very fast check in, nice, although I do think I was overcharged for gas. Returning a tank at 5/8 versus 11/16? Seriously? You think the gauge is that accurate? Let's drain the tank and accurately measure the gas. You should eliminate that and just leave full and return full.

Last week I rented a truck in the morning and returned that evening after business hours. Was overcharged $78 when I should have been reimbursed for not using all miles I had paid for when I rented truck. Then today was billed $418.84 from League City location for being 6 days late and also charged for mileage. Clearly there was a mistake since I had only used the truck 1 day and not to mention I have never been to Leaque City. I have made several calls to multiple locations and have yet to get an answer or my money reimbursed. Complete joke. Expected a little more from Uhaul..

The lady who helped me check in was awesome! Hire more people like her! Otherwise, the only problem I had was with the website when I booked the truck. I kept saying that my password didn't match. I tried a bunch of variations, thinking maybe it was something else, but I know my password matched and it still wouldn't let me do it to complete the speedy checkout.

Was charged$54 for fill-up fee when I left the vehicle at the designated fueling point. U-Haul has nothing to worry about because I'll still use them, I'll just use a different location, there's one a little closer, I just used this one because they open a couple hours earlier.

#1 I called to confirm there was a 15’ truck available on Thursday at 1:03 and was told “we have plenty, no need to make a reservation.” When I arrived before 4:00, I was told no sorry we have none and “maybe dispatch made a mistake.” #2 the battery died on the truck multiple times. We were doing a large catering and had to get our customers to jump the truck. Very humiliating. We were late for the second portion of the catering due to this and looked incredibly unprofessional, all with the uhaul logo. the on self check in to avoid the lines sucks. I followed the instruction, found the truck, took the required photos, and THEN I STILL had to go to the counter, wait in line to get the key. All the gyrations I did per the website for the self check in was a total waste of time. I was doing that instead of securing my place in line, while others got in line ahead of me who arrived after me. I will NOT recommend the self check in to anyone and will discourage any one from using it.

I received a nasty text saying I was in violation of my rental agreement. I called and basically was told I didn't rental the equipment and I would be charged until I did. I followed the instructions exact to the word of the clerk before the desk when I returned the product, no less than 2 hours after I picked it up. I rented an appliance Dolly and took back into the store and left it by the door ( inside of the store) the clerk said that was ecery does. I said we were good and she said yes, I walked out. If I was required to do something different, I wasn't told or instructioned to do it. I don't appreciate being told basically I stole it. All they had to do watch the video.

The only issue was the extremely long wait. I arrived round 9:15, with 9 people in front of me. It took a long time to get waited on. Your computer system is slow and problematic. Otherwise the staff was very good
