up on while on hold twice, just to get it sorted out. If it comes down to renting from U-Haul again or a kick in the nuts, I’ll take the kick in the nuts.
Ben Wwas charged a cleaning fee even though it was cleaner when I returned it than when I picked it up. Staff were helpful and easy to engage but I was not told I would be charged such a large stipend for no visible reason

Erin EMy only complaint was not being compensated for adding fuel to the tank. I kept the receipt and was credited $20 for $60 of fuel put in the tank. What was that? Yes, my fault for fueling and ignored. How was this accounted for? Can't help but think the difference had to go in someone's pocket. Color me stupid.

Jeremy EI messed up and smacked the front of the truck i rented, The owner was courteous, pleasant, and professional about the whole mess. I would 100% recommend this Uhaul branch AND would 100% recommend getting the insurance when renting.
Scott WI waited in line to pick up my reservation for half an hour. They forgot to load a dolly I rented. I was already late, so I tried calling to see if they had the dolly in the first place rather than drive back and wait another half hour. I was placed on hold by the general manager for another 20 minutes. I had to drive out since I was already an hour late. I had to call back and had to tell the GM not to put me on hold and just take the dolly off my reservation so I wouldn't get charged.
