I will never use Uhaul again you made an already stressful situation a nightmare! The movers were 2 hours late to unload the truck Intuitive movers.

The employee argued with me about my vehicle not working, when it's a newer Mercedes. I told him it was his 5x10 trailer that was the problem and he proceeded to tell me it was not. Then just before I got to California the rear gate would not open nor close. The cable spun off. I got onto uhauls site, called them and they told me to take the trailer to a local dealer and they would fix it. I have left many message and they have not called me back. I got the phone number to the back office and Brandi indicated the manager is on vacation as my personal effect are not locked in the trailer I rented for the entire trip. I rented the trailer in San Antonio, and I was returning it to the same location, but now Uhaul is saying it's going to be a one way rental!!!

This location was one of the worst U-hauls I have ever been to, as this is something I don't do often, this was the original location where I picked up a 15 foot truck and a auto transport for my car, good equipment, however the customer service was terrible and I felt left in the dark because they gave us no contract, no guidance on what to do in case of an emergency, and much laziness when it came to some of the employees. On our trip, our auto transport had a bolt come out and we were so lost because we didn't have a contract, so we ended up getting a new one at a new location, which was eventually solved but a huge pain to go through. When I called this establishment to try and get my contract emailed to me, the woman whom I spoke with on the phone was extremely rude and went on to explain that all of it, including the fact I didn't get a contract, was my fualt. To those of you who are moving from San Antonio; I strongly suggest going to a different usual, as it is not the problem with the company but this establishment.

It was busy when I went in and some customers were fussy because of the wait, Never let a bad customer experience spill over with a new customer. Human nature stuff happens. My service was good after everyone settled down.

I got a flat tire before I left the city. I called this location from less than a mile away to see if they could help. I was told to call the number for assistance since I paid for the insurance. I stayed on hold so long I just hung up the phone and payed to have the tire repaired from a local shop. That was after I paid $2.00 to put air in the tire in order for me to drive to the tire shop. It would have been great if these guys at this location could have repaired the tire.

The location at Austin highway always provides great service. However the location on FM 78 has the worse customer service ever. They gave my reserved truck away to someone else in front of me which caused me to go to the Austin hwy location. I should have came here first. They know how to treat there customer
