Great staff helped me out very well any questions I had they answered as professionals I would recommend the uhaul on st Jacques to all my friends and family Clean environment and truck was clean also not like other places If I could rate them out of 10 It would be 10 out of 10 Thanks to all the staff

The 2nd person I dealt with, Emile Marciano, was efficient, respectful, and professional. But before him, I had a terrible experience with the manager, Julie Lescard, @ St. Jacques St. in Montreal, Quebec. This is not the first time I have had to deal with this woman. She is rude, inefficient, and cares nothing about the disabled. Her only concern is slapping on fees, with no interest in listening to a customer’s situation. I was charged a ridiculous late fee of $15.00 for being 5 days late….in ONE month ($30.00) even after I explained a mixup with my bank. If she is representing U-Haul, then they are nothing but greedy, dishonest and money grabbing. They show no respect for their customers.

New paint every 2nd year and new lights is not going to keep me there for more than $1,500 per year with limited access unless I pay even more. Over the years I paid more than $25,000 - enough to buy a brand new car, but I am still driving my '97 car... It was time to leave and start saving. It's supposed to be the last place to cut..., has become lately the first to cut.
