I had a reservation for a 20 foot truck which was not available at pick up time. I was then sent three emails directing me to three very out of the way locations to get the truck. I was not about to pay for all that extra mileage. After a bit of a fuss a truck was located. The staff was helpful and with issues resolved our move went smoothly.Tony B.

This comment is related to your app. I reserved and checked in through the app. I never received a written quote, and the receipt that was emailed contained no costs or payments (all entries were zero. The app only shows the base cost, but there is no full accounting of what I paid (insurance, taxes, etc.). Why can't I look at a full receipt for my rental? This information is needed for tax and reimbursement purposes.Richard B.

U Haul made an already stressful event which was moving from Pittsburgh to Ann Arbor even more stressful. The 26ft truck that I reserved at one location 2 miles away was changed to a place 10 miles away. It took an extra 25 minutes to get there. But that wasn't the worst of it. The 26ft truck that was confirmed the night before wasn't there. There were none available within 30 miles. So I had to make do with a smaller 20ft truck and throw away some things that wouldn't fit.So believe the reviews and buyer beware. You may be in the situation that I was. You can't count on U Haul to have the truck that you reserved.MARK M.

NOTE: The U-Haul damage waiver phone app was not working correctly. When I uploaded my updated photo of the trailer we had just rented, the app failed and showed an error message. I called the U-Haul office and they texted me another link to my phone but it failed again once I uploaded my photo.Randolph M.

The Uhaul stores that I go to are , Mgr Dana's in Lower Burrell and Mgr David's in Holiday Park. Both are great stores and you are quickly waited on to get your equipment.. Nice people , friendly, will answer any questions you have . Thank you Uhaul for your being a very good user friendly rental equipment company.. God Bless you and all your excellent people!! Good dudes especially Dave. I reserved a 10' truck on a Wednesday. Dave called me Friday the day before I had to move my daughter and said you don't have any we'll give you a van. I was pissed but what could I do but say ok? That's the crappy part of your business, like Seinfeld says what's the point of a reservation? Besides I know it was his boss making that call, not him. I'd like to meet that jerkoff. Anyway, when I got there Saturday to pick up this crappy ass van, that might not have fit what I needed to move, Dave came through and got me a truck. He's the man! Would not use motorcycle trailer again. It has absolutely no shocks so every bump brings anxiety. The speed caps you at 65 mph without fearing the wheels will burn off. I will be purchasing my own motorcycle trailer in the future.Kelly R.

Both the app & the website were unable to correctly process my rental for Mobile Pick Up; the app kept erroring out, & the website couldn't handle an updated address on a driver's license. Had to go in to the store & have an employee process the rental instead. That said, the employees were first-rate and worked around U-Haul's technological shortcomings like pros.Eric G.

Double check the mileage BEFORE renting to customers. I was charged for 85 miles extra that I did not drive and never saw anywhere where it noted the original mileage. I know the route I drive as I've driven it hundreds of times and there is no way I drove an extra 85 miles.Jeremy B.
While the equipment was clean, both back tires were completely bald. I did not notice until I was loading the van. Luckily the roads were dry or the van could have easily been in an accident due to the poor condition of the tires. I pointed them out to employee when I returned the van.
