The units aisles should be made wider. You can’t get a26 ft u-haul down the aisles and to have to unload the uhaul away from the unit took more time then needed. Somebody should have let us know to back into the alley where it unit was. It would have been a much smoother experience. Omar was great to us with both truck and trailer returns as well as the first unit check out.

Larry P. | Overall ExperienceDidn't know about this 20$ convince fee I just saw an the last time I got a truck about 2 months ago I paid up front for so many miles an then what I didn't use I got back I feel like uhual just found a way to take 20$ from me cause I dropped the truck back off during hours wow way to pull a fast one uhual. Most times I would go to the facility an employees were rude etc Chuck the Mgr was always nice however other employees were not as helpful or as nice until the day I moved out if they didn't want my business they could have just said so I can only pray I don't need uhual again in the future also I these text msgs I got from uhual are very delayed I am just now seeing most of these an they say they came through on Monday hmm I've never missed a text msg before this is bull crap not real happy but hey what can one really do clearly not much enjoy
