There was leak in my truck, I had water damage to some of my furniture. Regarding pick-up location there was only one employee in charge of counter and getting equipment. Line was out the door. Took 45-60 minutes.

Location was highly understaffed. I stood in line over an hour and a half waiting to pick up a truck i booked online myself. One female was just roaming around smoking cigarettes when she could have been helping customers. You have a management problem at this location.

biggest problem i have is the policy to charge me if something happens while i have it. I have insurance to cover anything i drive and that is who needs to handle anything that happens, not force me to buy your insuraance to avoid that. that is a bad policy, sounds like a reaction to getting burned by those who lied to you about having insurance or something. i get that but you can get proof from insurance company that a person is covered

The online process is tedious and incomplete. Your system kept moving my reservation around, at one time had me picking up 80+ miles away, missing this location which had 3 on hand. This location needs more help. I did pre-sign in online but still waited 45 minutes to be waited on. The 1 man who was helping everyone was doing his best. The computer system kept giving him problems as well.

The area where I was to pick up was unclear and changed every time I looked online. Also the number of miles was short so I had to pay more. The miles were about the distance I had to drive out of my way to go to the facility. I will make sure in the future to have the allotted mileage increased. I paid enough that the mileage should have been free.

Just make when you pull up to site employees really to take care of you n not looking at you,like you crazy... If trucks pull up take care of them when you just standing doing nothing. We have to learn CUSTOMER SERVICES! Thanks

When you make a reservation online and send a customer to the site make sure the site have what the customer want. Had to go to two different locations, wasted time and gas trying to find a van.I was taken care of here thanks to the tech you had working who helped me. You need more people like him. Very professional. As a District Manager I always look for kind and friendly people and you have one in the person that helped me...

First of all Corner Uhaul was thee different businesses at one location and no one was available to check in our rental truck. I did not sign any thing nor did anyone else there. Then charged me a cleaning fee of $25 which then took three calls or more to get a picture of the back of the truck which was clean. I did however forget a mat that is what they charged me $25 for.

Keep a record of recent rentals. I was delayed hours because I didn't have the right trailer for the work I needed done. I rent the same trailer size every year around this time.

The associate was very helpful and took the time to look up the enclosed trailer that was not on the lot. I decided to go with what was on the lot. The associate took the time to hook the trailer up even though it got very busy very busy. Hire more associates just like him.

Didn't have the dolly I needed - the man sent me to an abandoned building with U-Haul trucks that a woman wad living in. The truck was falling apart and the same man did not let us go look at the truck with him. When returning it, another man ignored us for a solid 15-20 minutes as he counted cash and messed with his computer.

They need to properly train there employees on the software they are using. I had to wait entirely too long just to check the van back in.
