I would rate 0 stars if I can. Horrible customer service experience. employees have an attitude and over charge customers. They are not trained to handle a problem properly. I would not recommend this store to anyone.

Honor your commitments.... I was asked to take a trailer to another location as a part of my one way truck rental in exchange for a $50 credit on my existing rental agreement. I agreed to do so and delivered the trailer as agreed upon. No credit was provided to me.

Make sure all are consistent with procedures. We returned the truck with half a Tank of gas. The rep there stated that it was supposed to be returned with 5/8's but my husband explained that the truck was checked out with half tank. He charged for the gas and stated that he would credit the account back but never gave him a receipt showing the adjusted amount. He just turned away to attend to next customer and left us standing there. He was very rude.

Overall, I had no major issues with Uhaul or the location. My only concern is the online process. I do not understand how I can provide my information & make a confirmed reservation online, but upon arrival to pick up the vehicle, I have to complete about 75% of the original processing. I can get a rental car at the counter in three minutes or less after reserving online. It took over ten minutes to get my van processed at the counter after the online reservation. What's the point of using the online process if I have practically do it again at the counter?

I was very disappointed at the communication and originally being charged double for the rental. However, UHaul cleared it up, so I am satisfied, but wary of renting from you in the future.

Staff was very rude and ignored all of my questions. My original pick-up location did not have my trailer and was sent to another location. The workers at the second location were not even there to open and there were multiple customers waiting for 40+ minutes. So I left the second location and went to the place where I was actually able to get a trailer. When I arrived to this location, I was not greeted, they just told me, “I'm with someone.” Then the owner approached me and wouldn't answer my questions about the “$50 guarantee” or what he was doing with my account. Just gave me instructions on returning the trailer. Then was on the phone with customer service for more than an hour with them just giving me the run-around sending me to 4 different representatives and no one would let me file a customer action report until I called again later that day and talked to another person. The final person helped me when I got a man to talk for me. But they wouldn't listen to anything I said on the phone when I was the only one talking. Very displeased with the service and attitude all around. I will never rent from them again.

Have the equipment that was reserved online for the customer or let them know as soon as possible that their equipment will not be available. Not having a utility dolly when moving several large appliances would've made me look at another place to rent if I'd known BEFORE I walked up to the counter. Also, I chose a rental location online for pickup and drop-off, but was told the day before that I would be picking up at another location. Remember, the customer has to pay per mile so choosing a closer one was important to me. I want impressed with Uhaul this time around.

The employees need to show they care about the customers. This one old man was helping me and he just told this one girl to finish what he was doing. I know we have to ware a mask but we can still see the smile. If it wasn't for the wau they acted they would have gotten all five stars.

When we arrived employees were all in the back laughing and talking. My rental contract showed return time of 11am but was suppose to reflect 7pm. Employee said he would correct it. Never did. The truck smelled heavily of the cleaner Fabuloso and ran horribly. It shook very hard during acceleration and the exhaust smelled like rotten eggs. I needed the truck 2 additional days and called to verify if possible. I was put on hold the first time for over 10 minutes then put on hold again for almost 15 minutes. Was finally told that someone would call me back because they're really busy right now. Never received the call back. The day of returning the truck I received a very rude call a little after 8am asking "When can I expect my truck back?!!' I explained about needing the additional days but only got the same response. When returning the truck, I was charged an additional day because it was a little after 11am.I tried explaining my contract was suppose to be changed to 7pm but it my explanation fell on deaf ears. I simply gave up and left disgusted after being charged over $166. Will definitely seek a different rental company next time.
