The employees were friendly and very helpful. The truck only had 1/4 tank of gas upon pick-up. The lady behind the counter stated that this was due to them not having gas tanks on property, but customers are charged when they return trucks with less gas that they are supposed to...why wouldn't this money be used to fill up the trucks at a nearby gas station. The light in the back of the truck was out. As it became later in the evening, we were forced to use our cell phones for lighting. This was very frustrating. I dod not request a dolly or pads, but they were still secured inside the truck as a way to promote additional sales that were not needed. If not requesting additional supplies, please remove them from your trucks. When you do not do this, the customer then becomes responsible for your additional equipment.

I love the U Haul location in Austin on hwy 71. It is the best and the location I prefer to use. They are always helpful and get me hooked up quickly so I can be on my way. thank you U Haul.

During the drive we had turned on the hazard lights which ended up killing the battery of the car attached on the tow dolly. When we returned the vehicle and tow we thought the battery would be a quick jump start. Turns out the battery was completely dead. We had to leave our car at the Uhaul for an hour to go buy a new battery. The team at Ben White allowed us to leave it and even helped us install the new battery and made sure everything was perfect before we left. 10/10 experience! I believe their names were Adam and Josh. They made a worst case scenario, unbelievably better than we could have imagined.

The weekends are a busy time for moving and it didn't seem like there were enough staff to handle the crowd. Though we had a pickup up time scheduled for our rental, there was a very long line and i didn't leave with our moving truck until 35-40 minutes after our scheduled time. It put our whole move behind schedule. Despite the busy crowd, staff were very helpful and professional. Just wish the wait wasn't so long.

I was told when I picked up the trailer that we had until the end of business on the 20th to drop off the trailer. I got there in time and was told that I would be charged $20 for an extra day because it wasn't there by 9:00 am. Can you check into this discrepancy and let me know. Otherwise everything was perfect. Thank you

I was pretty pleased with my service when I arrived to pick up my UHaul. When I came to return it however I wasn't greeted nor was the outside representative friendly or helpful. I had an issue with my payment method so I had to go back into the office which was fine and the clerk who helped inside was very kind and courteous. Your system however was having some difficulties and when she asked for help your clerk was thrown to the wolves by the remainder of your staff. Teamwork, focus on providing good service, and improved communication skills can help your location to improve for the next customer.

Excellent and hard working employees at this location. Maybe one thing to improve is when there's a long line of customers, to talk to them and say stuff like "Hi we'll be with you ASAP", etc. Either way, I had a very good experience renting form here as I have in the past.

Everything was great except for Jason, the dude who put the trailer hitch ball in for me. No customer service, acted like he hated his job, and as he was walking away he put his fingers up to his head like two guns and pretended to shoot himself in the head. Not a good look for your store.

I pre-registered online and did the fast setup so I wouldn't have to wait, when I got there it took 1 hour and 45 minutes to find my account and check me out. My order was wrong and when I went to the back none of the workers greeted or helped me. I had to go back inside bc they put me in for the wrong trailer which took more time. The back of the uhaul had not been swept out and was filthy with mud and dirt. We were not even given a check off paper to distinguish the vehicle conditions prior to renting so we had to ask for one so we wouldn't be charged.

This experience with U-haul was so terrible from start to end that I will never use U-Haul again. I spent 35 minutes on the phone today with billing issues and going over the horrible experience I had with customer service and all I got was a "sorry". This in no way makes up for any of the issues I had. When a customer is at the point of calling customer service because they had an awful experience they are expecting some kind of accountability from the company. I will be sure to tell everyone I know about the terrible experience I had with U-Haul so that they too can take there business else where.

Awesome to work with! Courteous and attentive! The truck was really nice & clean. I was down with the flu and because I was feeling so bad I had forgotten to load the dolly back into the truck. I called in the next day and explained why and expected them to charge me for the extra day. They didn't. Thanks guys - and ladies! You guys are great!

I called customer service to ensure I had the correct trailer rented, The rep originally attempted to connect the wrong one, then the counter person said return it the following day by 1pm, and I made it by noon and they attempted to charge me for two days.

