I didn’t receive the additional equipment I ordered and was charged for. I pre-ordered and asked in person for a dolly and furniture covers but never received them. I’m still trying to get the charge for the dolly removed from my card.

The gas tank fill indicator stuck as I was putting in gas, causing me to overfill it, so I wasted money. You should have all trucks ready with a FULL tank so you can just fill it up when returning.

An employee just had us leave the truck with keys inside and no receipt or acknowledgement that the equipment was returned on time. This became a problem until Shanna Fisher stepped in and went above and beyond to make sure that this was resolved and that all additional charges were reversed. Shanna was super helpful and provided the best possible customer service. I'm not sure where she works but she is a rock star and should be acknowledged for her stellar customer service! Thanks Shanna!!

The online instruction on how to find car and keys were confusing. And then there was no way to shift mirrors for better visibility which seems dangerous?

The van had only 14,000 miles on it but was pretty beat up on the exterior. The interior, however, was neat and tidy. The front right tire pressure indicator was malfunctioning causing a good bit of angst for me during the 200-mile drive. It turns out they knew about an issue with the indicator but never reported it. The rental location needs to be reorganized and better staffed. Personnel is hard to find and there is no clear line for check-in or out as there is so much merchandise in the way.

I had called ahead to ensure the store would be open normal hours on New Year's day. They told me yes, that they would be open until 7, but when I arrived at 6:30 the store was closed. I was very thankful that there was a method to return my rental after-hours. I encountered another person who had also called only to find the office closed as well. This person was not as technically capable and I found myself having to walk them through the after hours return process.

Trying to make a reservation with UHaul's national telephone service is abysmal. They cannot, or WiII NOT, tell me if the size/type of trailer I wanted was on the lot or not. So I ended up just going to the place, and after a long wait in line (45+ mins) I got what I wanted. People at this location are terrific!

Everything went very well at this location. Only comment is that it is not clear, especially using Apple Maps, how to get there from the main highway. Once you know, it is simple, but you have to know.

my Uhaul service was terrible and Uhaul has only made it worse by ignoring my complaints and closing cases without resolutions. I have attempted to reach management multiple times and have yet to receive a call back even though I have now opened at least 4 complaints because they refuse to address or resolve my issue. So many mistakes were made by UHaul and as a result, I was caused tremendous physical pain, not to mention the stress of such a terrible moving experience that has only been made worse by Uhaul's lack of response. I would absolutely never use Uhaul again and would encourage others to get moving help from literally any other company.m

I was given a site to return the 26 foot truck by the 1-800 scheduler. When I got there he wouldn't take it because he didn't have room for it. So I, 66yo female nontruck driver had to drive it 11 more miles to the best UHAUL ever. It was very distressful to get there. I would suggest that the scheduler contact the site so that doesn't happen again.Otherwise excellent.

Did not have either reservation I had requested. Truck was dirty and misaligned steering. (Though this truck came from another location). Staff was not the friendliest. Had to wait 2 hours overall.

When making the reservation on the website, I was unable to select the return option at 4411 Durham Chapel Hill Blvd. Instead, I was only able to select a "Texaco station" at 1911 Guess Road in Durham, NC. Upon returning the trailer, there was no sign indicating a "Texaco" station at the 1911 Guess Road location. We waiting for 10 min and then the service rep said there was no space for the trailer and instructed us to go to the Chapel Hill Blvd location. Finally, we were told we had to fold all of the furniture pads which took us quite a bit of valuable time. Overall, very inefficient and disorganized in the whole process of managing the logistics of the trailer return.

Rented a storage space, they salesmen did not say I had to have a specific kinda lock so I bought the gold one from u haul. Went to put more stuff in my unit a silver round lock was there I had no key

The starting mileage was incorrect and we were charged for 40 extra miles. Emails have been sent to GM and uhaul customer service-awaiting reply. The uhaul app froze before I could finish picking up truck and had to go instead. When we returned, there was someone right there to check the truck back in. Besides being over charged, it was a good experience.

Agent was rude. The app didn’t work and actually took longer than going inside. First truck wasn’t in the lot, and second truck was on E with a 100 mile discrepancy. Finally went inside and they changed it. Worst experience ever. Took 30 minutes.

There was a mix-up between the central U-Haul office and the local storage unit. The staff on site were able to resolve the matter when I came to confirm the rental, in spite of computer confusion.
