Etude l | First ImpressionsI used the App to upload my documents and information, but upon arrival, I still had to fill out all the information with the personal. Once I had the truck, I noticed the back tire was uninflated. The staff inflated the tire, but all in all, I ended up wasting 45mins. The entire process could be more optimal.

OUSSAMA DWhen I went to return the truck the little girl that spoke to me was very rude. For starters she didn’t greet me properly. She spoke to me like i was a piece of garbage. When I tried to tell her something or ask a question she just cut me off like what I had to say meant nothing or wasn’t important. Would I rent from there again? Maybe cause I was greeted with respect when I went to pick up the truck. I received a smile and all my questions and concerns were answered. You need more employees that respects the customers and greets them with a smile.
DIONE EWe had a good experience by going directly to the counter of this location. Online service was not good as it kept saying this location didn't have the equipment we wanted. Of course they did - we could see it the available equipment in the parking lot. Don't bother with the online - go directly to the counter and make direct arrangements.

DORIAN JI rented a 10” Box truck All the sensors were lighting up on the Dash board as not functioning. When I returned the van the clerk was rude and unpleasant!! Many other locations to rent from that are close by

DENIS OThere were 2 desks open. The second desk was available and the guy was just at his desk doing i don’t know what. He saw me waiting a while. I finally had to ask if he could serve me for my reservation. The customer service could be improved.. He then asked me many questions i had already filled out on the form while doing the reservation and we had to start over twice, the system could be optimized.

SANDRA SSome of the moving blankets were wet with salty water. I couldn't adjust the passenger side mirror sideways (it moved easily up and down). The manager didn't seem to believe me when I told her about it.
ROBERT SHad lots of snow and ice on the wind shield could have been cleaned before I got in . Instead I had to wait while the engine warmed up for it to clear . But overall, the truck was very nice , brand new and enjoyable to operate
JOHN RThe manager in shift was not knowledgeable. I have a regular drivers licn an i rented from this location before maybe the last time was may of 2024. I am in the process of learning class 3 i am aloud to drive on the road eith someone. The saq gave me a paper as to when they aloud me on the road. Mu licn says learners for class 3. She said that i need a class 5 . I told her that the saaq does not issue class 3 until you at least pass the class 5 . She said no your licn is invalid . So i had to go back home an get my old licn to show her that it is valid. An she didn’t even say sorry. I asked her what happens when she finds out that i am right an she is wrong an she had no remorse. I also then had to spend time backing out the van in the canadian tire larking lot because it was not ready for me an there was allot of snow an some cars around. Before ingot to the van she pointed me in the wrong direction i went back inside she insisted that it was in that direction so she sent someone with me however the van was not there. Also in the van was a clear bagel from another customer in the front on the floor so the van was not cleaned out before i got it or even checked. Also the sheet that she gave me explaining the gas was mistaken because i followed it an ended up putting more gas than was needed. I have a picture of where the van was an the bagel as well. Also i never did get my couch cover that i had placed on the reservation but i did get the blankets which were almost forgotten
VAUGHN SThe pickup was covered in ice and snow, the payment system didn't work, the printer was broken, the clerk had an horrible attitude, the general service an attention was pitiful and the price was not much of a deal. Upon kindly complaining I was suggested to take my business elsewhere. I won't be doing business with you any time soon

Par contre, on voulait changer d'unite de storage et avait été obliger de demander les codes d'acsenceur a chaque reprise de va et vient car l'ancien code me marchait plus. Avoir eu un code temporaire ou une carte de passe temporaire aura été beaucoup mieux comme experience.
Patrick O | First ImpressionsLocation is cramped and chaotic. Printer wasn't working so I was asked to take a picture of a computer screen to have a record of my purchase. (I visited the same location about a month ago and the printer wasn't working then, either.) I said I had tried unsuccessfully to sign-in on the website and they said, "Yeah, the U-Haul website is no good, we all know." I rented a van. The van was dirty inside and out. The floor inside had snow on it. The side windows were covered with so much grime that I couldn't see out.

PHILIPPE HI needed only temporary storage for a few months and this facility provided me with excellent service. Everyone was courteous and helpful. My only complaint - while moving out we found mouse/rat droppings in the unit, however, I am well aware that this is a common and almost unbeatable situation in a storage facility. Overall, I give you five stars and you have a great team.
Joanne C | Overall ExperienceI didn't have anyone to walk me around the truck, was in a bit of a hurry and left quickly but back door was closed but not locked because it was opened when I arrived at destination good thing it was empty. Key in the ignition was stuck and not easy to take out. Changing gear was questionable as the lever was very flumsy, felt it could break at anytime. Not my first U Haul experience but the worst so far.
PHILIPPE BOf course, I had already booked online. But the last time I went in person, I was a bit delayed. So my suggestion to everyone is to book online.
MASOUD MI had reserved the truck and dolly on-line filling out all of the details. When I arrived for pick up the dolly I had selected was not available and I had to take another one at a higher cost. During the checking in process it was as if I had never filled out the initial order on-line having to repeat the details. I then had two provide 2 additional emergency contacts other than mine or my partners who was driving the truck, which seemed excessive to me. When I returned the truck, I was told to just leave the key and that my invoice would be closed. I indicated that I wanted to have the milage checked etc. Prior to me leaving. I was told that they were to busy doing other things even though it appeared that I was the only person in the shop. I insisted that the check be done and that was clearly an irritation to them. I felt completely dismissed and that if I had been a man this would not have happened. This is not the first U-haul that I have rented but the first time at this location and I would not recommend. Totally disinterested in customer satisfaction.

