I was there early morning, surprise to see how busy it was and on a top of that, I gave them a hard time as I made a mistake on my reservation but that didn't even affect there mood and gladly corrected my error with a big smile. great time.!!!

I had to move my mom . This uhaul was very helpful with answering all my questions. Every time I called , Personnel answered the phone. Prices were Adequate, the equipment was clean and in good condition. No hassle. Great employees. Would recommend anyone..

There was a long line but it was very speedy people are very impatient right now because of everything that's going on. The Representative was helpful and mindful of my needs and I pre she ate that. I read the truck because we feed the homeless or the less fortunate every year we didn't get discount or anything free from the truck it was just the way he handed it made me feel a whole lot better thank you so very much

The pick up truck and all of your trucks could be cleaner. Clean the inside of cup holders and clean the white stains off of seats.

I paid $15.00 extra for a utility dolly and called in for a 1 way 15 fter. Received a 10 ft uhaul with no dolly and received no refund... Poor service.

The only truck available for my reservation had extensive damage which was not noted. I had a small window to work in and didn't have time to search another location. The employee gave me a larger truck at no charge

When I first came to pick up my uhaul, it was after hours and I had been told by uhaul that this was an after hours location when it wasn't. However, when I returned the next morning, the onsite team was so friendly, welcoming, helpful and supportive that it shifted my negative experience the night before into a positive one. The morning team here provides me with the best customer experience I've had anywhere in a very long time. When I returned my uhaul, I enjoyed the same experience. This is a Uhaul in a challenging community where batteries and tires are stolen overnight and the team deals with a lot of pressure - under that pressure, they did an excellent job. I can't give higher praise to the morning team!! Thank you!

Online says this is a 24hr location where i can drop off my keys in a lock box. I was very lucky i called the night before because they said i COULD NOT pick it up before they open and they only allowed me to keep it till 5pm! I told them i might take till 9pm and would like to drop off the keys in a dropbox just like the website said. This was NOT honored. I had to pay my movers extra to start early and just had them toss everything in my new place instead of putting it where I needed it just so I could go back by 5pm. When I called around 4pm telling them I might run late, they said that I BETTER return it back before 5pm or else I will get charged even though my reservation was till the following day. Please work on the website to be honest with your locations and please train staff to be more understanding with situations instead of reactive. Thank you. I want to really add I am thoroughly disappointed with Uhaul and if people ask, I definitely will let them know about my experience since all together I paid more money than just going with a different company!

The only reason I'm rating as excellent is because of the employees at this location. U-Haul has some serious issues. This is the second time in a row that my reservation meant absolutely nothing.

My advise to renters is to make sure you check the mileage and gas gauge against the receipt you are given at pickup time before driving off their property. The mileage stated on my receipt and the actual reading on the truck I rented was totally different. I am so grateful to the gentleman processing my return that he saw the discrepancy and didn't wrongly charge me. Other than that my experience with them went well.

They cancelled my reservation even though I spoke to them that morning and confirmed the reservation. Then they acted like they didn't know why and tried to say that the customer service line were the one's that spoke to us in the morning yet the call was made directly from there store location

I had a reservation and it seems that it didn't help at all. When I got there I had to make a line with all the people that didn't have a reservation by the time they realized that they should have checked if the people that had made reservations were there they had given mine and another gentleman's vehicle away. I had to take a van instead of the 10 feet vehicle I had reserved, I had to make more trips and end up paying more. I would say that they should have 2 lines or maybe an espcific area where the people that have made a reservation can go to instead of waiting in line only to find out that they reservation is gone because it was given to the people in front of them. Oh and why are we not allowed to return the vehicles to a different uhaul, why do we have to go back to the same location and returned the van there, that was 15 more miles that I had to pay for. I end up spending more money than what I had plan to spend since I had to make several trips with the van.

Horrible customer service. We returned trailer sunday and they charged us like if we dropped it off Tuesday. The associate kept arguing that we didnt instead of trying to investigate. We have yet to hear from the manager so he can check the cameras since the employee was not competent enough to speak to his coworker that didn't make the notation about the drop off.

La persona que nos atendió no me dijo que hiba a recibir un mensaje de txt el cual no recibí, tampoco me dijo que tenía que chequear las millas del vehículo que rente solo me dio las llaves y cuando lo fui a entregar me cobraron 25. Millas cuando en realidad sólo use 13.43 millas El que cheque afuera me estaba cobrando $25 dólares y como yo quería el recibo me dici que fuera adentro a pagar y el de adentro me cobró $49 con algo la persona que me atendió me dijo que yo tenía que aver Chequeado antes de irme y el que me lo entrego no me dijo nada.Asta el mismo dijo que hiba hacer el proceso rápido porque ya se hiba a ir. Muy pésimo servicio y muy malos para comunicar. Pésimo lugar

Jose was so awesome! Seriousky, he made the experience stress free by having a positive energy, being calm and always smiling. You can tell he cares about what he does. I really hope you can give him a bonus or a free vacation. It's not fair that the people at top make the millions while people on the front line during covid and people suffering from loss of jobs. He deserves to be rewarded for create a positive environment in this dark time. Show your employees you appreciate them!
