I had an issue with my bill because I dropped off my trailer late at night and then it wasn't registered as returned until after the next time period so I was billed 3 days instead of 2. I questioned the billing and the invoice was corrected within 12 hours or less. Excellent service. I looked to "check-in" my return on the U-Haul app but I could not see how this was done.

Head office said I can put $100 cash down as a deposit for a cargo van but when I arrived the $100 cash could only be put down on a 10 foot truck which is fine although I'm used to using the van. So head office has different rules than the branch regarding cash deposits? I had to use cash since it was a holiday, the banks were closed and my card was maxed out (I couldn't go to the bank to pay it off). But overall great service at the branch and they always seem to give me options I can work with.

I used online check-in because it would "cut my wait in half" we had to wait 20 minutes on other customers deciding which boxes they would use. As soon as it was my turn I got my car very fast. "Cut your wait time in half" is false advertising, but I am very happy with my overall experience.

Had 3-day rental package. Could not leave the U Haul moving truck at your location at night so I could get my car and drive it home each night, which is quite a distance from the location of the U-Haul station. (to save on mileage charges). When I found this out, I wanted to return it after the first day and was told that they were not able to return the U Haul moving truck at the end of the first day because they said they could not alter the 3 day package to 1 day. Very poor service!

The 2 people I dealt with were excellent. Mathews made every effort to complete all of the paper work and get me out the door quickly. The person who helped me upon return of the trailer was very friendly as well. The trailer itself needed a wash. It was quite muddy on the outside and there was some trash inside that I only noticed after pulling away from the depot. Overall things have improved significantly from my last experience several years ago.

The access hours should be extended later into the evening. Perhaps to 9-9:30 pm. This would be easier for people who are work later or commute to work and don't get back to community until 6 pm.

Improperly trained staff. Undestaffed. Took 90 minutes to rent a storage locker. Was asked to wait while they helped people who came in after me. Management would not answer or return their calls.

Equipments were not inspected and cleaned. Truck tires were not properly inflated endangering everyone on the road. Worse customer service from the beginning to the end. Customer service said they will call back and never did.

Your app sucks. It took ages for it to work to check out the truck initially and when I returned it the picture I took to verify the mileage would not be accepted although it checked in the truck it didn't say so. I hate your systems.

I didn’t damage the car but they charged me for the damage! They said you damaged the roof, I didn’t use the roof how could I damage the roof- I think they are looking to receive free money from customers

The gentleman releasing the trailer and hooking it up to my truck was extremely rude and curt. Wasn’t very helpful and barked orders. I would’ve taken the trailer out myself if it was a difficult task, rather than back my truck into the the trailer hitch (I wouldn’t have minded if it was off peak hours) and thus blocking traffic. It should’ve been a simple transaction but it was not. I’ve had previous experiences renting trailers from this location and the people helping me outside have been nothing but helpful and physically pull out the trailer. After he hooked it up, he left and I tried to drive away but the trailer wheel caught onto the adjacent trailer wheel and I was stuck. Forcing me to resolve this myself and move the adjacent trailer. I wouldn’t have minded if he was nicer. But I’m in a business that deals with clients and personally would have made sure the customer left before I left. I felt as though it was inadequate service that could’ve been handled more graciously.

U-HAUL did it again on the returning day! I called the store I selected to return the truck to, and U-HAUL's system had confirmed, only to receive the store employee's denial to accept the truck because there is not parking space for U-HAUL's trucks! I hung up the phone wondering what to do. A minute later, the store clerk called me to inform me that U-HAUL told him I had a text msg in my cellphone with the "new directions" to return the truck. My call to the new U-HAUL store could not go past their call center. The clerk receiving the truck had to capture all the returning info twice... U-HAUL's system kept kicking him out, and I could see the system was CHARGING me extra time and millage! I spoke with the store manager and complained about the two bad days. He erased the extra charges and understood the negative impacts I had to bear with. U-HAUL would be out of business if not by the employees' attitude.

The negative part of this rating is due to the fact that you have a 2nd floor WITHOUT ELEVATOR ACCESS, otherwise it would be higher rating.

It was too expensive and when the price went up then I decided to look elsewhere otherwise everything else was amazing Just to store stuff in a box is not worth it when the price hours up thank you

The only drawback is the hours of accessibility to the unit. Would be nice to not have to wait 3 months to be able to pay the fee for after hours access.

Check in and out was easy and getting in to the unit was hassle-free, however a one bedroom apartment does not fit in a 5x6x10. We had to leave 2 large items out (couch and desk).

Made a reso in July for aug 15. Was called 5 days before to say if I didn’t take possession today I would lose my reso. Terrible business model. Canceled my reso and will never come back. Embarrassing

Great facility. Second floor units are hard to access with heavy objects. A lift would be helpful.
