I originally scheduled online, very straight forward and simple. But due to changing circumstances, cancelled the storage unit. I spoke with a representative via phone and cancelled. The representative was very helpful and understanding.
Joe V | Overall ExperienceI experienced a lot of damage to my stuff in the storage facility due to rodent urine and feces. I had to throw away the bulk of the stuff I had stored in my unit. I spoke with neighboring unit holder and she said the same thing, most of her stuff was ruined due to rodents. Very sad
