I am able to provide really positive feedback on the origination location because they saved me from your online experience. I did the online process and was planning to show up and use the app to get the vehicle. I scheduled the pickup for 3:00, but couldn't get there until 4:15. The lady that checked me in was awesome her name was Ashley .I had to get an extension on my rental and every thing was fine the next morning a different lady had called me threating me saying she was gonna report the truck stolen and was very hateful then hung the phone up on me .I returned the truck when I still had 12 hour remaining on it and was charged a whole day I had extra gas in the truck and did not go over my miles .I was suppose to have gotten a smaller truck but the lady said they didn't have any available .so I saw several trucks in the parking lot that they got transported there .hua.so here I am with out a truck and my furniture not being able to move so I had to pay somebody to move it .when I should have had the truck for 12 more hours and got charged a whole day.one of the employees was a bad representative and ugly to her customers which I was a paying customer she was way out of professional customer service skills .she did not help me one bite didn't care if I had a truck or not I was expecting to bring the big truck back and get a smaller one .it was aweful because I didn't have a way of going or nobody to pick me up and my furniture was not moved in a timely matter like it was suppose to have been so I had to pay late fees to get my belongings.Nicole B.

This was a stressful process just to even get a rental. I had to go through hell and high water to get my reservation and then had issues getting a truck. I went to multiple locations trying. When I found out that my reservation was then placed at the Center point location I was very upset because it was out of my way. The rep there was very nice and understanding and she took care of all of my needs.latanya M.

There was one gentleman working who was handling all the customers. He was excellent but there was one employee who was just lingering around doing nothing. One person on Sunday is unacceptable. I will never rent from this UHaul store again. Plus it's in a real bad area of town and I worry about my safety.Robert L.
When I went in at 9:45 there were nine people there and one emplotee who was doing all he could to take care of everyone. I was finally able to leave with my rental at 10:45. Maybe have an additional employee there?KERRI G.
I requested an extension of rental on Thursday may 19th at 12.30pm it was accepted and the young lady told me 21.69 would be charged to my phone but a 99 hold was also put on my card Friday when I went to pick up truck the truck was gone there was two bags left in the truck and I did get our camo backpack bag but there was a black duffel bag with tools and two lights that were square-shaped that you put in the road to stop traffic or to light up a vehicle abandoned or broke down on the side of the road these things tools and lights were not cheap the center point location told me that the only thing found in the truck was the camouflage backpack I was also not notified that the truck was being picked up that would have been nice to know I have no problem paying the mileage on the truck I have no problem with setting up that date to pay that but I'm not happy with the fact that on Sunday prior to the 19th we tried three four different locations to pick up a truck each time the reservation had to be moved because there was no truck available one time because there was the office closed 5 minutes when we got there we were doing a mobile pick up when we could have just walked in and got in the truck but we weren't told that you have a $50 return if a reservation is messed up by U-Haul we had three messed up by you guys not happy about how the truck was picked up and I was not notified about you had my phone number you had my email I was not notified contacted by phone or email thank you very muchAmy M.

The trailer was damaged when I picked it up. Bed was full of trash and needed sweeping. The clerk needed more training on credit card machine use and another employee or manager to help her. I dropped the trailer off at 7:53 pm on Thursday. Trailer was due back at 11:45 Friday and at 11:13 the manager left me a voicemail that the trailer was due back in 30 minutes even though it was dropped of 13 hours before. When I called back no answer and had to wait 15 minutes for a national customer service to answer. Customer service called local store and no answer. She left a message for the store to check the trailer in that it is on the lot. I never heard from them and had to go to the location to get them to check trailer in.CHRISTOPHER A.
The general manager was excellent! He saw that we were traveling with 3 people for a long distance, so he made sure we had the best truck for that long of a trip. He showed us how to use the auto loader correctly! I can't say enough good things about the location there in Centerpoint, Alabama.Laura E.
My only complain--or comment--is that I specifically wanted and asked for a small pick-up truck. I wanted the smallest vehicle possible. In fact, the U-Haul 800# rep very kindly (I'm sorry, I failed to get her name!) searched several Birmingham locations until the Center Point showed a pick-up available. All was set! Then...I call to change my pick-up time from 9:30 am to 1:30 pm--and I find out, my reservation is for a 10 ft truck--not the small pick-up. And yes, for the price of a pick up...but i just did not want so big a vehicle. Or need it. I am barely 5 ft and now less than 120 lbs. But there were no pick-ups available. However, all the reps i spoke to by phone and especially the reps at the Center Point location--Nate, the manager, Sade, and the young man--were fantastic. I could not have asked for reps more accommodating or helpful. I had to rent a storage space--though that wasn't my orignal plan! And they helped with that, too! I will definitely recommend this location if anyone I know in Birmingham needs a moving vehicle or storage. Thank you Nate and Staff! (U-Hauil, y'all need more pick-up trucks in your fleet!Marian B.

The van had not been cleaned out. The blankets that came with it were spread across the floor and there was dried grass or hay on them and in the van. The steering was also very loose and bouncy.Teresa R.

I chose a storage unit that was accessible from the street and the location does not offer those units in the size i needed contrary to what the website stated when i reserved it. Wow, can’t say how happy I was with the service I received at this location. As soon as I walked through the doors Daniel and Nathan were there to greet me at the door. What a truly amazing staff they have here! Nathan immediately had me set up and ready to unload my belongings and was communicated the process clearly along the way. Very Rude Customer service coming from the Manager! Ms. Rachel could not reach over the box so she kept tossing my Daughters driver license and storage key back to her instead of giving it back to her like how my daughter gave it to her. Ms. Rachel was very non understanding when it came to bad situations leaving me in a financial deficit because she did not stick to her word of the one month free.