Scheduling was a pain. I booked in Texas and somehow got a confirmation for pickup in Canada. Then my desired drop off got changed last minute to a place 20 miles away. While it was resolved, I had to reschedule movers and change arrangements I had made with a friend to pick me up.

I added an extra retail item (mattress bag) to my online order, but it was not provided at the time of checkout ( I wasn't billed for it either). I had to make a second trip back to purchase the item which added more stress to an already hectic moving day. Everything else including the truck was great.

When the guy brought the truck around, he hopped out and ran off without saying anything. We were not sure how if he has just forgotten something like one of the dollies. We were not given any instructions. It ended up being self explanatory to drive and open. Although we were on a tight schedule, we waited for him to return for 15 mins but a simple "you're good to go!" would have been appreciated.

What an awful experience. At drop-off, an employee came to the truck to get the keys and assess the condition of the truck. I told him that I kept the truck an extra day and went over the mileage by 14 miles, but that the guys at the pick-up location in Kyle told me that since I was driving donations to storm victims in Beaumont, they would work with me on any overages. Not this guy. He said, "We don't really do that." You're UHaul and you don't believe in charity?? I returned the truck with the same amount of fuel that was in the truck when I checked it out-- according to my contract, that was 5/8 of a tank. He told me that to refuel would be $33. WHAT?! He said that it was actually supposed to be 9/11 of a tank and I returned it 7/11 of a tank. B.S.!! That's not what was on my contract! He told me if I didn't like it, I could drive it back to Kyle (another town 20 miles down the Interstate) and work it out with them. I went next door and put $10 of gas in to get it to wherever he said he wanted it-- and didn't pay the $33 he tried to charge me for the same thing. What a scam!! And a jerk! I returned the truck clean and in great condition. However, there were two divider boards left in the back that I asked if I could put in their dumpster. He actually agreed to let me use their dumpster-- which I was grateful for, BUT, when I went to unload these large boards, he stood by and watched as I wrestled with breaking them in half and began carrying them away. I leaned them against a pole-- telling him that I would move them as soon as I returned from getting gas (so I wouldn't go over my time and get charged for another day). He sat on his ass and pointed to the back of the property, "The dumpster is in the back." Thanks for the help, a-hole. Probably the biggest jerk I've encountered in my life. In the end, he ended up charging me for the extra day and extra miles-- which is fine-- I exceeded the allotment. He also charged be some random $14 fee (which he didn't describe when I asked what my charges were), and he didn't give me the $25 credit for bringing back a clean truck. Beyond that-- he was just such an evil jerk the entire time. I will never go back to this place.

Paid $25 to have them load my car. Did not have any care for it at all and damaged it. All the staff seems like they were in training and it was their first day. All of them! Watch them pull my car on to the car hauler and it was basically forced on. The guy kept saying to go ahead and pull up more even though the whole car was scraping at the bottom. To my destination in Phoenix and found a massive undercarriage damage. The manager at the U-Haul drop off facility in Arizona it was awesome and said he would be willing to be a witness because they should not of loaded it that way...

I drove the truck exactly 8 miles and was charged for 6 gallons of gas. Totally not possible to have used that much gas. But it tacked on an extra $50 to my bill. You may want to consider getting more fuel efficient trucks. Because that's ridiculous.

Asked to back the trailer into place when I arrived. I told attedent I don't back these trailers he just walked away and I was ignored. I used my vehicle jack to unhook the trailer, used a old piece of wood to chock the trailer and left it in the lane.

Michies in Port Aransas Tx was not open even though I called them to let them know I was dropping off a trailer. They said no problem but no one was there from 2:30 to 3:30 PM and they have large signs stating that they are no longer accepting drops from Uhaul

One Ubox was nailed and screwed shut. Another Ubox was not ours. Another Ubox had our lock removed and another lock in place. Half of my boxes were smashed and my crystal was broken. That is just the problems with the actual Ubox. I will never use Uhaul/Ubox again.

