There was only one person working so if someone needed help hooking up a trailer or anything, that person had to leave the line of people just turning in equipment. The lot is really small and it got full quick with just a few trucks and parking for those who are dropping off and person giving them a ride. Desk person was pleasant and efficient.Dawn H.

We reserved a U-Haul 15 ft truck with a pickup time of 9:30 a.m. Sunday November 20th 2022. We arrived about 9:15 and no one was there at the location. We sat there till a little bit after 10:00 a.m. waiting for someone to come open the location. Hours on the door listed 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Sunday. We called the number and they kept saying someone would be there soon. There were other people waiting to rent and some of them left. It was very upsetting. Put us a good hour behind on what we needed to use the U-Haul for. Which got us home later. The young man that did show up was very good. And when we brought the U-Haul back that evening, Cole was there and he was very nice and helpful.Kenneth B.

My experience was great, but after I left I'm assuming maybe the building was busy and the clerk forgot, but I never received confirmation or any information in regards to me dropping the truck off and I also never received confirmation of the money that's supposed to be refunded back to me. Five hours after I turn the tow dolly in I was contacted by U-Haul wanting to know where it was. After explaining to the person on the phone that I had already returned the tow dolly he said oh OK thank you. I felt like they were trying to say I Stolen it or somethingKevin F.

When you called the customer and ask them to drop off the U-Haul at a different location and then the customer returns it early a day the other location says because it was not return to the original I cannot get the extra day refunded. Then I come back to you and ask you to do the refund the extra day either because you can't because I dropped it off at a different location as a favor to you guys called me.Heather G.

Customer service was not very good. I had to wait at least 5 minutes or more to be waited on because the staff person was not in the building. Even the companies cell phone was sitting unsecured on the counter. The truck was parked so close to another I was nervous about backing it out. And, when my wife asked about the dolly we had rented and where we could find one the person on duty had a very annoyed attitude.Randall C.

This was the selected return location but when we arrived they tried to tell us they weren't accepting returns and to go to another location. I was told after they reluctantly agreed to take the trailer and dolly (because we had proof that it was the return location and weren't budging) that I would receive an email confirming my returns. I reserved a 9:30 PM pick up and when I arrived the after hours pick up had not been set up so I had to reschedule and pick up the next morning. This was very disruptive to a tight schedule and I never received an explanation. When I called and learned about this The person said I would get a $50 discount. The disruption was a lot more than $50 of my time but I still didn't even get the $50 discount. Phil your brand should have more integrity to meet your obligations to be ready for me and then meet your obligations to give a discount if you say you were going to.Andrew N.

The location only allowed for 92 miles. I rented the unit in College Station to move my daughter back home. We went straight from the Uhaul location to my daughters house in College Station. Packed truck, straight to spring to unload then dropped at location Uhaul required. We were already over the 92 miles before we even got to the exit for Spring. I would think Uhaul would check the mileage between towns. I was charged for the additional miles.Brooke S.
