Everything went good on my trip

I wouldbe very shocked to see that anyone actually reads this but Uhaul could use a MAJOR UI/UX revamp. I had so many issues with my check in process starting with the fact that when I opened my UHaul access email (once I was sitting in front of the uhaul facilities) my link had expired. After waiting on hold with customer service for 20 minutes I finally got a hold of someone who was great but she had to walk me through the entire process because uhaul registered my account and then wouldnt let me access it. I had to create a second account and be on the phone with her the entire time because the process wasn't intuitive. After all of that I finally got the lock box to open only to find out there was no key for the uHaul they registered for me. Then they transferred me to a location closer to my work (which was my preferred location in the first place but the user interface didnt offer that in my search). The lady who checked me out couldnt confirm my $50 credit on her end, so I had to waste my time on another phone call with customer service to confirm it went through. So glad to be done with this.

The young guy helping me was friendly and helpful. I had been one time before at this location and the staff seemed like they were in rush and they somewhat had attitude with me. So, I was kinda hesitant to go back there, but it turned out to be a good experience this time.

I don’t remember the name of the location representative who handled my reservation upon my arrival. She was very sweet, patient and timely in handling my reservation, especially considering it coincided with the weekend of a major holiday. 10/10 would recommend; I’m not sure if this would make any difference, but she deserves a raise. Kindly pass this review to her and thank her for my great experience being so short and easy during the holiday weekend.

Staff was friendly and things were organized. The fuel amount was wrong in the computer and I was told it'd be updated before I returned it. I didn't even notice, the helpful rep pointed it out. It wasn't in the system so I got charged for the difference despite filling :(

Reserved trailer not available when arrived. I was given packing material receipt and told to go to another location for trailer and packing material. Upon arrival at Ben White location I was told receipt for packing was only good at first location. After taking 45 minutes to get trai KH we and blankets at Ben White I gad to drive back to U of Texas location to get boxes and other prepaid materials. I lost 2 1/2 hours and was late for meeting help that I had to pay to stand around.

Lady checking me in was not friendly. Also, I did everything ahead of time so that I could use the app and get the truck. I got there and basically had to re-register.... all of the pre-work was a waste of time. Had I known this was going to happen I would not have filled out all of the "paperwork on line ahead of time.

Only downside here is that there is usually a line. Be prepared to wait. It's a busy location. Despite that, the staff was helpful.

30 minutes waiting in line while 3 people helped 3 people ahead of me. Honestly just so slow. Never coming back. Was charged for not returning moving blankets I didn't even use or see or ever talk or ask about and that were not in truck to begin with. Horrible. Every other customer was frustrated as well.
