When a truck is brought back with more gas than when they took it, it should count for something. Also the truck should be better maintained and serviced truck felt unsafe compared to other trucks I've driven.mercedes G.

Best U Haul location we have ever been too! Had a terrible experience with another location so now we drive an additional 30-40 min to Phoenix (from East Mesa) JUST for the incredible service we get here! They are so nice and really helpful!! Dont go ANYWHERE else!Rachel G.

The store manager did a great job with our reservation. We used a gift certificate and even though he was not sure how to process the payment using the certificate, he called UHaul tech support and figured out how to do it in a timely manner.JULIA C.

The rental agent was intelligent, skilled, and very pleasant to interact with. He also knew how to spell my name correctly! It is a very positive experience to feel that my name is not viewed as such an oddity that I have to always spell it out. It isn't such an odd name (Coppola.... you know, like the Director!). I was running back and forth between two locations, trying to manage a moving company while transporting a few items myself in a U-Haul which was incredibly exhausting and frustrating. As a result, I was late for my pickup in the morning and ended up needing to return the truck a few hours late. Landon could not have been more understanding or helpful. The manager said he never seen that happen & I am currently on the phone w/ customer trying to get the situation resolved. Best UHaul renting experience I have encountered. Landon Moncada went above and beyond to take care of my return when he had no room in his facility. He offered to personally move the truck and trailer to another facility when the regional office accidentally assigned my return to his location. In addition, Landon offered a refund on the trailer rental to make up for previous UHaul errors during my move. Thank you!Shawn A.
Oh, I asked for a 20' truck all they had were 15' trucks. That would be good for customers to know before they show up. I had a number of close locations, it would have been helpful to get the right size.Paul H.

The management that was there in the beginning was terrible I lived out of town and they were rude and gave me a unit they knew had a broken door. It was the only big one available my shop equipment got broken due to the door falling on it and the manager at the time didn’t even help me get my claim resolved I’ve been paying for over a year for stuff I can’t use and had to replace my equipment and still have not been paid through the insurance! Landon was super friendly and helpful however he said there was going to be a $100 deposit for paying with cash so when our total came out to 185 I believe we asked does that include our deposit and he said yes so when we turned the uhaul in we were thinking we was getting 100 back but only got 24 back so just a miscommunication but overall friendly and helpfulFannie M.

I I had a 23-hour reservation slot and was repeatedly harassed by the employee to change my drop off time to later that day. After explaining my situation to him several times, he still insisted that I sign up for an earlier drop off times and then call to extend if necessary. When I did ultimately call to extend, I called at least three or four times and wasn't able to read any staff at the location. Ultimately I did receive a phone call back after many repeated attempts to get through. The last thing someone needs on a day when they're moving stuff is additional stress. Two days after my rental, I still haven't received an e-mail with my official check out receipt.THERESA J.
