the online return, I went online to return the truck and follow all the directions and I was charged an extra $20.00. I chapped online with Alexis and he informed me to wait till store open and talk to them. I never received a confirmation receipt. I found it ridiculous that when I picked up my rental it was there was less than a quarter tank of gas in it. When I brought this to the attention of the front desk representative they advised me they do NOT rent trucks on Full. I was very unhappy with the service at this location. I have rented from several in the past and have always rented on Full. Customer service is everything. If I were to rate this location 1-10...10 being higher this location would get a 6.ROBYN F.

The truck I had need to be service. The front end alignment was off and something going on with transmissionTIFFANY F.
Manager was rude and disrespectful. The employee did not setup the trailer correctly which cause me to breakdown on the side of the road 10minutes after I left the uhaul and had to wait over a hour for service truck. The service guy who came told me the trailer was defective and had to take it back to uhaul. Went back and they basically accuse me of breaking the trailer and denied me another trailer and vehicle. Told him that it wasn't my fault he didn't care. The employee who setup the trailer did not release the trailer brake that cause the trailer to not ride smoothly the service guy said the brake release mechanism was bent and that's why the brakes was not able to release. The employee never tried to release the trailer brakes mainly because he did not know it was one on there. He not own up to his mistake and denied me service. I talked to the manager the next day she was rude and did not give me her full attention on the matter just kept being on her phone. I told her I can wait until she finish whatever she was looking at on her phone. She saysâ€ I can do to things at once what do you wantâ€ I tried again to explain the situation but didn't feel like she was listening because she was more focus on her cell phone . So I decided to leave and call customer service worst experience I ever had with uhaul!!!SEAN T.

1. When I went to return the truck via the mobile app, the link didn't allow me to take a picture of the odometer and fuel reading. Instead a black screen popped up. I restarted my iPhone just in case the issue was in my end but the link issue still persisted. I took a picture of the odometer/fuel reading with my iPhone camera but there was no option for me to take a picture with the camera application and upload it. I do not think it's fair for me to be charged $20 for return the truck since the issue was stemming from the website. I can provide the picture I took for evidence that I did attempt to return the truck with the mobile website rather than letting one of the employees do it. 2. Also, when I put in my odometer reading (3379), the Uhaul website claimed I put 185 miles on it. There's no way I put that many miles on it! Can you please have this looked into. I am paying per mile, and only wish to pay for the miles put on by me. I was never given a document that told me what the odometer reading was before I received the truck. Unfortunately, the only thing I remembered to check before I started driving was the fuel gage, not the odometer reading.Shoaib M.

You can have your customer service reps own up to their mistakes. I was charged for a piece of equipment that was there. Went back to the store and the rep said he don't know why i was charged because the dolly was there and would â€œtryâ€ to get my money back. He was not empathetic or helpful he just walked out of the store. The other Rep took control and helped me. I was also given a truck that didn't have 1/2 tank of gas. And was charged when i brought it back because it didn't appear to be on a 1/2 in which it was. This location is on a bill and the gas gauge changes but one your drive off this street. I'm never renting from here again. I willl pay the extra $ for movers.TARA B.

There was a long wait to be serviced and due to covid only two people were allowed inside at a time. This is understandable however there were two employees inside but only one working to check people in at the desk, the other person open and closed the door and attended to folks outside with drop offs and propane requests. So the one person inside worked both desks checking two people in at a time trying to get the lone down and people out of the cold. The employees made a great effort to help customers but there should have been at least 2 more person working at least for a busy Saturday.KIMBERLY S.

I miss the Hands-On approach going to the car making sure the vehicle is all set and ready to go. I know due to covid that's why we have it gotten that hands-on experience. Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had. Took 6 hours and 3 different uhual locations to get a working truck and tow dolly. Then I get attitude when I say I don't wanna take a broken tow dolly. Manager told her agent do not call me unless it's an emergency, she's in the tub. That was after I had been to her location 3 times in a 6 hour span and she knew my situation. Other employees told me to just take the broken tow dolly o should be fine to drive over 4 hours. Then the manager offered me 50 dollars off. I'm sorry but what is that to a 450 dollar bill I got. I was rented a unit which was occupied. I had to wait for the staff (whom was very friendly and helpful) to find me a unit. The check in pad didn’t work. The portable stairs didn’t work properly. I had 3M movers there and was paying by the hour. Needless to say that they were being held up for their next job. While I’m force to incur additional charges.
