The men in the equipment yard did not come to my vehicle and tell me where to go. They pointed from 30'. I may not have seen them point, and therefore was confused as to where to go. Customer service should be more interactive.

I was told by two different people, one when I called to reserve and one person in store that my queen size mattress and box spring would fit in a cargo van, standing up in order to fit more things in there. I understood that something bigger was not available that day so I agreed to a van because it was confirmed that my things would fit in there. My mattresses definitely were not able to stand so I had to make multiple trips and use more mileage than I anticipated for my budget.

Everything was great, except when two of the women who were working the registers at this location got into a loud argument and fight that ended in one of the women storming out of the store. The fight left everyone in the store speechless and uncomfortable, and while it was slightly entertaining, that kind of behavior is simply unprofessional.

I was charged wrong destination charge (later reimbursed) even though I dropped off at correct location. Also it would be helpful to have some better signage to a key drop box for self-return.

Have the equipment ready. Also be able to locate the reservation faster. I feel like it shouldnt have taken as long. Overall the service was GREAT!!

The gentleman who drove the truck to the pickup lane just left it running and was not present when I drove away. It would have been preferable if he had taken a couple of minutes to answer question.

When a customer is upset, staff should treat them with respect. I never swore or yelled at anyone at this location, but I did express my discontent with the level of service I was receiving and they were extremely rude and defensive to me. My authorized driver followed their instructions exactly on how to drop off the truck and they called me the next morning to tell me I haven't dropped it off and that they couldn't find the truck. It was on the lot the entire time in the exact spot where we were told to drop it off. When they continue to call me, one of the representatives, I believe her name was Jade, told me she didn't want to have any confrontation on the phone. I wasn't even that confrontational. I was just upset because I wanted to rest. And I kept getting calls when I have spent countless hours on the phone with Uhaul making sure there wouldn't be any problems. I work in customer service for a living and I have to deal with people who are upset every day and I would never speak to someone the way I was spoken to by multiple people at this location. They need to be more patient, listen to their customers concerns, and not transfer them to the wrong department just because they don't want to deal with someone with a complicated issue.

A uhaul employee backed up a uhaul truck into my personal truck and damaged my right rear fender. Staff did nothing about the situation other than handed my a broucher with a #.

I reserved a 20 foot truck at 8:00 am I did but show up until 8:30 am and waited in line for 30 minutes to find out that u-haul Cancelled my reservation !!!!!!!!!! No warning,no notice, no email-customers find out after waiting in line for 30 minutes I am a long term customer of that uhaul location. Never again. I will never again use uhaul. I will not let my 165 employees use uhaul ever again for business moves. Customer service has completely fallen apart and just simply is no longer present at uhaul. Most people's reservations waiting patiently in line were canceled. I rented the truck on a Sunday was not told about the online return when the office closed. I then returned the truck online and was told that it would be ~90$. I was quoted ~63$ for 30 miles and I only went 14. This was startling and frustrating luckily it was resolved but I wish i was better informed or instructed on uhauls practices and such when i am given the keys.

Begin by notifying before I arrive that the equipment isn't available, next, make sure the lights work on the trailer, then, include the pads I paid for.

Nobody walked me to my truck; the woman who checked me out simply pointed in the direction of where she thought my truck was. I walked to that area struggling to carry all of my boxes and supplies by myself, only to find the truck wasn't there. I went back inside, and after admitting her mistake she pointed me in the correct direction (still not walking me there or helping me carry any of my stuff). Once I was at the correct truck, I had a lot of trouble figuring out the controls of the thing and nobody helped me. Overall, I did not have a good experience here.

I was not given any kind of receipt once I returned the trailer. Had to go inside to obtain one for proof that the trailer was indeed returned.

Terrible customer service. We walked in and no one greeted us at the counter. We stood there waiting for one of the 4 employees to acknowledge us and to call us up but they just stood there starring at us.
