Kyle did a great job. He Went above and beyond. I already recommended my dad and a friend to use this location for their hitch needs. What you can do to improve. Have associates behind counter pay more attention to who was there first. I was there before another customer. And when she asked who's next. The customer that came in behind me jumped in as I had walked over to look at hitch access. As we all know, courtesy and respect is a thing of the past. The trailers lights did not work correctly and on the inside there was cut wires all over. Also, the trailer was badly rusted. Overall this dealer was good to me they helped fix an issue with my trucks light plug but more attention needs to be given to the condition of the trailers.AARON P.

They tried to run me over! I was doing my walk around of the 20 foot van. I looked in the back to make sure the blankets i bought were there. As i was trying to lock the pull down door someone got in the truck and backed it up 5 to 6 feet. I started to scream, and bang on the truck. I went around to see who was driving my truck, and nearly ran me down. It was an employee. I started yelling and cursing at him. He nust looked at me. Then he started questioning an employee nearby. The only complaint if any is the customer service when I called the 1800. The representative that assisted me in extending my rental was not very friendly and was short with me. Making my reservation was simple. But when I came to pick up the truck it wasn't there. The response from the uhaul representative was outstanding and I got on the road not before long. The only other problem is that my vehicle transport drop off location on the contract was not the same as my uhaul drop off location, but I'm sure that was just a mistake. Overall 8/10ANDRUE K.

This location had some of the rudest people I have ever ran into in my life. So first I walk in the store and the so called manger of the store is fussing at a elder gentleman who is a customer. The customer was explaining his last experience there while the manger was calling him a liar. So then another u haul agent walks up to the desk and signals for me to come her way which I do. I tell her I am there for a pick up and she looks at me and saids your late. Why are you late? With this smug attitude. Your lucky we didn't give the trailer to another person. I told I called stayed on line for 20 mins which I have my phone records to prove i am telling the truth never was helped then the call dropped. I also tell her I just bring my business else where. O well they probably won't have. Look for Christ sake I will buy a dang trailer from Lowe's. All this when y'all had multiple 6x12 trailers on sight. These people had no respect for any of the customers nor themselves. In fact it was another workers first day and she looked at me serval times with a surprise look saying she was sorry for their attitude. I will never do business with u haul again. Those clowns should be replaced immediately or at the very least given some training courses.Kevin G.

The online help was horrible will never ever use on line to book a moving truck. Reservation got canceled twice. Spoke to different call centers in different states and other cities but never the store I originally called kept getting transferred had to go to store in person to rent truck other than that. Great service on check-out, excellent staff. I had problems on late night check-in, I had to call a friend to come help me do the check-in as I was unable physically to take the 6x12 trailer off of the truck hitch and put it into the receiving line. There was also another late checking customer behind me who was disabled and had problems as well. It is a good option to have convivence wise but hard to do physically for us who are older or disabled.BRIAN C.

The employees at this location were by far the rudest people I've ever come across at Uhaul. First of all, COVID! We are currently still experiencing a pandemic. One cashiers was coughing so hard. No covering of mouth, mask or sanitizer. Just carried on. Second, I had to drive 30 mins out of the way because my uhaul wasn't available as reserved .06 miles from my house. No compensation, just screw meâ€¦ pay the extra mileage. Thanks. Third, the dirty seats! Oh my gosh! Nasty! Someone's old nasty phone case in the glove compartment. So clearly not cleaned. Then, when I go to drop it off, stood outside â€œwaiting for an attendantâ€ but in 95 degree whether and moving heavy furniture for 4 hoursâ€¦ who wants to stand out there waiting for someone that never shows up. I went inside only to be blown off because the employee â€œWesâ€ or â€œWestâ€ just clocked in according to him. NOT MY PROBLEM! I eventually snapped because of his attitude, asked for his name and he ended up apologizing. This is appreciated but absolutely does not excuse treating someone bad when they ask you a simple question. And for reference, my question was, â€œif this is the 15' truck what does the next size up look like?â€ As we were in a parking lot of about 50 other trucks. Overall, every single employee was rude, unknowledgeable, under trained (if trained at all), and unsanitary. Two were being trained by one guy but he was rude as well. The guy that took me to get my uhaul, slowly texted and walked as I stood in the heat. No surprise though, he texted throughout the whole ordeal. Plus, one important side note, the coughing guyâ€¦ the OWNER (as the name tag stated).TIFFANY D.

I was on time for pick up but Staff locked the keys in can and left engine running. I had to wait a half hour for tgem to key spare key. I told them to recalculate the fuel and they didn't give me any new paperwork about that. They told us to drop off at 6 but they close at 5!! I wanted to turn in van to a person to make sure i get reimbursed, so i don't appreciate the miss information.SONIA R.

I made my move from out-of-state and chose Uhaul for the moving van and storage facility. First a system error double-booked me for a uhaul and storage unit which took me an hour on the phone to have resolved. But most importantly, my storage unit reservation was apparently overbooked by 5 other people for the same unit, which left me without the proper sized storage unit once I got to the destination city. I had to go look for another unit at a third-party location and was not offered a solution or discount by uhaul. Having been with the facility for an extended time since returning to SA, the opportunity to interact with various employees was considered for this review. As a general rule, the "line" employees were always helpful and friendly. I interacted with two (2) managers during the timeframe - neither of whom displayed acceptable customer service skills. I have to assume that my experience was related to the facility being understaffed. It appeared to me that when we came in and rented a storage unit and tried to rent a truck, there were workers that were either too lazy to do anything, or had actually clocked out but were still in the building, in sight of customers. The manager was in such a rush that it was impossible for us to fully understand what was happening and retain the information being presented. The next day when i picked up the truck, it turned out that whereas I thought i had rented the truck, i had only reserved it. When I returned the truck, I waited fifteen minutes for someone to show up and check the truck in. No one ever did. When I went to the Installation Bay, the fellow there was borderline rude, but was clearly belligerent in issuing instructions for me to wait in the truck and someone would be right out. Well, first off, I have a high level of education and have worked professionally as someone who writes for a living. I had read the sign and remembered having been told when renting the truck to wait with the vehicle. However, there is a limit to waiting. After dealing with Grizzly Adams and his attitude, I returned to the truck, waited another fifteen minutes, and when still no one had shown up, I started toward the sales floor to ask again, just how long I was supposed to wait. This time, there was a fellow walking out toward the check-in area, and I asked him if he was the checkin person. He said yes, but then he listed off three or four other things he had to do before he could get to me. He said if i wanted, i could just leave the keys in the truck--which I did. However, I DID take videos of the truck interior and exterior as well as the instrument panel, gas gauge, mileage, etc. While this will not keep me from doing business with UHaul again, I will certainly take a book or laptop and movie with me next time.jason s. | First Impressions

The gentlemen that helped us were very informative, kind and understanding! My fiancee's friend who is like family, moved to san antonio last minute for a job and going through a divorce.
