Truck safety check. Truck had low mileage but 2/3 into our trip we had to drive in torrential rainstorm with NO marker or taillights. It started with flickering lights and progressed to NO rear lights!! The trip was an overnight trip so no way to contact for assistance or repair. Thank goodness we had an additional vehicle to follow closely so that we did not get rear-ended. Very dangerous trip for the final 100+ miles.

Had to call customer service twice due to a Uhaul website issue with the after hours rental return. The second person I spoke with was Great! She patiently walked me through the issue and gave me a work around to the problem. I really appreciated the time she spent with me as well as her kind, patient attitude to solving the problem.

I called to reserve a 10 inch truck when I got there the only thing they had reserved for me was a Dolly that I didn't even need. I showed my reservation email and they said the only thing they could do for me was give me a 15 inch truck but couldn't give it to me for the price of the 10inch the guy who helped me was nice and understanding but his supervisor I assume he was wasn't so friendly. They should be reminded of what customer service means. If he is a manager he shouldn't be in that position.

Staff are extremely unfriendly and seem to hate their jobs. The attendant who helped me just pointed to things on a screen instead of answering my questions and talked on the phone while he was checking me out. Give them a coffee machine and let them play some music or something. It felt soulless.

Not one question about the people who work at this location - no real surprise there. The employees at this location are more concerned about their cellphones than the clients. And when they do bother to look up, they have ZERO personality and don't seem to be able to answer the simplest questions about products and pricing. So, please don't be fooled by the rating for your facility - the experience was less than stellar.

Your staff is rude and disrespectful. They refused to comply with company policy and I had to call corporate for assistance. The truck cab was dirty and smelly. There was an abundance of nails and glass in the back of the truck. Please train staff in customer service and company policy.

This location has a wide selection of vehicles and staff are friendly and knowledgeable however service is always slow because computers freeze and long lines. This particular vehicle had maintenance issues & broke down after a few miles. The facility did not seemed concerned when I reiterated it broke down several times & required maintenance before it was rented again.
