I am very upset about the $12.75 fuel charge that was added to my bill. I called to inquire about this and was given a reference number for someone to contact me and no body has called or emailed me. The reference number is 1819832. First, the mileage when I started the truck was 12518, not 12517 as indicated on the bill. And second, I drove a total of 15miles, the needle barely moved on the tank - I have a picture and it shows more than what the invoice fuel tank level shows. I would like a refund of 12.75 issues to my credit card.

The Uhaul Reservation system was down and forced me to Uber two additional times costing an hour of my time and $18. The Location was great as usual.

The attitudes of the staff we're horrible absolutely everyone in there was rude except the Caucasian female and African-American male. I would not recommend this location to anyone. The customer service was horrible.

Who would believe that a UHaul location could have such a friendly vibe?? I had reserved online, walked in, got the truck. My agent forgot to give me the dolly I had reserved so I remembered about two miles into my trip and turned around and got it. Truck drove great . At pickup, the truck’s tank was 15/16 full. I overfilled it in error (obviously!) and they wouldn’t make any adjustment. Other than that, it was a TOP experience. Joshua and Fedysyn were super friendly and accommodating. I was pleasantly surprised with the hospitality, especially after reading so many negative reviews.

U Haul took almost $800 out of my checking account after we rented a truck ($64 total charge) two weeks prior. The mistake was admitted and my money HAS STILL NOT BEEN RETURNED. We have contacted the store, customer service, live chat, and email. My rent bounced, I was unable to buy groceries and to add insult to injury (after admitting the mistake) they charged the correct $64 BEFORE returning the money they took out already! I still have not received an apology, in fact we have been treated as we are taking their time when "the paperwork has been filed". I have contacted my bank. I cannot believe I have not received an apology, my money, or any offer TO MAKE IT BETTER. This is single handedly THE WORST customer service in all ways possible. Live chat: I waited over 25 minutes with no initial reply. Phone: on hold for AT LEAST 20 minutes before speaking to someone EVERY TIME I HAVE CALLED. Store: Rude employees. Email; No reply.

First of all I was told a few days before picking up my truck that I’d have to drive 11 miles (30 min) to pick it up, I was not compensated for that other than adding mileage and the front desk lady was extremely rude.

I waited over 20 minutes to without anyone even saying hello. One employee was working on getting a date with one of two young women he was helping rent a storage building. One employee finally helped one of the couples in front of me then another. An employee finally helped me after standing behind the counter for more than ten minutes chatting with another employee all while the line behind me grew. There were more employees in the building than customers and yet everyone kept standing around. My appointment time for pickup was 1pm it was after 1:50 before I finally was able to pickup my truck and leave.

Great, had a problem with the first auto transport I picked up, one of the tires was causing a bad vibration, but Joshua quickly swapped it out and hooked up another trailer for me and I was on my way in no time. Great working with Joshua I would highly recommend.

This was the best customer service experience we have ever had in decades of renting from UHaul. These young men really cared about their jobs!! The young man that connected the trailer took the time to twist the chain up rather than letting it drag, clank, and spark. We are very impressed and will stick with this location from now on.

I picked up the equipment on Friday at 3pm and was told to return it on Saturday at 1pm which I did. Since I was not done, l requested an additional time which was granted and asked to return it at 4pm Saturday which l did. With 2 days and 44 miles l don't understand why my bill totaled $169. Please give breakdown. Thanks