Overall the experience was horrible and I definitely would not recommend this to anyone. I reserved the U-Haul online and made sure to put in the drop off location as it was 30 min away. When I went to pick up my U-Haul, it was for the local area and needed to be dropped back off at that location which was 30 miles away. It ultimately doubled my mileage and when I went to speak to customer service- no one was willing to help. I ended up losing money from this and became a dissatisfied customer.

I drive a Tesla Model X with a manufacturers supplied towing package capable of Class III towing up to 5,000lbs. This info is clearly visible on the hitch, yet I had to spend 15 minutes convincing the staff to attach the trailer. Becoming more familiar with my vehicle type would have made my service a lot smoother.

When I dropped off my U-Haul, I was told I owed money for going over my mileage even though I was given 100 free miles. I called Jorge from the location I picked my U-Haul up at, and he refunded me the entire price of my truck as an apology for all the trouble I had. He went above and beyond to make me feel heard and I will be going to him for all my U-Haul rentals in the future.

I used this location over 5 times a year. I have an overall positive experience. Very friendly and professional. This truck suspension was so bad my furniture bounced and broke some pieces. My back was in so much pain after the drive. Very disappointing. I always like using Uhaul but this truck was extremely painful and costly repairs to furniture. One custom service representative seemed to busy ti deal with me even though there was no one else in line . The managed checked me out quickly and efficiently. The crew that checked me in was awesome. The main thing I hate about renting is the price. a $19.99 per day rental turns into a $23 per hour rental due to the high per mile charges and other fees.

I rented a trailer for a day. When I returned it, the guy just unhooked it and didn't say anything else. I asked if that was it and he said "you're good". Then two days later I got a bill as if I had just returned the trailer, billing new for two extra days.

Teach employees at the Slaugher Lane location not be rude. We called the Slaughter Lane location in Austin the day we rented a uhaul trailer and they would not answer the phone even though it was before closing time. The calls were routed to the answer center who indicated that they were still logged in. We called to request to exchange the 18 inch wardrobe box hanger for the 24 inch wardrobe box hanger as we were mistakenly given the 18 inch hanger. Call center suggested that we could exchange the 18 inch hanger for the 24 inch hanger at the Slaughter Lane location since they were still at the location and we were calling prior to close. While I was driving to the Slaughter Lane location we called on 2 more occasions and were told that the call center had sent the Slaughter Lane location messages that we were coming to exchange the wardrobe box hanger and to please complete the exchange when we arrived in approximately 15 minutes. The U haul staff also hang up on my wife on one ocassion. When I arrived at the U Haul location is was approximatly 7:15 or 15 minutes past close as was explained to the call center, who indicated that the store staff were still logged in and to go to the Slaugher lane location. A few minutes after I arrived an employee came out and I explained the situation and he just turned his back and indicated the alarm had been set and he could not help me. This employee needs to be trained as does the staff who worked that evening. I also noticed trailer doors opens with dollys and equipment inside. We were leaving the next morning to move my daughter and needed the wardrobe boxes. The wardrobe boxes were not usable without the correct hangers. Very disappointed in the U haul staff at the Slaugher Lane location. I will not be returning to this location and will consider changing to another provider for my next trailer, truck or equipment rental due to this experience.

Location staff are outstanding. However, Regional Office staff could be more reasonable when discussing options relating to time period of rental with customers. The issue arose when I learned that although rental rates are advertised as daily (24 hours), the contract may limit the rental period to a much shorter period. All I wanted was a couple extra hours (still only 6 hours total) and the Regional Office insisted I would be charged another full day's rental. They were not flexible at all.

Overall everything ran smoothly and the staff was great. I had a hard time changing my reservation online due to a malfunctioning form so that's the only thing I'd change. Also, for the truck rentals, maybe offering a slightly cheaper by the hour price point or a 4 hour chunk price point for those of us not needing a truck for a whole day. Just a thought. Thanks!

