TAKE A PHOTO ofTHE GAS GAUGE WHEN YOU PICK UP, or they will want you to put more in. Ours was just over half, and we were told we had to FILL it, until I said we filled it to match the photo. When we called for the Return location, they never said it was the old calgary sun bldg. no signs, how easy would it have been to TELL US! We drove around looking, with another U-haul returning client for 5-10 minutes, stressing out. Finally called back and, oh, yeah, go in there, knock on the red door, etc. Two pick-up drivers, and two returning trucks circling the area, already stressed from moving, could have been an easy fix.

when i picked up the truck it was 1/16 below 1/2 full and i returned it exactly at that level but yet was charged 36$ this whole process was frustrating and you have lost a future customer.

We did an after hours drop off at this location. There was no U-Haul sign so we couldn't find it and had to call for directions (apparently it's a new location). The overall U-Haul experience left a lot to be desired. The process should be more streamlined and more user friendly. The remote drop off also didn't work for me as the program could not find my location.

Drop location was under construction. No one to be found. Left keys on a desk and took a pic. No noticeable signage. Was not easy to find. I'm sure they are working on it though.

This is a new location and I am glad I was the first one to ever be served directly from this location by the two wonderful personnel who took very good care of me and gave me the auto transport that had basically new tires and good working straps, lights and all. I would recommend this place to anyone. Thanks you two... wish I had written down your names for this review.
