I waited for over an hour for anyone to even come help me after I had checked in both online and at the counter! Everyone who was standing behind me in line was helped with their trailers and trucks first!!!! I had to be helped by another customer who saw me standing out by the trailer waiting for someone to attach it to my hitch for me! I only had a 4 X 7 open trailer to attach! The chains that are on the trailer are so small that they don't fit standard factory installed hitch locations, despite every chain available at local parts stores fitting just fine. Not sure what kind of crappy chains they are, but needless to say, after going to two locations due to faulty equipment at the first location, and then being told that they couldn't rent me a trailer, after wasting two hours of my time, I am not pleased.WILLIAM A.
Went for a 17â€ truck, keys were locked in it. So they gave me a 15â€ truck which was fine. But the one they gave me had a quarter tank of gas in it. Also when I called to make sure it was okay I kept it longer no one would answer. And when dropped off they tried to charge me $60 for only having a quarter tank. Reserved equipment for an out of state move 1 month in advance, 2 days prior to my move U-Haul informed me that the equipment I reserved was unavailable. They then proceeded to tell me that they had no solution for me & would not help me with a discounted rate on any smaller equipment available. I will never use U-Haul again.MICHAEL W.

They point you in the direction of the rental vehicle and that is it! WoW! Customer service is lost at this location. Very sad, very disappointing. I have been renting here since 1999. Poor customer service! Long lines and only two reps. Working counter about 20 people in line waiting and I only noticed a total of three reps. Outside. We rented an auto transport to hitch onto motorhome. The representative that attached equipment was very helpful and friendly. But there were two younger gentleman that were rude and ignorant! Period. This location was not the original location to pick up equipment my order was changed a day or two before the original date of July 18th pick up. I am still trying to resolve the over charges on my account. I received an appliance dolley and that was not what I had reserved. I could not view the mileage on the van I rented because of the oil light change needed covering up the mileage odometer. I was charged over $300 for wrong mileage and hope to have it credited soon. Your prices are a lie, 19.99 for a truck rental??? With this and that and the next and the other thing and this thing that wasn't mentioned before and all of a sudden a different fee for something else!?!?! No real explanation behind any of the fee and why they were potentially being applied. The staff there seems like Uhaul killed their souls so I get why they kinda don't give a shit. More a reflection on how your company treat your employees than how your employees perform as a whole but just as all other people who have said anything about your company I'm sure my review will be thrown into the vat of "ungrateful" customers. The store is very disorganized. I picked up my trailer and nobody knew which trailer was mine. When I got it there was carpet scraps and adhesive in it so I cleaned it out. When I returned the trailer there were 5 employees talking and/or smoking but none came to help me return my trailer. I went to ask for help and one guy said he'd get someone but left in his car with another employee (for lunch I imagine). I finally just parked the trailer where I found a spot and went in the office. Overall it was a bad experience. Their system is frequently down as well. 2 weeks ago they were unable to take payments so I had to reschedule for yesterday. I won't be back.Robert D.

Never backed a vehicle off a trailer ramp before, the cashier was nice but the yard guy told me he's too busy and short handed and to watch a video and figure it out on my own. I do have one complaint. I showed up at 6:54pm before close and was walking up to the door and you shut off the open sign. This location doesn't close until 7. When I asked someone for help they gave me a very vague answer that didn't help me at all. They were rude and kept walking away from me while I was talking. I had such an awful experience checking in. The representative that checked me in took FOREVER! 30 mins to check in is RIDICULOUS!!! Not only was she slow but literally kept falling asleep at the desk! (multiple times) As well she continued to eat her food in front of customers and would stop her typing in the system to take a bite of her food. I was asked for 1st floor or 2nd. I picked 1st and she assigned me 2nd as she was not paying attention due to falling asleep. I as well rented a 5 X 10 X 8 and she gave me a 5 X 5 X 8. Worst experience EVER! I experienced an issue with the storage facility where upon checking my unit the lock would not open with the key. When I involved one of the staff members (Kimberly Cole) about the issue, which she nonchalantly prompted that my lock may have been tampered with and suggested how to get the lock off with a tool. Once that was unsuccessful, the on duty manager (Brandellyn Cunningham) stated that to gain access to my belongings I would need to call a lock smith since they did not have anything to cut the lock with on-site, which she assured I could be reimbursed or credited for the $89.99 if I brought my receipt. I inquired about the refund/credit and having management check security footage to ensure my lock was in fact tampered with and to consider relocating my belongings. But instead I was given the run around each time I tried to get in touch with the General Manager, Robert.