I just experienced some really bad customer service here. I placed my order online, which came out to $34, and when I got there I learned it was $60+ due to a mileage fee that hadn't been quoted online. I'd been to the same location a month ago and hadn't gotten a before-the-fact fee like this. Only an advisory to refill the tank upon returning it, or face an after-the-fact charge. When I brought that up with my representative, another rep who wasn't even assigned to me chimed in and denied my recollection. He was short with me, dismissive, didn't even look me in the eye, and definitely wasn't trying to help. I’d already decided to pay for the order, and had punched it in the keypad, but at that point I decided I didn't really want to do business with people who talked to me like that. I asked for a cancellation, which my rep granted. My rep, who I believe was named Andres Diaz, was polite and handled things well. The other rep, who only identified himself as William (I asked for a last name, but he wouldn't give it), was extremely rude and seemed to already be angry before talking to me.

My father and I dropped off our UHaul vehicle at the location, no problem. Upon delivering keys and such, we informed the gentlemen of the credit possibility we were informed of at the Clear Lake location: if we returned the vehicle with more gas than the highlighted amount (paperwork provided at pick up location), we would get reimbursed/credited on the move. The guys there looked at us as if they had no idea what we were referring to nor were they willing to honor that benefit, even giving a half-apology for the misinformation. Thus, my father and I simply left, ready to move on with things. Needless to say, we were a tad annoyed and disappointed, not bothering to raise the issue.

To start off with, I was forced to go to this location instead of the one I originally signed up for on the opposite side of town. Then, they didn't have the equipment I reserved (appliance dolly) which I needed to move a washing machine and a dryer. Luckily, they gave me a free strap and a discount, but then when they actually charged me, they removed the discount and I had to call customer service and sit on hold for a while to get it back. Overall a pretty awful experience.

When we tried to pick up our guaranteed trailer - Pat - the manager stated he did not have ours. Yet, we could see 4 on the lot. Having driven to Austin from Houston - we asked what we could do instead and he laughed and said he had nothing. The only thing he could do was to give us the $50. Twenty minutes later we got a text stating that the trailer was ready. It seemed that Pat had not finished checking in equipment and our trailer was there. Lots of added on stress by him that was not necessary.

We showed up after driving 1200 miles to be told our reservation could not be found for our storage unit. I had email confirmation and also confirmed over the phone multiple times. Very rude customer service. They would not accommodate and could careless. They tried to give me a unit with no roof or secure door after claiming they were completely full. I asked them are you sure you have no units available? They kept saying no no no. Very rude! I told them I couldn't take the unit with no roof. Then all the sudden they had another unit available after begging them. RUDE! Terrible. Will never use uhaul again.

I was told by two different people, one when I called to reserve and one person in store that my queen size mattress and box spring would fit in a cargo van, standing up in order to fit more things in there. I understood that something bigger was not available that day so I agreed to a van because it was confirmed that my things would fit in there. My mattresses definitely were not able to stand so I had to make multiple trips and use more mileage than I anticipated for my budget.

When a customer is upset, staff should treat them with respect. I never swore or yelled at anyone at this location, but I did express my discontent with the level of service I was receiving and they were extremely rude and defensive to me. My authorized driver followed their instructions exactly on how to drop off the truck and they called me the next morning to tell me I haven't dropped it off and that they couldn't find the truck. It was on the lot the entire time in the exact spot where we were told to drop it off. When they continue to call me, one of the representatives, I believe her name was Jade, told me she didn't want to have any confrontation on the phone. I wasn't even that confrontational. I was just upset because I wanted to rest. And I kept getting calls when I have spent countless hours on the phone with Uhaul making sure there wouldn't be any problems. I work in customer service for a living and I have to deal with people who are upset every day and I would never speak to someone the way I was spoken to by multiple people at this location. They need to be more patient, listen to their customers concerns, and not transfer them to the wrong department just because they don't want to deal with someone with a complicated issue.

