Maybe add more mouse boxes in the back before renter puts their items in the shed. The mice were a huge problem in our boxes. Dropping everywhere. Still going thru our things to see what was damaged. The business side of things was easy and great to work with.Amanda T. | Overall Experience

The unit I used was well maintained. I was not pleased with the green system on my unit. Even though I tried to used it as it was installed, I found it was most inaccuract while I was using the vehicle. Work on that.ROGER A.
Have truck when you say you have it . I could of got van at closer UHaul store . I had to take van because you didn't have the truck I order . It cost me almost 20.00 more because you didn't have what I orderedVICTOR Y.

Your reservationists seem lazy and take a long time to process one thing, especially with attitude. Last year, they did not have a truck for my reservation and I had to go get one at the airport for which I was charged mileage. So, this year, when it was time for pick up, I was very nervous. Once again, the check in pick up time was long and at least I was grateful that I had a truck. You need to evaluate your staff there.PEDRO T.

The agent was a new employee and had issues with the computer however, I have had this happen at multiple U-Haul locations. Our agent was super nice, courteous, professional and helpful why I gave this raiding a five-star from a corporate standpoint, the system U-Haul now uses for check-in is absolutely horrendous. It is terrible on both the consumer side and the employees side so please work this out and get something better integrated. I have spoken to other U-Haul customers and they feel the same way. When I arrived to return the equipment it was 6:57pm. The location was open until 7:00pm. I pulled the truck around back, the uhaul employee came out, opened the back of the truck, closed it, walked into the building, then came out and said, "you have to check it in online, we're closed", then slammed the door. That kind of unprofessionalism says a lot about the organization and location.Adam D.

I have tried to use this location multiple times, hitch install that I ended up getting done at Alcoa location and local truck rental. They just can't get it together. General manager Tony is rude to customers and employees ( in front of a store full of customers). My reservation was at 10, left store with truck at 1115. Paper work was not marked with late leave so truck still had to be returned at 10 or I was told I would be charged.Rhonda T.

Rental fee was excellent charging the mileage fee was alot I would have preferred a flat rate. Truck was clean for the most part but stunk like nasty cigarettes couldn't breathe for all the nicotine smell. The guys there were great very helpful and super nice.Teresa T.

Associate that rang us up was lazy and had a bad attitude. He pointed in the general direction of the truck and when I went back in to tell him a check engine light was on and he told me that was normal and was an O2 sensor. We had the truck for less than 4 hours and somehow paid almost as much for this trip as we did for a 24 hour rental on a bigger truck with similar miles traveled. Much different experience than we had at the Kingston Pike location. Would not recommend this location.Richard L.

The support chains were not attached correctly and I had to stop about 10 times between Tenn and Fla to reattach them because they kept coming loose and dragging. At drop off, person stated they were supposed to have a rubber band around them when I mentioned to her to obtain better connection for the chains.CHARLES K.

I have never experienced such poor, demeaning service at any place like I did when renting from this location. The associate, Chuck I believe, talked down to my husband and I the entire time we picked up and returned our rental. We rent from Uhaul quite often as we regularly purchase restaurant equipment for multiple businesses but we will just take our business to other rental companies going forward.Gabrielle S.
I arrived just before closing time on Monday, August 16, 2021. The girl who was working at this location had already locked the door BEFORE 7pm, so she closed EARLY and was basically hiding in the back waiting for me to leave. She waited until I started walking back to my car, then she trotted to her car, got in and drove off. I had to wait until the next morning to unload my trailer - and as it turned out it RAINED ALL DAY on Tuesday, so my son and I got completely soaked while unloading the trailer. If the girl who worked the night before had kept the location open until the ACTUAL closing time, we could have unloaded in beautiful, dry weather. Once we unloaded the trailer on August 17, 2021 I went inside and told the guy who was working that we were dropping off the trailer. He told me where to park and unhook it, then came over once we'd unhooked it and he looked in the back end to confirm that the furniture pads were inside. He had other trucks to get moved, so he said he would close out my rental and send me an email. He did NOT do that, and Uhaul tried to charge my credit card for additional days because they showed that I didn't return the trailer until August 20, 2021. So because this location happens to have lazy, unorganized employees who apparently don't care how poorly they perform their jobs, your records show that I had the trailer through August 20th when I actually dropped it off EARLY. We could not get the truck behind the building due to trucks and vans blocking our path where people could have clearly drove their vans up next to the green awning. I attempted to get my uhaul after having it reserved and had to wait one hour just to get it at 4705 Clinton hwy. Once I did get it the check engine and brake light was on and was beeping the whole time. When telling the guy I didn't feel comfortable with that truck he said it was all he hadâ€¦â€¦ still haven't got my money back yet and had to go somewhere else to get a truck. I sent 3hours trying to find a truck. Just unacceptable. However at this location on Chapman hwy they were great and really helped me!KATELYN S.

Had reservations at a closer one when I got there they didn't have anything for me. Gave me a round and I canceled that one try calling 800 number was on hold for 20mins with no one. Went to 3 others uhauls places till I found this one and they were great. But much out of my way so had to pay extra for mileage. Not happy, try calling 800 again to still 25 mins hold and no one to talk too. But this uhaul company was awesome at this location.Sandra F.
