There was a guy there Adrian I think? That guy was great. The shift manager that day was horrible. I wanted in the store for 15 minutes unattended to. Had to go ask Adrian who was cleaning a truck for help. He went and got the store manager and one other person. I needed a little tow behind. When the “s” clips on the chains didn't clear the frame holes on the VW, we were told there were no other options. I looked around at fleet of 50 trucks and a bunch of different trailers and questioned him on it. My girlfriend was pretty upset as we have rented from this location before. We will not be back to this location. What a lazy way to treat customers. Didn't go in and see if he could find something at another location, just started to offer a discount on gas if we used a truck, but only after our recommendation.

Check in process was extremely slow. All the personal contact questions were way too invasive. The clerk called my emergency contact without even asking me. He disturbed my 90 year father.

Disciple and retraining of the location manager (Nathan Kreiman). His blatant disregard for my express of disagreement and c concern of charges on my file bill that were added in error and his unwillingness to discuss the matter cause me to raise my voice and his only resolution was to kick me out of the store and call the police. I waited for 20-30 more minutes waiting for the police to show to get a hard copy of the original contract before leaving as I requested AND a breakdown and reasoning for the additional charges which were clearly WRONG that I am now awaiting a credit for the difference that I was overcharged. His demeanor and horrible customer services was unacceptable. If his day is rough (which seemed to be the case when I walked in), that does not justify his unwillingness to actually help the customer.

This location needs additional help. This is the second time that I visited this location and wait time to get the truck was very long. Online check in was not anymore coinvent since I still need to wait in line with everyone else to get the key.

The first trailer I was given was functional and clean. Service was fine and normal. And during my ensuing personal walk around of the trailer, prior to leaving the facility, I noted the license plate was expired. I notified the facility personnel and after several computer checks/phone calls they were able to give me an alternate trailer with valid license plates, however it was in much need of an exterior wash. It could not be washed because the hose had been frozen and damaged. I was at the facility for approximately an hour and a half picking up the trailer. Staff was nice. Improvements would be, catch these kind of problem ( expired tags) before customers do and get the hose fixed or an alternate plan like run a longer hose from inside , or wash the trailers at a car wash nearby ??

My husband is Exempt from wearing a mask. He was not allowed in the building. However, according to our governor these businesses need to provide alternate means to help those that are exempt. My husband said that the employee needed to help him outside then and it took an hour for the employee to ablige. Please review the mandate very carefully and follow the whole mandate and not just what you want to.

No unit could be located to store the vehicle, and the personnel were not very helpful. Overall, it is Uhaul that was not living up to the promise, not just this location.

This was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. Our u-haul was not there when we arrived because someone else kept it out longer than they should have and the reps and or manager had no idea where it was or when it was coming back. We received a call stating to come back and pick up another truck at 3 but within 2 hours of having it, we realized the door would not close at all. We called roadside assistance but it took him over an hour to get there and over 5 hours to fix the issue. The manager at the center would not give us another Uhaul to use so that we would not have to sit there all day and night while it was being fixed. Then made us pay for this ridiculousness without so much as an offer of a discount. I WILL NEVER EVER USE UHAUL AGAIN and I will tell everyone I know to find another company.

Over charged for a 4hr use. Then charged an extra day when the vehicle was sitting on the lot. A $31 total charge with a full tank on return for a 4hr use. Up to $58 no phone call or email sent in regards to the extra charges. 750 S Buckley Rd not very honest and transparent with their business practice. Beware.

I experienced an issue with the storage facility where upon checking my unit the lock would not open with the key. When I involved one of the staff members (Kimberly Cole) about the issue, which she nonchalantly prompted that my lock may have been tampered with and suggested how to get the lock off with a tool. Once that was unsuccessful, the on duty manager (Brandellyn Cunningham) stated that to gain access to my belongings I would need to call a lock smith since they did not have anything to cut the lock with on-site, which she assured I could be reimbursed or credited for the $89.99 if I brought my receipt. I inquired about the refund/credit and having management check security footage to ensure my lock was in fact tampered with and to consider relocating my belongings. But instead I was given the run around each time I tried to get in touch with the General Manager, Robert. Overall, my experience with customer service at this facility was very poor and my concern for the safety of my belongs was never met.

Pick up was very slow. Five people in line. Only one clerk. Portable hand radios to get trucks for other customers and my trailer were dead. Power kept going out and computers would freeze. I checked in online. But I still had to go inside and waste 45 minutes of my time. Why check in online if I have to go in? Overall I think the customer service was awful.

