Next time have the manager give the customer an option on purchasing insurance. The employees gave customers the option when I came to return the U-Haul that I rented and the manager never gave me the option.

I have one problem with the rental I received and I spoke with a representative on the return of the rental. The matter involves the vehicle itself and not the service I received from the staff or representatives for the company.

Karen G.An employee yelled at me and said I could not park in the parking lot, even though I am a customer. I was meeting my husband at this location and he was arriving in 2 minutes after I did to drop the rental off, so I can pick him up and drive him home. There was plenty of available parking, and the employee cleaning the car told me to leave and park on the heavily traffic road with a blind spot and 4 lanes of traffic driving by. It was not a safe spot for street parking and to pick up my husband after the drop off. Also, the place was very dirty looking and not very welcoming like most U-Haul locations I have seen. We will not use that location again and drive farther to a different one.

Gordon M.The reason I did not recommend this location is because when I returned my truck, I accidentally left my wallet in the truck. I am sure people leave things all of the time, but in this case the attendant led me to believe that after he cleaned out the truck that nothing was left behind and my wallet was all that was there. I returned to the store twice because I had only been one other place and that place did not require use of my wallet. All of a sudden and hour or so later my wallet was located in the trash where you clean out the trucks..and everything is there excetp for the cash I had on me. Well there was nothing else in the truck to throw away except my wallet. So for any customers that unfortunately leave items in the truck, just know that attendants may not be thoughtful and truthful enough to steal from you in an already unfortunate situation before smiling in your face to act like they did you a favor. I guess this guy needed the cash.

Bill H.Customer Service is not only essential but crucial to continued patronage. Talking AT a customer instead of TO a customer is very unprofessional. Explaining terms and conditions is one thing but being argumentative and condescending is an entirely another ordeal. Without truck rentals, the staff would be unemployed. 31 years of utilizing this location and have never been experienced this. Aside from the Caucasian rep the other staff were hospitable. She needs to have some remember who you work for other than the one who franks her paycheck. The customer and the experience matter. Review went from Excellent to average because of that one rep.

The trailer was extremely muddy and dirty on the outside. It was parked in the parking lot's most difficult place to just pull it out. THERE WERE OTHER TRAILERS THERE!!!!! The original pick up date needed to be changed, the new information was sent incorrectly twice!!!!!

Seth L.the first young lady gave me wrong information about the unit then took me to a unit she couldn't even open cause her nails were to long she then left me waiting for almost a 1/2hr only to leave & passed me to someone else ..i was quite annoyed..now he was great got it done & inform me of everything he saved the day and this store cause I was prepared to give a aweful review..the young lady needs to be trained over..I think the youngman name was Antonio..the young lady made me so annoyed I forgot her name...I dont want to be mean but I wouldn't tell anybody to use this store cause she is not very efficient...but the young man was great but he can't do it by himself...

I told the last that it was my first day doing the haul renting business she had little to say. My paper work explained they I supposed to find everything together since I paid for them but there was nothing ready in place. The truck I was given had a driver seat somehow bent I had to keep constantly trying to stand to avoid falling one side while driving. And more unprofessional behaviors. I think the company might behind the behavior of their employees.
