Actually charge the proper card for the rental as well as fuel charges. I've spent two weeks trying to get my refund after you realized I had been double charged. I was just told by a customer service rep that it will be another 3 days before they can even get back to me. Unacceptable.

When I entered this location, the agent was on the phone with someone through out my visit. He had NO knowledge of how to check-in a truck. I arrived at the store location @ 8:06 a.m. & did not leave until 8:57 a.m. (unexceptionable service). Almost an hour just to check in a Uhaul truck because he had NO CLUE what he was doing. I will NEVER use this location again. Also, I called customer service & spoke with Tessa to extend my Uhaul because I ran into some difficultly moving. Tessa NEVER went over that I'd be charged for this additional day. When I called on 8.29.17 & spoke back with Tessa, Tess HUNG-UP THE CALL/PHONE ON ME. I am VERY UPSET that I received SUCH POOR CUSTOMER SERVICES. I was asking for clarity on why she did NOT inform me of this charge when I called her on 8.28.17 @ 11:56 a.m. If Tessa had informed me of the $40 charge, I would have brought the truck back & just walked back home versus being charged. Tessa NEVER told me about the charge & I was NEVER told about the charge when I picked up the Uhaul truck in Ardmore. I am a very UNHAPPY customer. I will NEVER use Uhaul again & I will write a review on the POOR customer service that I received. Since your calls are "recorded" you will need to pull the tape where Tessa NEVER mentioned the $40 charge. I need this fee credited back to my account due to NEVER being told about this charge. I'll never use u haul again, if it can possibly be avoided. Additionally, I wouldn't recommend your company to my worst enemy. It was awful from the first phone call to you call center until my one hour + wait to pick up the trailer. If you want to know what true frustration sounds like, listen to the recordings. There sould be plenty to listen to as I was transferred many times and hung up on three times...twice involuntarily and once voluntarily. You run the most unprofessional unorganizaton I have ever dealt with, and I'm 68 years old. I plan to write negative reviews on your company everywhere I can find to write them.

They seem to have a staffing issue. Every time I have been there, they have been short staffed and explain that employees have called off leaving one person there to deal with a very busy center.

Slow is an understatement. I rented a large truck one day and a trailer another. Both days I had to wait in line for about an hour.

It took $20 of gas to go 58 miles. I asked about the tow light being on and was told it was fine. When I returned the check engine light was on and was told that the truck I was given should not have been sent out. It also had a possible transmission problem since when we were coming to a stop the Rams would rev very high. Wait times for service could be improved but employees were courteous.

Your customer service was VERY difficult to teach. I called 4 times and was cut off each time after stating my questions. It took over an hour to speak to someone who then did not resolve our problem completely. The service rep was was courteous and helpful but couldn't resolve our issue.