I was supposed to have a u-haul location closer to my house that was confirmed 2 weeks ago and at the last minute it was changed to this one 15 miles away so I got charged for all those extra miles so its really not fair after customer service assured me 3 times the proper location.

I had a reservation the guy didn't care he made another reservation for me my truck was parked in the back he didn't have the truck warmed up it was cold thick ice on the windows no ice scraper took me an hour after I got the truck to warm it up and leave i will never go to this location again he said it was going to be an extra hundred dollars depending on my card and just laughed he was rude and made this experience bad I had my reservation at 9 buy the time the line moved it was 1030 n he put till 9 the next day

The staff is unprofessional and unhelpful. The computers were down, which I understand is not their fault. But they let us stand around For ten minutes before telling is them they told us they couldn't help. What they meant was wouldn't help. The young gentleman called me dude, 4-5 times. I finally got on the app, but when I took off my mask to take the required picture, two people said,” Sir, you have to wear I mask” no kidding. I knew that but again had to take the required picture. They did not attempt to be helpful. Our pick up location was changed the day before. Not a good experience what so ever.

When we looked to reserve the cargo van online, it said it would be a 7 day rental and the price would include 1,000 free miles. When I picked up and returned the van the contract, which I did not notice until my return, said 750 free miles. I confirmed the free miles with the agent prior to the rental, but failed to check the contract upon my departure, thinking the 1,000 free miles was a given. Also from the time I got to the counter to pick up the vehicle, it took, in my opinion, way to long to get the paperwork completed and get me on my way. The agent had to take a photo of the front and back of my license at least 5 times to get it secured into the computer. The van worked very well until I brought it back into the Denver area at which time on highway 470 it lost power. Luckily I was in the far right lane and could pull over to the side of the highway. I turned the vehicle off and then turned it on again, At that time it functioned as it should. I mentioned that to the lady that check the vehicle in, and she was surprised that happened as it was basically a new vehicle.

The manager asked me to provide an alternative phone number in which he could dial and have someone answer at the other end of the line. I have not had this asked of me before. I was not prepared to have someone answer the phone. Finally, I got someone to answer a number that had nothing to do with my rental transaction but it please or satisfied the manager. After I got the paperwork done, I stood outside and waited some time for someone to help me with my trailer rental. No one came. Finally, I chased someone down and asked if they could help.

Every time I go to this location they say the computer system is down nation wide. Management is very scattered. To return after hours the key lock box has been drilled out and is inoperable.

I went through the process of picking up the truck through the app. When I was ready for the keys the app simply stated get the keys. I did not see any instruction of how to do this so I went inside to retrieve the keys. At this point I was very frustrated that I was standing in line for keys even though I went through the process of the app. After standing in line for at least 10 minutes the employee behind the counter said to me I should have just come up and got the keys. I saw no instructions were given anywhere that I could simply walk up and get the keys. I expressed my frustration that this was not communicated to me in any way ahead of time. I stated to the employee that I would like feedback sent to the company that the app should give more detailed instructions. The employee simply said it does and "I am not a coder." A confrontation between the employee and I ensued. This is unacceptable, horrible customer service. There are plenty of other places I can go to rent a truck such as Lowe's , Home Depot, Penske. I will not be renting from U-Haul again.

Not the location's fault, but when contacting a customer to let them know you do not have their truck size (after reserving it (2+weeks ago), it might be good to provide equal accommodations. Or let them know by changing their drop off location, they might still be able to provide the truck they reserved in the first place. Poor customer service!

I rented from U-haul on Sept 1st of this year. It was a very smooth process, which is why I am a returning customer. However, this time was not so smooth. I was required to have an emergency contact that needed to be personally contacted by a U-haul rep. I did apply to rent online, and NO WHERE on the U-haul website was stated that I needed an emergency contact that needed to be contacted by U-haul. This policy slowed down the process, it put me (a paying customer) on the spot and confused my emergency contact on the spot because they were not expecting to be contacted by U-haul. This new policy needs to be put out very specifically by U-haul. When I returned to get a paper copy of my receipt, I witnessed an angry customer who was dealing with the same new policy that was not covered on the website. He was also a returning customer Please make this new policy clear on the U-haul website. Thank you.

