Unfortunately, the one they rented to me was the 4th one back in a row of them, meaning they would have to move 3 others to get the one that was rented to me. They quickly fixed the paperwork to rent the 1st one in the line and I was on my way.

Stacey A.I would recommend understanding the rules of what types of drivers license are accepted and for whom. There is signage within the store that states that a “government†issued drivers license is required, but I was told it must be a “Texas†issued one. Government and state is two different things. As an active duty service member the state does not require for my license to be changed considering that I am only here for an assignment. The young lady told me she couldn't accept it then she reached out to a counterpart and he also said that it wasn't allowed. Thankfully there was an additional gentleman there that asked my military status and I was able to keep my reservation. If the state allows it I am unsure of the confusion by this location. This has never happened to me before.

There was a guy with short hair and an eyebrow ring who completely ignore e when I asked him where the check in was. I will not be using U-Haul again.

I called u-haul and the walked me through the return but still I had to wait till 9am when they opened, just couldn't leave the key in the door for someone to drive it off. When they opened he told me there was no key drop box.

Tina V. | Overall ExperienceMy experience was terrible this time. The shift gear of truck broken. I couldn't get technician until midnight. When I tried to take the truck back next morning, it was broken again. Because of that, I missed my appointment and I couldn't do anything until noon. After 1 pm, they called me take truck back eventhough the truck was toed 10:30 in the morning. I talked to one of the agent about my complaining and ask about reimbursement but nobody calls me at all till now.

No I will not visit this location again

I called uhaul and spoke with a representative told her the situation not only did she show empathy she notated the account and when I got my new card the branch supervisor waived the late charge. It's the small things to keep a customer coming back.

Before I moved out, I had a situation where the movers were delayed. The manager sent one of the employees with a bottle of water. Also talked to me to check if there was anything that could be done to help. I’m in customer service. So those little gestures go a long way with me. So if you do store or employee recognition. Both of these things should happen here.

IRENE J. | First ImpressionsEven though we'd moved out & turned in the gate key card on 12.31.21-Friday & we were told we'd get an email receipt that following Monday, it never came. Instead we got emails saying "your next rent payment is due". I called complaining to an operator, who left a message for the store, that we'd already moved out of the unit. No one from that uhaul ever called us back. It's now 14 days later & still no receipt, nor proof that they'd even checked the unit we'd vacated, yet. There were often employees just standing around when we'd stopped in during our rental period there too. I'd think they could be checking vacated units, etc. Lazy, slow employees!

Took pictures and videos of my unit , things full of water from the leaking roof and damaged items as I try to salvage precious things.