No warning,no notice, no email-customers find out after waiting in line for 30 minutes I am a long term customer of that uhaul location. Never again. I will never again use uhaul. I will not let my 165 employees use uhaul ever again for business moves. Customer service has completely fallen apart and just simply is no longer present at uhaul. Most people's reservations waiting patiently in line were canceled. Nobody walked me to my truck; the woman who checked me out simply pointed in the direction of where she thought my truck was. I walked to that area struggling to carry all of my boxes and supplies by myself, only to find the truck wasn't there. I went back inside, and after admitting her mistake she pointed me in the correct direction (still not walking me there or helping me carry any of my stuff). Once I was at the correct truck, I had a lot of trouble figuring out the controls of the thing and nobody helped me. Overall, I did not have a good experience here.

Pick-up, check out and truck was very good. U-Haul traffic called from Phx. asked if I would tow trailer from El Paso to El Cajon for $300; I said I could help them out; I called them back a later after considering extra hours, wear, gas, additional night hotel and extra day...I complained about the cost and they raised it to $350. I gave additional thought to it and returned call again complaining that it was not a fair proposition and out of my way. They then offered an Austin to Phx trailer pull for $375; I said I would do it as I was going that route. The sent all details; I showed up at the Austin Research location with my rented 26' Van fully loaded to pick it up and the staff at that location didn't know a thing about it! They called U-Haul traffic who advised them the customer order and shipment had been cancelled. I wasn't informed, I asked what the cost to the customer was and they said $1400! I am extremely upset with U-Haul not calling me, making the trip over to get the trailer and the breach of verbal/oral agreement. I am owned $375 from u-haul as a credit to my one-way rental agreement. I want confirmation the credit has been issues; please return my call at 512.965.9408.

I felt like I was put in danger with the faulty tire. When the outer layer of the tire shredded off, not only did I lose a bit of traction, but I lost control. I swerved into the opposite directional lane, but I quickly gained back control. I believe I need to be compensated for this U-Haul rental. This delayed our trip about an hour and a half. They gave us the wrong pick up address, which instead of being 10 minutes away, we had to trek on over way outside of the city to pick up the truck at a random gas station. We were told that we were going to get a confirmation call, but never received one. We also reserved a 10', but ended up 15'. After picking up the vehicle, we discovered that the tail light on the dolly was out, so we had to call their service for them to arrive and fix their own problem. It was incredibly frustrating to pick up an already faulty vehicle. Not only that, but the people that came to fix it didn't screw the light back in, so it was dangling early on in the drive. Fortunately we had tape. Again, very frustrating.

The truck reservation was given away because of a minor delay in arrival (which should be expected during a busy time of relocation). This throws complicates into prearranged plans. Very poorly managed Location. They aren't very helpful. One of the worst experiences in my life dealing with these people. Everyone from the manager and down is completely incompetent and clueless in regards to doing their job and taking care of the customers. Need an overhaul on management and staff. Need training and retraining on job duties, customer service skills, and systems need to be in place to expedite processes. I needed a trailer put on my Uhaul and the front desk guy took care of the paperwork. He then said to drive around back where I would be helped. There wasn't anyone there and once I found someone, the guy had no idea what to do. There are zero systems in place and communication from the front to the people in the back in minimal.

I asked the guy I needed to drop the truck off at the same location I picked it up. He said that is fine. Later that day I received a text from Uhau saying my drop off point was a different location. I drove to that location to drop it off an no one was there? So I drove it to the location I picked it up at and they took it then. I waisted probably 45 minutes. Also, I dropped it off about 24 hours early and they didn't pro rate it?? Next time I'll just say I need it for one day even if I need it for a week?!

This location allowed me to return the truck I had been given in Corpus at there although I had received a text informing me to drop off at a location in far north Austin. If you know anything about traffic in Austin, the location I was given would have caused me great inconvenience. The persons at the Ben White location were very flexible and polite and assured me that I would be fine returning it there with no penalty. The employees at this location seemed honestly interested in helping me have the best move possible. Perhaps the Corpus location could receive the same developmental training used in Austin to improve customer service.

I had my hitch and wiring installed at UHaul by Uhaul. I have had to have UHaul change the wiring three times now at my expense. I believe it is do to faulty equipment or installation by UHaul and they have not tried to rectify the situation. But instead want to charge me to rewrite my vehicle every time I go to rent a trailer. This is not accetpatble.

