I was met in the parking lot and told where to back in trailer. Team Member unhitched the trailer and checked me out. Very fast and friendly service. Not on her but i really do not like that i was charged for 2 days when i had the trailers less than 24 hours.

I used the app to reserve my truck. Didn’t know I would have to wait 1/2 hour to be approved and still had to go inside to get key. I would ditch that app it is horrible. The people (Owen and a lady) were so very helpful and such polite and nice employees. Kinda ticked me oof that I lost 1/2 hour because I could have used it. I will never ever use that app again and will recommend anyone to just go inside. I would rather speak to a real person. Perhaps you should hire another real person instead of that app. Sincerely not a very happy customer

When I picked up my 6X12 trailer there was only one woman working. She was very pleasant and clearly a great employee. However, she was physically unable to hitch the trailer to my car. My husband, who recently had a hip replacement, got out and helped her so we could leave. 24 hours later when I returned the trailer, (alone this time because my husband was resting at home) the same thing again. Same very nice employee, but could not remove the trailer from my car. We stood there in the cold just looking at it until some other men in a truck also pulled up to return their trailer so I walked over to their truck to ask them to help your employee so that I could go home. They were very nice and obliged, but I don't know what we would have done if they hadn't showed up. She tried to use some sort of wench tool to lift the trailer off my car, but was physically unable to do it with that as well. Honestly, these problems were NOT caused by the woman who was working hard to do the best she could. Management should have never placed her in this situation.

We rented 6x12 trailer several times. Staff very helpful and reservation ready as requested. Just a couple of times trailer needed swept out before we could use it. Somehow wish the metal floor, sides and ceiling didn’t leave black marks on furniture items. Overall, we would recommend THIS Uhaul location, and if needed in future, we would use them again.

The fuel gauge was at 3/4 when i picked the truck up. I drove 31 miles in total. When attempting to fill the tank back to 3/4 I kept pumping fuel while checking the gas guage at the same time. The guage never moved and, after pumping in 30 plus dollars worth it stopped because it was full. The guage stayed at just below 3/4 where it was when I started fueling. When i returned the truck right after fueling I let the nice lady know this. I have used this Uhaul location many times throughout the years and have had very good experiences. Today's customer service was great as always but I didnt like the fact that the fuel gauge is not properly functioning and likely cost me more in total for the rental. Please advise. The service was fine . When I picked the truck up the gas was at 3/8. I was pushed for time when I returned it so I did not put gas in it. I drove a whopping 12 miles so I figured you would charge me the $4.25 for a couple of gallons. Nope, you charged me $27 for gas and then a $30 fee for being under 1/4 when I returned it. What a scam. Was never told this. Why did you give me a truck with only 3/8 anyway? It’s a shame you have to hide fees in small print and use this for a revenue stream. I will try another company next time.

the person that opened the store was 25 minutes late and did not seem to care because she gave no one a apology and still started the rent time from when she should of opened when i returned the truck the next day that young lady was very pleasant

One counter staff said "Can I help you, Dude", another twice called me "Bud". "You need anything else, Bud?". My name's not "Dude". And I'M NOT your bud. I'M a decent, paying customer and I deserve to be treated respectfully or I will always go somewhere else. That's the way business works. This location always has loud, thumping music emanating overhead. I mentioned that that was very unprofessional. The clerk said "talk to the shop mgs, it is HIS music,".

The inside of the trailer was clean but not the outside. I don’t know how important that is. The employee did not twist the trailer chains up enough when attaching the trailer, causing them to drag and be damaged. That, fortunately, is not my problem.

Zachary Wayne is the best! I've rented various equipment over the past years from U-Haul and the competition. This is absolutely the finest facility and crew I have dealt with. I was greeted in a friendly manner as soon as I walked in the door. The customer service agent was courteous and professional. The rental process was quick, and I was on my way in little time. The truck was very old and had well over 100000 miles on it. I used it for a local move but would have been nervous taking it on a cross country trip. The inside was clean but the outside was full of mud. The employees were very efficient and helpful.

The only issue, in my opinion was the poor guy working was there by himself. There is a huge lot and he had to run around getting trucks, trailers, equipment, etc. He did a great job and I appreciate his efforts.

This is the best service I have ever received at a UHaul office. I was checked in and moving in under 15 minutes. It took less than that to return the truck. The staff were polished, professional, and welcoming. The best thing you to do for the next customer is to offer this same great service.

Michelle, Zach, Kristina, and Ellen are very hard workers. And very friendly and professional with customers. I was impressed by Michelle's handling of an unnecessarily rude customer yesterday. I was told van was full on pick up and to return it full, fine. However range when picked up and range when I filled it differed by 80+ miles. So apparently I put in 10$ more gas than I had on pick up. $10 is $10 !

While the location was acceptable and customer service was fine, I wouldn’t recommend uhaul to my worst enemy. The mobile return process is a joke and is a sorry excuse to apply fees. I’ll never use uhaul again.

Did not mention a $20 fee to drop off after hours. Smallest font on paper work. 430 miles later at 9pm who is going to see that. I even asked about late drop off when I picked it up and he just said there is a drop box. I rent 20 Enterprise cars a year and they don't have a fee. I also get about 14 propane refills a year there. Guess I will go to the True Value next door for that. Cargo van with 8000 miles - driver door hinge was broken.

I had to walk to the back of the building at night to find the truck. When I did find the truck it was blocked so I had to walk back into the store to find an employee to let them know the truck was block between two trucks then walk back to the truck again. Also there was no dollie on the back of the truck and the employee had to locate a dollie. They eventually found a flat furniture dollie which I found useless as this did not have a handle

I have the most experience with the UHaul on Bruns Lane in Springfield, Illinois. Owen runs the shop there and I can’t say enough good about him. I’ve been moving a lot of stuff lately and he gives good advice and is always professional, polite, knowledgeable, and fun. He has helped me so much in the last two months. I only have one problem with UHaul. When I call the local number I am automatically transferred to Timbuktu and those people aren’t able to answer questions about my business with the Brans Lane business. I hate that.

Total unorganized mess! The first girl was checking out her drawer and was making us wait so she could leave. Then the other girl had 4 people waiting when we can back! She was to busy walking around telling the costumer how he was misinformed! Total disaster!
