We ordered a dolly and didn’t get one when trying to contact someone i wasn’t able to get in touch with no one at the location. Nobody was able to help me get my money back or even extend my time for having to go back for dolly. Horrible customer service

AMADOR MThat manager is rude to customers and to his staff if he talked down to me like that I would be without a job and him in the ER. His behavior is questionable every time I’ve been sent to that store he’s nothing but a brother and control freak with a loud mouth piece. He very irritated by helping anyone with his rude remarks towards customers it blows my mind that he still works there. Fire him he’s worthless and just a pimple on someone ass .
MARK SAt this time all good, really enjoyed the manager Donald. He has great customer service skills and an overall can do attitude!

ISELA Pat the time of pick up, agent stated fuel tank was 3/4 of the way full but in reality it was 1/4 of tank full. i returned the vehicle with a full gas tank.
EZEQUIEL RA little customer service/communication would go a long way. I waited over 20 minutes at the drop off spot without anyone helping me. I went inside and all he said was what do you want. I explained everything to him. He walked outside unhooked the trailer and all he said was “you can go”.
James WEquipment was fine. Employees could use some work on Customer Service. They are looking for as little interaction as possible with customers.

LOGAN JCustomer service lacking, very short to the point of almost being rude. Tried giving me a trailer with severely compromised tire, full top layer of tread missing on about 1/3 of tire.
ANDREW DThis is the second time Uhaul did not have our vehicle at the location when we arrived (@the Vance Jackson location). We had to go to a second location to pick up our truck and it made us late to meet our movers. I will NEVER trust Uhauls confirmed reservations again!
Patricia PThe individual in charge at the office the day I had some folks out to empty the containers and release them U-Haul was gruff, unpleasant, and flippant, moreso with my helpers than with me, but still problematic. I had previously had people go to the units and take items out without issue, but on this day, my helpers were told only I could authorize removal of materials from the units (though they had the passcodes for the locks) and that 24-hour notice was required for access to the units. Fortunately, the individual was more pleasant when speaking to me, sent me the necessary paperwork, and got everything handled the same day, but it did not help to have someone be so discourteous and unpolite, especially when we were being told new rules applied without prior notice.

Vidal ZExcellent service and equipment. I do recommend that uhaul upgrades their trucks to automatic door locks and windows and get USB in thru trucks so we can charge it phones. It's the 21st century and they are still living in the 19th century when it comes to these internal components

ZEKE R | Online Move InAlthough the staff have excellent customer service, the checking-out or moving-out process online sucks! I moved to a better, technologically advanced from security system to account management on their app and way way better priced on exactly the same storage unit size. Here, the monthly rental rate keeps on getting more expensive and yet the technology is way behind and no elevator convenience in the facility or at least a ramp. All the great efforts of the staff are all useless. Caleb, the very helpful staff who facilitated my moving-out from the system doesn’t have any explanation why the system doesn’t work.

I was in the front office about 10 minutes and in that 10 minutes I observed Martin yell at his employees . Then had the audacity to raise his voice at me when he noticed I parked my U-Haul in the incorrect parking spot. This is not customer service . He needs to be fired . I hope I don’t see that dude again.

It was then raised $10 every year give or take 2 months I always received notices prior to rent increase until this year. I received no notice just a $10 increase on my bill. Notifications were always by email and when I questioned not getting notification on the last increase I was told they sent out notification by USPS. Either way I never received it and I feel it was not properly handled. Why change notifications when all business has been conducted electronically since day one. Rates are getting out of hand as it is.

That doesn't make any sense at all. So no, I don't ever plan on using U-Haul because you elevated your prices and they didn't have to be elevated.
