We have not received a receipt for our transaction. Manager was rude when we picked up the truck. There was no gas in the truck and we were advised the gas had been siphoned the night before. WE NEED OUR RECEIPT

Oscar LopezI made a reservation online and received a confirmation number. Then I called corporate the next day to confirm and they had no record of my reservation. I then made another reservation with corporate over the phone. They told me several things that were very different when I arrived to pick up my truck. The truck wasn't ready, the staff was short and somewhat rude. they didn't have the blankets that I reserved and paid for.. The truck was dirty inside. When I asked them to sweep it out, they did so with an attitude. It took them an hour to get me out the door! I will not rent from them again.
Scott RoughenMy only issue was with the initial customer service at the desk! The young man was very unhappy and rude as in very abrupt. I tried being friendly and he was very rude. Instantly complained about work being to stressful when I asked him about his behavior. I let it go and waited on the man to install my hitch but almost left 😫

Jessie TheobaldWhen i first started the truck i noticed it was very loud. There was either a hole in the muffler or no muffler at all. I thought to myself, it must be fine or they would have given me a different truck. Once the truck was loaded, we were heading out and noticed a heavy exhaust smell in the cab. We had to drive both ways with the windows down, in the loudest truck you've ever heard. When we arrived at our destination we were both a little dizzy. We unloaded the truck and headed back. Our trip was 101 miles total. you can imagine how bad of a headache we both had at this point. Beyond getting sick and having a headache from the faulty equipment, I told the guy at the shop about the exhaust leak and he said " oh yea." I followed with "you knew about it?" He said "yea it gets pretty bad." I stood looking at him for a moment like are you freaking kidding? You knew it had an exhaust issue but just rented it out anyway. I seriously doubt that I will use uhaul again. I had a headached until Sunday evening smh

The truck I was given has a broken sun visor on the driver'sside, which I didn't see until after I was on the road. Not only was that a great inconvenience, it was a safety hazard.
Heidi SoudaniWhen I came to pick up my truck, there were 2 people visible in the store and 2 people in the shop. The two in the shop walked off site somewhere and the other two in the store were on the phones with customers. I waited 15 minutes before the 2 from the mechanic shop part came back and were less than friendly. One male decided to help. Got the keys for the truck for me and walked me to the truck. Walked me to the truck and opened the back where the driving key was located and was thrown all the way in the back of the track. He reluctantly got up inside and got the key, hopped out, and said bye. No instructions on refill, no walk around, no nothing! I looked at the open truck and climbed up to pull the door closed that he could have gotten while he was up there. Hopped in the truck and left. Return was MUCH friendlier of a guy. He even made simple customer service comversation!

Tonika BrownAbsolutely horrible customer service. There were around 20 uhauls in the parking lot located in the sun. There were 2 trucks located in the shade that were covered in snow. I went in and asked if I could have another truck that wasn't parked in the shade covered in snow. He told me the only other truck I could have was the the other one covered in snow. He then proceeded to give me a tiny snow scraper/brush and told me to clean it off myself. This is completely unacceptable, it hasn't snowed in almost a week and this truck was still covered and they did nothing to get it ready for the my reservation.
james carlanRegarding the cleanliness of the haul there was liquid spillage in center console that was not clean before we picked up. So make sure you look in and on everything.

Taylor MunsonThe drop off was easy and the guys were very nice at that process. It was the pickup that I felt rushed and the young man talked over me to get me out the door. I needed a dolly and was told there weren't any. We were moving, this is Uhaul, that's an important thing to have. This person said I could have a utility dolly but it would be more so I had no choice to get that. Then I was told I had to return the truck to that location when I was moving across town. I needed to drop it off at the location a block from my new home, but this person proceeded to tell me I was lucky to get this truck at all since most people wait 2 weeks to get a reservation for them. Every question, about mileage if I didn't answer quick enough he just said an answer and put it in the handed me the keys saying where the truck was and that was it. He was extremely rude. He looked like a teenager and I won't be back to this location. I had to drop the truck there then Uber back across town to my new home. They cost me more money insulting me in the end.
Christine StabileTrailer was stolen before I got there, but the team didn't know that. They sent me to a different location who they said had the equipment I needed, so I drove 20 minutes to get the trailer, and they didn't have the equipment either. I had to drive there again the next morning when they actually had equipment for me.

