Personnel was very nice and helpful. This location is extremely busy but very well organized. But the wear on the trailer was excessive. It was full of the little "X" stickers which means that someone had already marked the wear/damage. Although the lights were checked for and they all worked, one of the small lights on the rear right corner was missing the lens. The floor squeaked with every step. It was just completely worn out.

Good choice equipping the Transit vans with back up camera and cruise control; both are highly appreciated features. Location is very convenient. Staff was very helpful and efficient. Wait time was very short and my reserved van was ready to drive away immediately. Excellent overall experience.

Not happy with the first guy that helped me. Not knowledgeable, did not show me were the truck was , rude, did not show me how to use unlock the secured doors for storage because I did not have a card they were out. DID not care and next year for my son we will not rent at this location!

Personnel were rude and argumentative. Man checking in my truck actually argued with me about returning the pads there and told me that I should have checked to see if the center was full of pads before I chose it as my check in facility. Seems like that's a job for someone at UHaul, not their customers...

The staff was helpful and great. I suggest that you are able to alter the price of a contract after it's completed, rather than having to delete/make up a new one, to save money and time. Otherwise the facility was great and I'd rent again. The only other issue is that the e-mails to me were very slow. The "notice of contract" actually got to my mailbox 2 days after I finished the rental. The other 3-4 e-mails were even after that. My email provider is usually pretty timely with messages, so I'm not sure if it's them or something in U-Haul's system that makes it slow. But it wasn't a big problem.

I made a reservation two weeks prior. Called the day before to confirm the reservation. When i get there, they told me my reservation was cancelled. I asked why and she did not gave me an answer. I had the movers ready to go and i was at uhaul starting from zero like i never made a reservation. "They know how to take a reservation, but dont know how to hold a reservation ."

The only problem here at the drop off location is we were told we would get one month free storage we were able to get a 10x12 unit but it turns out it was 10x6 after we measured the unit. The manager is going to try and get us a cheaper rate since it's half the size we were expecting. Which is why I give excellent ratings for this drop off site.

While I have high marks for the location, the parking lot is over crowded and difficult to maneuver. I would recommend either keeping fewer vehicles here or expanding the lot so that it can be navigated. Parking to pick up the trailer was also difficult.

While the staff in the office was friendly enough there was a lot of confusion with customers. The truck I received was in poor shape and was filled with 3/8 tank of gas, which seems like a bit of a con to me. There's no way for the driver to replace the fuel they used, instead they have to put in more fuel than they used during their trip. Instead of simply starting on full and filling it back up. The staff also failed to put the pads I pre purchased in the truck. I missed this unfortunately because I was busy filling out all the damaged spots on the paperwork. When I let the guy know what happened he couldn't have cared less. Just refunded me the difference but no apology for the inconvenience or offer of consultation.

This is the second one-way U-Haul I have rented that was either dangerous to drive (two flat tires in the first 50 miles), or something was not working. Although it looked to be in good condition, the A/C was not working and I had to drive it 900 miles that way. I think it is terrible that you give defective equipment to your one-way customers. I can't wait to write some online reviews!
