When we went to pick up our rental, the employees couldn’t find the keys to our vehicle. Then once we recieved the keys to another vehicle I was called several times to search the vehicle for another set of keys that were lost as well. This location was not very convenient

The people are awesome, but the system is crap. What is the purpose of reservations if they are never honored? This wasn't the first time. You reserve a truck and a furniture dolly yet leave with a pull-trailer (which is somehow more expensive than the truck) and no dolly.

I went to the website to rent a 4x7 trailer. There were none available near me. I would have expected, and appreciated, if the 5x8 trailer I rented would have been at the same price. Then, I get there and even though the website had already confirmed the compatibility of my SUV, I am forced to buy an adapter to rent the trailer. Why didn’t the website catch this??? Everything about this rental felt very bait and switch. There are always ways to bleed customers of money but after this, I will bother to look elsewhere before blindly renting from U-Haul again.

All employees were a pleasure to work with i had multiple issues (caused by myself) and they were more than willing to help they helped me with issues i had easily and gave me clear and concise answers and solutions all in all a great group to be able to have to work with you and a great group of people in genral would 100% recommend them to anyone else needing a uhaul trialer or flat bed

I was not adequately i formed about the equipment return policy. In the process of dealing with an emergency I had to drop the trailer i rented to a different location that originally intended and got stuck with a $450 fee. No one at the store took the time to notify me about this portion of the policy, and upon being contacted by the branch manager about my report through customer service, I was met with an unjustly unprofessional attitude.

Hello, my name is . I just dropped the uhaul off . When picking it up. I gave $200. The guy told me that I would get 120 back and I received $27 when dropping off the truck. I never got my $40 change from the $200 that was given

Workers are rude. Got charged for 50 miles that got told if I didn’t use all of them I would get money back then afterwards got charged a extra 45 dollars because the gas tank moved from the gas station to the U-Haul place which it moved not even 1/10 of the tank but got charged 45 for it.

The rental of the equipment was very smooth and the return very easy and quickly. The attendant was very courteous and friendly.

This experience was lacking for 3 reasons. Truck only had 1/4 tank on pickup. The dolly was not in the truck when I got home forcing a 2nd trip to the location. The dolly was missing a safety pin causing intermittent malfunction. This location normally does better.

That truck is the harshest ride I have ever had the displeasure of driving. I feel like my kidneys are bruised after only 50 miles of driving.

The truck had problems with rearing to left. Had to hold steering wheel hard to right to keep from moving left. Also they did not provide the covered tires for the car loader. Straps only and any movement the tires would move and straps would have to be tightened every 2-3 hrs driving.

Very quickly after I pulled in the parking lot I was met by a gentleman , who asked me to pull around the back of the building. I was in and out with in 15 minutes. I highly recommend.

The day I rented U-Haul was having computer system issues and caused long delay. I think I was in line for nearly an hour n this was no fault of the location but uhauls computer system

I had damage of a few items. I paid for insurance but then was told it wasn't the correct kind of insurance. Now I am having to fight with Moving Help, that has already been paid, to get restitution (which probably will not happen). I am very pleased with the overall experience and with Pick Up Pros, who unloaded my U-Boxes, but SWLA Haulers LLC, were less than professional, and are responsible for the damaged items.

I gave excellent only due to the way Amish handle the under staff situation. Like I said being a former GM I understand GNP and not having the money for more staff but, get some part time and or call in staff when facing a slammed situation. The money was being made to cover the added need at that time

I brough the trailer back 2 days early and did not receive any refund. Had to pay the full amount. Whether it’s local policy or national policy... It’s a bad policy period. The binding Quotes your issuing now will make you more money on the rental. I suspect you will lose customers ! You can Quote me. "I will look for alternatives before using uhaul in the future."

Took over an hour to complete the rental process due to computer network issues. The employees were not trained to do rental contracts the old fashioned way with pen & paper, which is a completely obvious backup plan.

My storages had rat and cockroach 🪳 in it's and rain in the storage had to though away a suitcase of good clothes away because they had dead mice in it. Also took pictures of the dead mice and cockroach in that's building. I fell at that's location and the staff didn't thank I was worth there attention. I hope the man that's own that's site would look into how poor of the management care about his victim or people that trust them for service. I fell on 7/5/2024. I'm am 68 year old. Thanks for nothing at this site.