The check-in and emergency contact verification is outrageous. The picture quality within the app is trash. No one will be able to tell if there is prior damage to the vehicle and dispute it. This is highly misleading and will cause for people to pay for damage that they did not create. A walk-around with an employee will work better

There should be a better system for checking out the trucks. Perhaps separate the people that have completed the online check-in for those that have not. I pre-booked the truck and checked-in online, even providing the copies of the license. Yet, I still stood in line for over an hour before I was provided a vehicle. My husband turned the truck in and said that the process to turn the truck in was just as disorganized. Tell you to wait in the truck and then you're sitting there for almost a half hour and no one comes. When he walked in, the guy behind the counter told him that he should stay with the truck and “you're like the third person that's come in here”, which should tell him that their instructions are not clear or that they're not adequately staffed. All the waiting time is probably why we were charged over $22 for 1/8 of a tank of gas. U-haul in general was fine, but there are some workflow inconsistencies and inefficiencies that need to be corrected at this location to prevent people for have lengthy delays.

Terrible experience with UHaul!!!!!! They changed locations 2 times with sending text only.( The 2nd change notice was made in the moring of the moving day. How could this happen? What kind of moving company is that? I went the location which was changed for the first time and realized they texted me the change notice at the wrong location. This is system problem not employers. The Uhaul made terrible moving day for me. THANK YOU!!! i will use another moving truck in the future.

Having to make multiple trips all over the state to get a truck using the ride share was an inconvenience and provided horrible customer service. The first 2 locations either weren't open to get the truck, or the truck reserved for me was broke down. Then U-Haul thinks it's fine to send a customer well over 30 miles to pick up a truck, and get this, charge me for the mileage there and back. I can't believe a company would do this to a paying customer. I should not be charged mileage from the mistake on U-Haul's end.

I was never called the night before confirming the exact location. Therefore i went to the initial location that I reserved the truck at! Then after i got there, they said they don't even have the van that I reserved and got conformation with! They said it was stolen!!! Plus, they never called to tell me it wasn't there! All the manager said was” what do you want me to do”. Very dissatisfied with the professionalism there!!!

Desk staff was not very competent. With 8 customers waiting they took their time to chat with each customer and one had to ask the other how to do almost everything! Wait time to check in was 25 minutes. To top it off neither knew how to check someone in who had a temporary drivers license. Telephone wait time were also quite long. If you have any alternative, do not use UHAUL.

Why offer contactless service if you can perform the service. My cargo van was ready but the dolly wasn't in the vehicle and the keys weren't in the vehicle either. So I had to go find an employee on 2 separate occasions because uhaul didn't have the stuff together or prepared. While upon returning the vehicle I heavily scrutinized. I'll never return to this location.

The wait was pretty long. I suspect it was because of Covid, but only one line was staffed. When I arrived just before 8am on a Thursday, there were three people ahead of me (and three other people came in shortly after). It took about 45 minutes from the time I arrived (on schedule) to when I left, and I'd done all the check-in ok online. Everyone was really nice, though!

This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had with any business, let alone Uhaul. Not only will I never use this location again, I will absolutely never use uhaul again. I will now purchase a trailer and no longer rent from you. not only was the service and the attitude of the clerks piss poor, I called 5 times a day, for 5 days, NO BS, bc I knew that I would be pressed for time on day of pick up. Only once did someone answer the phone- to put me on hold and never come back. This location was a shit show. I am extremely displeased. feel free to call me

The employees were wonderful, helpful and extraordinary. Unfortunately there was only one behind the counter and I saw only one on the lot. The line to pick up on this busy a Saturday morning was literally out the door. The man behind the counter was the only one helping and he was answering the phone. He did well. He was efficient and professional. There should have been more employees to help.

Ms. Nicole Pixley and Ms. Frand (I'm shortening that because I didn't get her full name), were awesome! They made the whole process smooth and easy. The access hours for the storage unit without after-hours access was not all that convenient and paying extra for after hours access was not convenient, but other than that, I really appreciate how easy U-Haul made the move.

I was very pleased with how polite everyone was. I particularly appreciated Nicole's patience in explaining why she needed additional contacts on the account. She explained everything slowly and efficiently, and then she walked us over to my storage and showed how everything worked. I do want to share when I first called the lady who answered the phone was very nice and helpful given that things changed for me just that day and I needed a truck, moving help and a storage unit. The staff and facilities were good. The computer reservation system needs work. Showed me as being in a storage unit but I'd cancelled it before ever moving in. But I kept being billed. Finally fixed.

The parking lot is trashy and the snow and ice accumulation was dangerous....ice falling off the roof and gutter was dangerous....the parking lot needs to maintained better.

The latch to my locker was extremely difficult to open, appearing to be damaged. I was billed for a full month having used the locker for only 16 days. I was informed that UHaul does not pro rate.

The only problem we had (aside from a 1-hour delay due to a fire alarm no one knew how to turn off) was the extreme heat on the 2nd floor. At times, it was close to 100 degrees, hotter than outside.