REBEKAH WCheck the fuel gauge properly. Employees said it was at Full but it hovered just below full. A few km's out, it dropped to 3/4. I ended up spending $30 of gasoline for less than 3 hours of use of a 9' van. Disappointing. The interior of the van was dirty. Would it be too much to ask for you to clean them occasionally?

Arley FThings were not made clear both online and in person . The online quote for a three-day rental was $103. When I showed up in person, that figure somehow became $403 for 4 days (I only reqiested 3 days) And then only after my complaining about it did the amount become reduced to $223. Confusing experience. And I had to sweep out sand and dirt from the vehicle before being able to use it. Still, the in-person staff were nice and helpful.
YASSINE LI’m very disappointed with my recent experience at Enterprise. After only two months of storage, I found that my furniture—items I’ve cared for over many years—was covered in mice droppings and suffered significant damage. There were scratches and gouges in the wood that were not there before, leaving me questioning the quality and care of the storage facilities. Although the staff was friendly, I had an unusual and stressful experience when I rented one of their trucks to help with my move. I didn’t drive it at all but was rushed to return it at 7:00 AM sharp the next morning, despite it being off-peak season. As a long-time customer, I was surprised by this, and it added unnecessary stress to my move.

Harjinder SThe Uhaul app for return is bad, very bad, it's not intuitive and I wasted 15 minutes then gave up. I was supposed to have towels, they forgot to give them to me (5$). I filled the tank to the level it was when I took the truck. The needle was super unprecise, they charged me 15$ penalty for 1/12 of a tank according to the bill.
PHILIPPE BTerrible service. I would not recommend this location. I went there to return the dolly I rented, while I was waiting in line, the u-haul employee tried to take the dolly from me before even doing the proper return procedure for me. I insisted that I needed a receipt for my returned equipment and only after that did they give me my proof of return.

Markis N | Overall ExperienceThe storage facility is great. The only thing I didn’t like is the payment process. I was laid up in I.C.U. at the hospital a couple of years ago. Was I was able to call about 2 days later to explain why I hadn’t paid my bill, and was doing so right away, U-HAUL STILL CHARGED ME A WHOPPING $15.00 & refused to reverse it. All in all I was ONLY 4 DAYS LATE!, even after I reminded them that the reasoning couldn)t make the payment was because I was in Intensive Care in hospital! I WAS CHARGED AGAIN $15.00 this year. I was 3/days late when the $ became available in my bank account. I thought the bank would put it through. I thought wrong. SO WITHIN 14 DAYS I WAS CHARGED ANOTHER $15.00! I’ve never seen charges like this with any other company! $30.00 late fee for being 15 days late, AND IT WAS NOT INTENTIONAL! Very, very, bad practice and gives U-Haul a bad reputation for very bad customer relations

James B | Overall ExperienceThe elevator is dangerous. You need to load a large elevator with multiple carts and it tries to close in you every 10 seconds. The first few times it stops when something is in the way but then it starts ignoring it and tries to close even when a human is in the way. It’s not only annoying but very dangerous.

Computer applications were initally intended to improve accuracy and access to data as well as to speed up and improve customer service. Horrible experience. The manager who is a psychopath. The manager who is a woman asks the client to out three or third times. Abusive language and act like a woman mafia. The manager was etremely rude to deal with client. The small 10 square foot storage costs 253 per month x 29 month and The U haul truck rental for 5500 and The clients pay 12,800 CAD dollars in total to have to deal with a woman psychopath. It is insane. Horrible experience. I never think U Haul has been degradation like this. Moral degradation....

Simply put this was the worst consumer experience of my life. I will crawl through broken glass to not deal with U-Haul again.

But before him, I had a terrible experience with the manager, Julie Lescard, @ St. Jacques St. in Montreal, Quebec. This is not the first time I have had to deal with this woman. She is rude, inefficient, and cares nothing about the disabled. Her only concern is slapping on fees, with no interest in listening to a customer’s situation. I was charged a ridiculous late fee of $15.00 for being 5 days late….in ONE month ($30.00) even after I explained a mixup with my bank. If she is representing U-Haul, then they are nothing but greedy, dishonest and money grabbing. They show no respect for their customers.

It's supposed to be the last place to cut..., has become lately the first to cut.

