After I turned in my gate card and cleared out my unit. The staff continued to call me for further payment. I told them I had cleared out and was no longer renting the unit. They then tried to charge my card. I had for seen this and blocked their charge. When I turned in the card, I had ask if anything else was required to end my rental and the gentleman told me that was all I needed to do. Obviously that was not enough

Amore F. | Overall ExperienceWell maintained; but there was a cleanliness issue concerning the pavement in the storage area. The pavement area next to the storage lockers needs to be swept at least weekly; which did not seem to be happening. I would see glass in light debris on the pavement in the storage area; but NOT elsewhere at the facility. In seeing some broken glass on the pavement; I worried that he could be just enough to puncture a tire; for it was not highly visible. My initial experience with an employee at a facility close by to yours; about 5 yeas and a month ago; really helped me; for I never thought I would use your facility for about 61 months. Management must be doing a pretty good to great job at the facility; for the workers are friendly and seem to be of high morale; especially for lower -level jobs. I remember the names of Sara Yanez and Cody; but ALL employees were nice to me and seemed to be nice to others; that after weeks of high temperatures in San Antonio, that had to be harder on your workers who spent a lot of time outdoors. Thus I will have fond memories of my final weeks going in and out of your storage facility; and will recommend it to friends.
David F. | Overall Experiencebeware: My experience was great when I moved in my belongs have been there for 4 years but in the past 7 months someone has decided to cut my lock and help theirselves to my belongings tossing everything all over the place to leave an extreme mess for myself and feel violated because they went through everything I own they put a new lock on my unit I guess they were coming back for my stuff they also busted through the back wall my suggestion is if you leave your stuff here check on it frequently. Ray was very nice but his staff was very unhelpful.
