Very disappointed that you're charging me $9 including gas that I am sure I return as it was when I picked it up I don't agree with paying the extra dollar for Environmental. I used exactly 2 gallons and I put 2.2 gallons in your tank again unfortunately you overcharged me for gas. Trailer and Towing Supplies
The 1st trailer's right rear lights did not work. The 2nd trailer worked great however I noticed when I was part way through my move that both of the safety chains had several links that were ground down beyond what would be considered safe. These thin links were rusted which means they had been unsafe for a while. Upon returning the trailer I pointed this out to the employee who thanked me and said he'd get them replaced. I point out these safety issues because they could be of concern to other renters. However the service was good and after they fix these safety issues I'd definitely recommend this location.

STOP CUSTOMER RIPOFFS. Although I have used UHAUL successfully in the past for transporting our Girl Scout Cookies, this latest rental was a disaster. UHaul ripped us off on two of our four rentals this year, costing us $14 for non-ordered SafeMove on one of the rentals (Contract 22651269), and latest ripoff on the fourth rental (Contract 23073013) of $14.16 for mileage and $11.28 for gas. Appeals of these errors got nowhere.
Staff member Javier went above and beyond to assist me and my family after traveling a hard 7 hours in town. He assisted myself along with others at the same time and did an awesome job.
I ordered a dolly and the dolly was not in the truck. I hope to hear back from you soon about this.
Originally attempted to do mobile check-in to get truck myself without needing to enter store to better social distance due to pandemic. Unfortunately, the lock password given as part of the mobile check-in process did not work, so I was not able to actually unlock the truck. This resulted in me having to go into the store and get a different truck assigned to me.
Upon drop off, I was told I could leave the keys in the truck and they would email me with the check out procedure. 3 days later, I received the check out for $207 more than I expected. I am not going to pay this amount. I was only expecting to pay $140 total.
the gentleman that helped me was very nice. my only concern was that upon check out was gas was marked at 3/4 tank. It was actually on 5/8. He said he would correct it. When the truck was returned I got charged for gas being at 5/8 rather then at 3/4 tank.

Customer sales at the register was excellent and very helpful. He gave clear instructions, answer all my questions, and explained the entire procedure. All covid protocols were followed to the letter and I felt very safe.
Is there any way for customers to get a discount on the current rental and/or future rentals if you return the equipment early? I used the trailer and returned it within 4 hours even though it was rented it for 24 hours. It would be a good PR move to reward customers who return equipment early. Just a thought.
There was a truck in the way of the drop off so my husband and about 5 other trucks with trailers were forced to wait until someone there could find the keys to the truck in the way to move it so everyone could get in. Very inconvenient.

Very happy with my experience. Didn't even have to get out my car. Clear instructions on where to return equipment, they did everything for me and unhitched the trailer.
Sean was terrible customer service and unprofessional disposition to a customer in front of me - Then it carried over to me . Thought and gave benefit of doubt that he may be having a bad day.. Unfortunately, upon return next day ALL the same inappropriate unprofessional conduct disposition and wrongful attitude. He should NOT be working at customer service desk . Perhaps this destination has become to complacent to themselves lost perspective of customer courtesy and professional conduct training - Perhaps they take customers for GRANTED not realizing customers have choices to go to other moving truck venues in area . Either way was not appropriate for UHAUL site to be unkind unprofessional to customers even on a slow day. After 35 years of being a very loyal customer this these experiences brings hesitation and second thought to any future business and/or referrals as we are in Research Triangle vast quantities of collegiate and professional relocations whereas our family is asked weekly for local business referrals. I /we would NOT WANT THEM to have negative experience as others have ...This site has lost the sense of community and Golden Rule lacking in professional conduct overall even with one another as a team they were unprofessional to one another. Better Customer service
Starting off we were told the uhaul would be in lane E or facing the road. The key said lane H and not only was it not in lane E or H or facing the road it was in the back and the employee had to go searching for it. There was cigarette ashes in the holder water coming up on the driver side from some where the exhaust was so bad I had to keep a window open. Then when I return the uhaul I purposely chose credit so nothing additional would be held I get charged a 28 dollar gas fee which was inaccurate because I actually put in more gas than was required. Then was told it wouldn't be put back into acct until 2-3 business days. Won't be using this location again
