The guy that runs this place (should know his name but don't) continues to be the friendliest, and most helpful uhaul employee ever. Seems he's always hustling to do what's best for the customers, no matter how busy it is. He's the reason I keep coming back to this location.

this question should be wae the truck rented in good working order! No it was not!!!!!!! The truck need a major wheel alignment like last year!!!!! I would not rent this truck to anyone else. I drive trucks and was able to adjust to the problem a regular person will probably not be able to handle the loose play in the steering wheel! Please repair ASAP!!!!!! AGAIN I WOULD NOT RENT THIS TEUCK OUT AGAIN!!!!!

The Uhaul rental process is abysmally invasive and unnecessarily complicated. I wanted to get my rental from the counter, but it was switched to a truck share. I should not have to submit a photo of my face to rent a vehicle. I will not be using Uhaul again.

Started having engine/ transmission problems. Truck wouldn't go pass 20 mph. Truck was smoking and we were told to pull over. Contacted U haul on Western Avenue informed them of situation. Made several calls to Roadside Assistant as well as UHaul. Left message for Manager DelRoy on Sunday, NO return call until Tuesday with some B.S. about the truck. Told DelRoy that his employee checked both dip sticks for the transmission and engine at least 5 times, dip sticks came out dry on end, pull your cameras and you will see, was told several times I would get my refund back, had to drive down the back streets to get the truck back. Please pull all recorded tapes conversation and you will get the FULL story. Thank You.

Workers helped unhook hitch and auto transport in 30 secs and allowed me to bring back the truck after loading everything out of the truck at my destination.