I did online fast pick up reservation, and actually got there minutes after and they didn't have the vehicle ready. So I ended up getting another one. Pointment was to get the keys in lock box and not go inside, but that was pointless. Good then there was not wait time. Then I got truck and on the way back from my haul, the ABS light turned on while driving 60 mhr on highway. The light wentry off but I was freaking out especially that is was at night. Also I returned the vehicle with the right amount of gas but they still charged me about $6 for supposedly I didn't fill it up to 3/4 of tank. Which I did by the way, I have a witness. But to photo since my cell phone was dead. Not sure if I will go there again.

I have found myself renting from Uhaul regularly and I’m actively choosing to drive further to get my equipment from the Ben White location because it’s a step above some of the others in town. From the person attaching and detaching the trailer to the customer service rep at the front counter they all seem courteous and professional. The manager actually stands out the most to me, he’s consistently ready to solve challenges and improve my experience, and he's not scared to get his hands dirty to get me moving down the road a little quicker. We have used this location before and it was fine. However, this time it is NOT. I called the store the day BEFORE our move, about3:30 pm, to make sure there would be no problems and to learn how to use the app for a 5:30am pick up. We checked in online with the app at 5:20 and arrived at 5:30. The app said there was no truck available for us, and to call Glenn Taylor. We left 3 messages about 5:40, 6am,6:15am and he NEVER returned our calls. On our otther phone, we talked to LeAnn at customer service from 5:40-6:35 as she kindly tried to help to no avail. We were not able to get a truck until the store opened at 7am. We are not happy about the delay and stress it caused us. We woke up at 4:30 am for nothing. We waited an hour and a half, not sure if we would get a truck at 7am. The whole time we were stressed about encountering morning traffic and the movers that we were paying by the hour. What can you do for us now?

Be informative about the usage of the vehicle. When I rented the uhaul the paper work was already drawn up about the mileage and the amount of gas that was supposed to be in the truck. No one informed me to double check the mileage and the fuel before I left. I was already crunched for time. When I returned the truck they charged me a extra $10 saying that I went 10 miles over my original miles which was 10 miles. I only live 4 miles from the uhaul station. And I filled the tank up to full when it was given to me on 7/8. I felt scammed at the end of the day. A extra few bucks isn't worth Losing customers!

My biggest gripe about this location, is that I was renting a 6' x 12" close trailer, one way to the Grand Prairie location, and the price was double of what it was last week, when I got the exact same trailer in Grand Prairie, one way to Austin, last week I paid around $ 139.00, today it was around $ 277.00, they couldn't give me an explanation as to why it was More, except that the rates went up and it was the 1st of the month, really, double the rate??? To be fair, this one girl was able to bring the price down by $ 60.00, but I'm still dumbfounded over this one, and why was I only allowed 237 miles according to the contract, I've never had to deal with mileage before when renting a trailer ???

Late charge not right..... I rented a Utility Auto Trailer in Austin I was told that I could return the trailer at any U-Haul location, in Houston. After I dropped off my wreaked car in downtown Houston, and went directly to U-Haul location (I believe at) 2420 Louisiana and was told I could not drop off “.” The staff was not helpful, and basically told me to figure it out. I then went to another location on San Jacinto Street, and was also told I could not drop off their. This location told me I needed to call and get my location drop off changed (which I never gave them in the first place). I was upset so my son (who was with me) called and after several minutes was given an drop off address some distance away. By the time we got their and checked in, the return was 1 hour Late, and was charged a late fee. If the location on Louisiana accepted our trailer (as I was told) we would have been on time. The staff was helpful and great. I suggest that you are able to alter the price of a contract after it's completed, rather than having to delete/make up a new one, to save money and time. Otherwise the facility was great and I'd rent again. The only other issue is that the e-mails to me were very slow. The "notice of contract" actually got to my mailbox 2 days after I finished the rental. The other 3-4 e-mails were even after that. My email provider is usually pretty timely with messages, so I'm not sure if it's them or something in U-Haul's system that makes it slow. But it wasn't a big problem.