I arrived around 7:30 to pick my U-Haul truck up on the day of my move out. It was to be ready by 7am and was marked for online/self pick up at the Buckley site in Aurora. I called customer service to help direct me to pick it up and they stated the facility messed up and the vehicle was not ready and that I’d have to wait until 9am for the office to open. Once inside, admittedly a little frustrated but not being rude, assistant Manager Irving who was helping another customer told me to “stop with my attitude” because it wasn’t the guys fault who was helping me. I informed Irving I had missed picking my help up from the airport due to this mess up and had not even received an apology or a way to fix the issue. Irving was extremely unprofessional and did not handle the matter properly.

However everytime I ha e used this location for storage, rental, or just getting boxes, I get no greeting basically ignored and seems like they are being bothered customers are even there. No sense of cust service including mgmt they just sat in office laughing with customers waiting. A simple greeting or when walking away from counter acknowledge your customer and let them know you'll be back. The staff needs a lesson in customer service.

He truly went out of his way to accommodate our needs. The rest of the staff was also very friendly as well. Definitely would recommend U-HAUL to anyone who is in need of renting a truck or needs a storage unit. My only wish is for the price the units should be bigger. IRENE HARTMAN | First ImpressionsWell, Robert (the previous GM for 750 Buckley in Aurora, Co) never kept promises made to waive late fees when I was out of work due to an accident. He also promised prorated refund of rent when I moved my things out of the unit (1733.) While I was there loading the trailer I drove from Washington to Colorado the employees were lazy and disrespectful. They paid attention to their phones and gossiping about the drugs they took at the rave they attended for New Years Eve. Which then one of the employees ran after me when I was pulling out with a walkie talkie to radio the trailer number to the others because they assumed I stole the trailer. I just want what was promised at this point. Especially after being accused of being a thief. I don’t know what the deal is with this location but the entire two years I had my unit there it was horrible. Employees would curse me out and call me names because I was late on my payments. Nobody ever returns your calls or messages either. Someone needs to really do something with the people and their attitudes there.

WALLACE LANKSTER JR | Overall ExperienceThe GM, specifically, was a real jerk. I had 2 units in the building. The units were billed on separate cycles on different days. One of my units was paid up and one was a few days late when my dad and I stopped by to drop off some camping equipment. I only needed access to the unit which was paid up, and I was denied entry to the entire building because my other unit was slightly past the due date. Not only were we denied entry, the GM was mean about it. I was livid; I was literally shaking from shock and anger at the way he talked to me. The GM was completely uncaring and rude to the point that I lost my temper and said it was bs for which I immediately apologized, but maintain that is technically correct. My father was furious, too. I ended up paying for the other unit and letting the GM know that we would be emptying both units and leaving before renewal. That's exactly what we did. His behavior was completely unacceptable. Firstly, what he did was wrong and secondly, his attitude was disgusting. A man should not be in a customer-facing role if he can offer zero compassion or empathy. Furthermore, I will be emptying a third unit at another u-haul locations as soon as arrangements can be made. I am really upset about this incident and I want nothing further to do with the entire company after this experience.

I was told I couldn't use my checking account to do this and had to iise a debit/credit card. In the mean time the staff was more concerned with video games etc. and it wasapparent the associate didn't hear my need after explaining twice. Once I paid my monthly fee I asked was this set up on auto payment, had to look at the screen as he was leaving, said yes ,and told me to I can call back if needed then walked away. Associate distracted, not focused on the customer for a simple transaction and not confident my acct is set up correctly. Most likely will need to call again. Poor service.

I picked 1st and she assigned me 2nd as she was not paying attention due to falling asleep. I as well rented a 5 X 10 X 8 and she gave me a 5 X 5 X 8. Worst experience EVER! Now I have to waste time out of my day to go back to the uhaul and switch it to the correct storage I was supposed to have in the first place

Tae Kang | Overall ExperienceI experienced an issue with the storage facility where upon checking my unit the lock would not open with the key. When I involved one of the staff members (Kimberly Cole) about the issue, which she nonchalantly prompted that my lock may have been tampered with and suggested how to get the lock off with a tool. Once that was unsuccessful, the on duty manager (Brandellyn Cunningham) stated that to gain access to my belongings I would need to call a lock smith since they did not have anything to cut the lock with on-site, which she assured I could be reimbursed or credited for the $89.99 if I brought my receipt. I inquired about the refund/credit and having management check security footage to ensure my lock was in fact tampered with and to consider relocating my belongings. But instead I was given the run around each time I tried to get in touch with the General Manager, Robert. Overall, my experience with customer service at this facility was very poor and my concern for the safety of my belongs was never met.

It does not seem like the employees like each other and get along. One employee asked another employee for help because she did not know how to do something and the other employee end up being very rude to her.