Michael W | Overall ExperienceThe experience was wonderful from A to Y, as concluding the contract with U-Haul was poor and I don't intend to recommend nor do business again with them. The facility is wonderful, service great, very clean and all. I finished the contract on the 13th of December and I payed for the whole month the 9th of December. I understood that the payment is full and final for the whole month and they don't reimburse the difference. It's understandable to put such policy in place to avoid many transactions of reimbursement. Although, when a client calls or make a request, the simplest thing is to listen and make a decision based on the facts and potential business in the future. The manager told me he had absolutely no power to reimburse a portion of the monthly rent. Basically I paid 200$ for 4 days of storage... Any business client oriented would have made something to keep the relationship. I am taking my personnal time to make sure U-Haul listens to my comments and understand I won't be recommending them (quite the contrary) and will make sure to do business with competitors in the future just because of 200$... It's all about customer service and I felt left out for a simple request like this.

Marc G | Overall ExperienceTerrible management, The girls in front when I am physically there - are very helpful and know their stuff, but it is IMPOSSIBLE to resolve ANY issue, on the phone - which never answered and transferred to main UHAUL line, where they have no idea how to help. I work extensive hours and it was a perpetual mess to ask for help or solve anything online / in the phone. PLUS : they were bothering everyone for late payments. I AM OK to pay extra fee if I am late, since I travel a lot for work and pay bills only during dedicated hours, but 10 phone calls to my members of family, and my work stuff for 350$/month - is is a true over exaggerating. The owner of this specific facility should get a grip on his management.

I contacted the GM, as well as the 1-800 phone number and emailed the district manager, none of which were of help.

When we once made it a few minutes before the closing time, our code would not work. Also, having to pay for a whole extra month when I only needed it for 2 days into a new month was extremely annoying - if they could have at least prorated by the week, it would have been much more reasonable. Finally, when I wanted to close the account, since I was no longer in the city, I called the branch several times to discuss arrangements but I kept being put through to the central call centre. The call would send a message to the branch to call me back but it took 3 messages before the branch ever called back. And then, when we went in person to close the account, the service was extremely slow. After paying an extra 164$ + tax for 28 days that I did not need, it was really disappointing that I also had to waste so much time due such poor service or a shortage of staff.

J'étais extrêmement déçue et frustrée d'apprendre surplace que je ne pouvais pas bénéficier du mois gratuit d'entreposage que j'avais discuter par téléphone. D'après la personne de l'acceuil il arrive souvent que le standard se trompe. Mais là c'est une erreur d'environ 300$ qui est très fâcheux. La personne du standard m'a juste indiqué que je devais d'abord avoir louer le camion avant la location de l'entrepot. Ma location d'entrepot était pour l'aveil donc j'ai fait changer la date de réservation d'entrepot sur ses conseils. Tres décevant surtout que je planifie de louer l'entrepot jusqu'au minimum Juillet, ce qui fait au minimum 3 mois.

I had pre-arranged the rental of a second locker for Oct 1 and was careful to ask whether it was OK if I came later to put the lock on because the moving truck would be arriving sometime between the 10th and the 18th of the month. When I got there, I discovered that the locker was rented to someone else. i was told that according to your policy, if someone does not come to put their lock on the locker quickly enough, the reservation is cancelled. I guess I understand why, because you have a lot of no-shows, but I was under the impression that I would start to be charged from the 1st of October automatically. This caused a great deal of inconvenience for us because we now will have to 1) pay more for a larger locker until a smaller locker is available, and 2) move my stuff again into the smaller locker. To avoid this for others in the future, I think your communications should make the rules about reserving more clear and up-front. It would have been nice to have a reminder email saying that my reservation would be canceled if I did not call or present myself in short order. I would have quickly called and resolved the issue immediately.

Due to some unforeseen circumstances, I was running late on the day I had to vacate my storage locker by the "deadline" of 12:00pm. I asked the location manager, EMILE MURCIANO, if I could have a grace period of 1-2 extra hours (so as to avoid paying $360 for another month, when I'd be just 1-2 hours late). He flat out refused to accommodate my request. When he was reminded about how good of a customer I was and how much money I had spent at this location in the past year, he claimed that it was out of his control and blamed it on "U-Haul central." I contacted U-Haul customer service and they also tried to convince EMILE MURCIANO to have some compassion and leeway, yet he repeatedly declined to accommodate me in any way whatsoever. U-Haul customer service told me that the decision isn't up to them, but is at the sole discretion of the location manager. So, not only was the customer service absurdly poor for not accommodating a very simple request made by a high-paying customer, the location manager, EMILE MURCIANO had the audacity to blatantly LIE TO CUSTOMERS. He could have easily permitted another 1-2 hours but tried to blamed "U-Haul central." This type of behaviour is egregious. Also worth noting: the larger locker I rented at $360/month had ONE tiny lightbulb hanging from the ceiling and made it impossible to see anything in my unit unless I brought a flashlight. That is unacceptable. Also, there are signs stating that this facility utilizes insect and pest control, yet somehow when I unpacked my contents, there were flying insects in my boxes (which could NOT have come from me). I have videos and photos to support all this. So, overall, I would NEVER recommend this facility to anyone and I would strongly recommend that EMILE MURCIANO receive basic customer service training.
