If all your trucks don't come with a ramp, have your workers to ask if they require a truck with a ramp. I thought that all trucks had ramps and the one that I was given did not and that would have been an additional help.

Provide customer with receipt for returned equipment. When I asked for documentation that equipment had been returned, I was told â€œwe know you returned itâ€. After a second request, I was told I would receive an email. I was finally handed a hard copy after no email was received after several minutes.
The cashier seemed to be rude...didnt tell me anything another worker say you can go didnt explain anything about what I was going to be charge for or nothing because I got a 20' truck for 39.95 the hold was $83 so Please explain to me my charges
I was very disappointed that my reservations was moved without notifying me. I've rent a truck every year since 2018 at least three times a year in August, November, and December for my organization and never had a problem until this past weekend. The same thing happened last month but they called me about the change. Never was I given the opportunity to say yes or no whether it was okay. It was definitely a inconvenience and I do not appreciate it at all.

Train associates on how to look up reservations. 30-45min is far too long to wait when everything was previously done online and no other customers ahead of me.
Communicate HONESTLY about if the equipment you have reserved is indeed there when you confirm it and BEFORE arriving to pick up. Make sure the one way truck and reg trucks are better identifiable other than just being told. We were told wwrong and tho drivers never changed trucks, the trucks were taken back to the wrong locations. Many problems in this reservation!! Management says they will make right so I'll let you know. Very, very unhappy at this point tho.
make reservations easier. It took me a whole week to get someone on the phone to make a reservation. I tried online and i was just told my equipment was not available at this store. ANd that is all stores not just this one. It goes to automatic message and you get put on hold for 30 minutes or more. After 30 minutes i hang up
Better than the pick up which wasn't there fault
Customer service associate has a very bad attitude. She made us not want to come back and deal with her attitude. She was very short and dry.
Workers were not wearing masks. I did not feel safe at this location. I never saw them sanitize or wash their hands between customers or handling our debit cards.

Very helpful and easy to work with. Understood us being sent to a different city for a truck and did not charge extra mileage to compensate for the 20 extra miles we had above our need (to and from truck rental site).

I have been renting from uhaul on a weekly basis at the same location and each experience has been great! There is only one person working that location on 1632 Center Point Parkway and she does a great job.
Everything was handled very well and very professional. Both staff members that I was in contact with for pick up to drop off was very polite and respectful.

I am very upset. I made a reservation for the Uhaul at Uptown (800 28th st N). I personally went in Friday late morning to confirm all was going to be ready the next morning. I was told by the worker there, yes. I came in at 7am Saturday and the general manager lady told me they did not have a truck and only an auto transport for me. After debating this problem with her for 30 minutes she sent me to a storage facitlity to pick the truck up there (nearly 30 minutes away). When I got there, the guy working said my contract was cancelled and that the lady(general Manager) at the first location called customer service and found a place that had both a truck and auto transport, without informing me. This location was 30+ minutes back past the original location. While the location at Center Point was spot on, it does not excuse what the the first location did. I was informed by the lady at Center Point, that the odds were that the first location, gave my truck away to someone else. I feel I am due som esort of compensation for this fiasco. This put me over 2 hours behind schedule and caused me not being able to drive back to Florida the same day. By the time I got to Montgomery, unloaded and returned truck it was nearly 6pm. I had to get a hotel room since I was too tired to make it home the same day.