While the staff in the office was friendly enough there was a lot of confusion with customers. The truck I received was in poor shape and was filled with 3/8 tank of gas, which seems like a bit of a con to me. There's no way for the driver to replace the fuel they used, instead they have to put in more fuel than they used during their trip. Instead of simply starting on full and filling it back up. The staff also failed to put the pads I pre purchased in the truck. I missed this unfortunately because I was busy filling out all the damaged spots on the paperwork. When I let the guy know what happened he couldn't have cared less. Just refunded me the difference but no apology for the inconvenience or offer of consultation.

This is the second one-way U-Haul I have rented that was either dangerous to drive (two flat tires in the first 50 miles), or something was not working. Although it looked to be in good condition, the A/C was not working and I had to drive it 900 miles that way. I think it is terrible that you give defective equipment to your one-way customers. I can't wait to write some online reviews!

I made my truck reservation a MONTH in advance. I was baffled that I wasn't called until the day before my move that my truck wasn't available. I was on the phone for over 3 hours with USAA trying to find a a truck for my move. I am also pregnant and the additional stress caused contractions. NOT OKAY. After hours on the phone with different representatives, they somehow DID have a truck I reserved at the location I needed. Stress and contractions for nothing. My family has used UHAUL for years without any problem. I will have to consider taking my business elsewhere, and I definitely will be telling everyone that Uhaul is NOT reliable when it comes to reservations.

Have your people go over the contract before signing on the digital pad. I ask for a one way to drop it of in a different location. The contract was the opposite. The called and harassed if I had stolen the trailer. The drop off location was great.

My, 2pm reservation was not scheduled correctly. I received notofication at 10:30am that I had an 11am reservation. I rushed to the store tp f8nd what the deal was. The girl behind the counter blatantly disregarded their screw and offered no assistance whatsoever!! I rented the truck early anyway. When the truck come from the back, the fuel level was on EMPTY! The person who brought the truck up said that someone had stolen fuel the night before. This person was later identified as the Store Manager!! The manager actually brought the truck up with an empty tank!!! No I will not use this location again and do not recommend them to anyone.

The website does not clearly state that there are extra charges for mileage. I booked online and walked in with the impression that the total charge would be $35 (van, moving blankets, insurance) and ended up spending $101 with mileage and tax. Do not be fooled by low online booking charges!!!

The staff was helpful and efficient. The cargo van we rented was in excellent condition. Very clean both in the main cabin and the cargo area. We were picking up a couch and didn't need to worry about it getting dirty or damaged in the back. Returning the van was also simple and fast! 10/10 would rent again!

I have been billed for a dolly that I didn't even use. When inside the store they said it would have a seal on it and if I didn't end up needing it I would not be billed. Once I got home and opened the doors the dolly was just thrown in the back of the trailer. The was also a plethora of issues surrounding customer service both in person and over the phone. I will never use uhaul again

I arrived at 8:58am for a 9:00 pickup, and no one answered at the door. They weren't open, but they were there. I called them over the phone to get their attention, and they insisted they would not open until 9am. That may be their policy, but if a customer stays slightly early, it would be good if they could open for them.

I dropped the unit off, with the correct gas based on what was in it when I picked it up, You need to know that the distance from vidor to Austin is about 300 miles. well the people read the milage and did the math based on the contract and charged me for over 1500 MILES! they were idiots for not realizing that was wrong. took me all day Tuesday and four phone calls to different numbers as no one seemed to be able to fix it or get me to someone that could

The trailer I rented had dirt and debris when I picked it up. The employee who was attaching it to my Jeep when asked if I would be charged for it, simply said "I don't know" and shrugged his shoulders. I was moving a motorcycle and didn't have a broom where it was going. I felt it was necessary to write "dirt" on the condition form since I wasn't confident with "I don't know."

I made arrangements on 4/4/17 to have my ubox shipped to Frederick MD. Was supposed to receive it 4/16/17 but then found out that it hadn't even been scheduled for shipping! It is now 4/20/17 and I'm still waiting for all my clothing, furniture and appliances this error has incurred in additional expenses for me and my family. I'm very dissatisfied with the service.
