The only reason I give this location an Above Average (4 star rating) was the customer service I received when I rented the truck. Otherwise I would have rated this location as Poor and this is why: The windshield of the truck I was rented was filthy and I could barely see out the windshield. Also the cup holder which is on the back of the middle section of seat when folded down was filthy and sticky from something being spilled on it. I also have yet to receive my final bill after returning the truck yesterday afternoon around 12:30 (almost 24 hours later) and being told by the one employee I could find after waiting in the lobby for 20 minutes that he would "check in the vehicle and get the final receipt emailed to you in just a few minutes". A couple of closing feedback remarks: 1) call the customer before cancelling the reservation - I almost did not get a moving van rented to me because I was unable to make it to the location on the pick up day at the requested time. The reservation was cancelled about 2 hours after my scheduled pick up time yet I did not get a phone call, text message, or email asking if everything was okay and if I would still need the moving van - the reservation was just cancelled without any contact. 2) Clean the windows and the insides of the trucks more thoroughly, the windshield was extremely dirty and would not clear well with the windshield washer fluid and wipers.BRIAN M.

When I went to clean out the cab I found a half full bottle of Jim Beam Whiskey that was NOT mine behind the driver's seat. If I had been pulled over for any reason I likely would have been required to perform a field sobriety test or taken other measures to prove I was not under the influence. The u-haul app for returning the truck is pure garbage. The app wouldn't allow me to take a picture of the odometer and fuel level and cost me another day's rental and a ridiculous $20 convenience fee. The employees at this location are great but because of the terrible experience with the after hours return with the app I probably will never deal with u-haul again.RICHARD F.
Customer service was very poor at this location and it took longer than usual to finish my rental. I was given a key and directed to a wrong truck. I went back to get directed to the right truck or get the right key only to be told to wait again. When I got attended to, I was told it was the right truck even though it wasn't. I finally got help from a mover outside that helped me looked for the truck that was parked somewhere different from where I was initially directed to. I drove about 40 miles and put in 4 gallons of gas and I was still charged for gas even though I brought it back exactly where the gas level was when I picked it up. Poor service overallLOUIS S.

You need more staff, desperately. It's not fair to those few guys to juggle all of that. You also should have some kind of self check kiosk for in store purchase, like the boxes, tape, etc. Those are quick transactions, but when there's 10 of them it's slow. There also should be a line for people who are just picking up reservations, a line for drop offs, etc. What should have been a ten minute process, took us close to an hour.Justin B.

I reserved a van online for pickup. When I arrived I was informed they did not have a van even though it was reserved so they provided a truck. I was told to fill the gas to where it was when I received it which I did. Then I was charged an additional $14 dollars for not filling it up completely. The people were not very helpful and gave me the the key to the truck and told me it was somewhere out there. The truck that I paid for and than their own worker could not get it started. After asking for a different truck I was told they are all like that you just have to figure it out. After I returned the truck with more gas than what it had was told I owe for gas after showing the paper they gave me marking the gas they adjusted it but my receipt says I should have received $127.00 back but was only given 15 and told thats what it is.ROBERT M.

I had such an awful experience checking in. The representative that checked me in took FOREVER! 30 mins to check in is RIDICULOUS!!! Not only was she slow but literally kept falling asleep at the desk! (multiple times) As well she continued to eat her food in front of customers and would stop her typing in the system to take a bite of her food. I was asked for 1st floor or 2nd. I experienced an issue with the storage facility where upon checking my unit the lock would not open with the key. When I involved one of the staff members (Kimberly Cole) about the issue, which she nonchalantly prompted that my lock may have been tampered with and suggested how to get the lock off with a tool. Once that was unsuccessful, the on duty manager (Brandellyn Cunningham) stated that to gain access to my belongings I would need to call a lock smith since they did not have anything to cut the lock with on-site, which she assured I could be reimbursed or credited for the $89.99 if I brought my receipt. I inquired about the refund/credit and having management check security footage to ensure my lock was in fact tampered with and to consider relocating my belongings. But instead I was given the run around each time I tried to get in touch with the General Manager, Robert.
